Abstract
一種風扇,包括一扇框,該扇框包括一底板以及由該底板的周緣向上延伸形成的側壁,該底板的中心位置設有一支撐部,多個肋條分別從該支撐部的外緣向外延伸至該側壁,所述肋條以及該扇框中的至少一個相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。本發明實施例還提供一種具有該風扇的電子裝置。
Description
本發明涉及一種風扇及具有該風扇的電子裝置。
當前,隨著電腦產業的迅速發展,微處理晶片等發熱電子元件產生的熱量愈來愈多。為將這些多餘的熱量有效散發,需要在發熱電子元件的表面貼設一散熱器,然後在該散熱器上設置一風扇,利用該風扇產生的冷卻氣流對該散熱器進行強制散熱,從而將發熱電子元件產生的熱量散去。由於風扇所產生氣流的大小取決於風扇的轉速,為使風扇之散熱效率得到進一步的提高,須增大風扇之旋轉速率。
但是,風扇轉速提高的同時將會導致風扇所產生的振動以及噪音大幅度增加,從而使位於該風扇附近的使用者感到不適,甚至於無法忍受。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種風扇,能夠解決以上問題。
另外,還有必要提供一種具有該風扇的電子裝置。
本發明提供一種風扇,包括一扇框,該扇框包括一底板以及由該底板的周緣向上延伸形成的側壁,該底板的中心位置設有一支撐部,多個肋條分別從該支撐部的外緣向外延伸至該側壁,所述肋條以及該扇框中的至少一個相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。
優選的,所述肋條的尺寸各不相同,從而使得所述肋條的尺寸相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。
優選的,所述肋條在該扇框內的位置分佈使得各個肋條的重心相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。
優選的,該扇框為正方形,該側壁包括首尾相連的四個部分,所述四個部分的厚度各不相同。
優選的,該扇框還包括固定於該側壁頂部的與該底板相對的蓋板,該蓋板與該底板形狀對應。
優選的,該支撐部包括一管體,該管體自該支撐部的中間位置朝向該蓋板伸出,該風扇還包括一收容於該扇框內的葉輪,該葉輪相對的兩端與該蓋板和該底板相對應,該葉輪包括一輪轂及由該輪轂周邊向外呈放射狀延伸的多個葉片,該輪轂裝配在該管體中。
優選的,所述葉片呈順時針方向方向傾斜,且所述葉片遠離該輪轂的端部呈逆時針方向彎曲。
本發明還提供一種電子裝置,包括一風扇,該風扇包括一扇框,該扇框包括一底板以及由該底板的周緣向上延伸形成的側壁,該底板的中心位置設有一支撐部,多個肋條分別從該支撐部的外緣向外延伸至該側壁,所述肋條以及該扇框中的至少一個相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。
優選的,所述肋條的尺寸各不相同,從而使得所述肋條的尺寸相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈。

請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明一較佳實施例提供一種風扇1,其可與一電子裝置(圖未示,如電腦)組合並用於對該電子裝置內的發熱電子元件(如中央處理器)散熱。
該風扇1包括一扇框10以及一收容於該扇框10內的葉輪20。
該扇框10包括一底板11、由該底板11的周緣向上延伸形成的側壁12、以及固定於該側壁12頂部的與該底板11相對的蓋板13。該蓋板13的形狀與該底板11的形狀相似,可均為正方形或圓形等。該底板11上開設有至少一第一入風口113。該蓋板13上開設有至少一第二入風口130。該側壁12上開設有多個出風口120。
該底板11的中心位置設有一大致為圓形的支撐部110。多個肋條111分別從該支撐部110的外緣向外延伸至該側壁12。所述肋條111以及該扇框10的至少一個相對於該支撐部110呈非對稱分佈。該支撐部110包括一管體112,該管體112自該支撐部110的中間位置朝向該蓋板13伸出。
在本實施例中,所述肋條111的數量為四個。當然,在其它實施方式中,所述肋條111的數量並不受限制,還可為三個、五個或者更多。
該葉輪20相對的兩端與該蓋板13和該底板11相對應。該葉輪20包括一輪轂21及由該輪轂21周邊向外呈放射狀延伸的多個葉片22。在本實施方式中,所述葉片22呈順時針方向方向傾斜,且所述葉片240遠離該輪轂21的端部呈逆時針方向彎曲。該輪轂21包含一芯軸(圖未標)。一軸承(圖未標)收容於所述管體112中。該輪轂21通過芯軸裝配在軸承中從而使該葉輪20可旋轉地安裝於所述管體112。
工作時,該葉輪20帶動周圍氣流一起轉動,該氣流從所述第一入風口113和第二入風口130進入該扇框10內,隨著所述葉片22不斷轉動,該扇框10內的氣流從所述出風口120排出。
在本實施例中,所述肋條111的尺寸或位置相對於該支撐部110呈非對稱分佈,如,所述肋條111的尺寸各不相同(即尺寸非對稱),或者所述肋條111在所述扇框10內的位置分佈使得各個肋條111的重心相對於該支撐部110呈非對稱分佈(即位置非對稱)。
在本實施例中,該扇框10相對於該支撐部110呈非對稱分佈,如,該扇框10的蓋板13和底板11均為正方形,該側壁12包括首尾相連的四個部分,所述四個部分的厚度各不相同。
可以理解,當風扇結構對稱時,風扇各個位置的固有頻率接近,當風扇運轉時,由於葉片對各個肋條的撞擊而產生的振動容易在該固有頻率附近容易產生峰值,從而引發共振並使得噪音增大。然而,由於本發明實施例的風扇1的肋條111和/或扇框10呈非對稱分佈,因此,當所述葉片22運轉時,該風扇1在各個位置產生的振動的頻率不同,有利於避免共振並降低噪音。
本技術領域的普通技術人員應當認識到,以上的實施方式僅是用來說明本發明,而並非用作為對本發明的限定,只要在本發明的實質精神範圍之內,對以上實施例所作的適當改變和變化都落在本發明要求保護的範圍之內。

- 一種風扇,包括一扇框,該扇框包括一底板以及由該底板的周緣向上延伸形成的側壁,其改良在於,該底板的中心位置設有一支撐部,多個肋條分別從該支撐部的外緣向外延伸至該側壁,該扇框相對於該支撐部呈非對稱分佈,其中,該扇框為正方形,該側壁包括首尾相連的四個部分,所述四個部分的厚度各不相同。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的風扇,其中,所述肋條的尺寸各不相同,從而使得所述肋條的尺寸相對於該支撐部亦呈非對稱分佈。
