Abstract
一種置物架改良結構,其包含:至少四立柱以及至少一搭配複數環型墊片套組於四立柱之層板,其中,該層板係透過一框體以及一置物板組合而成,該框體內側表面係環設有貼合凸面,且框體四側邊的上、下端緣皆彎折設有相平行之水平肋板,並分別於框體各角落彎曲構成一內凹弧槽,該些內凹弧槽分別配置一組合弧板,該些組合弧板係概呈半圓弧狀,可大幅降低用料成本,且該組合弧板係以兩側之翼片與框體之貼合凸面抵覆並焊接固定,提升組合弧板與框體間之結合強度,令結構安裝使用時更具穩定性,確保結構使用壽命及耐用度。
Description
本發明係有關於一種置物架,尤指一種置物架的改良結構。
一種置物架層板框片改良結構,請配合參閱第8至11圖所示,所述的置物架係由至少四根直立桿柱配合複數塑膠套件套組複數層板40所組構成型,該複數層板40係利用置物面板(圖未表示)與板片型框片41所組製成型,該層板40的框片41上、下緣乃分別摺製成型有預定寬度之水平狀褶板411,且在其框片41的上、下褶板四端角部位乃分別預製有供另製之管套42套組之凹缺槽412,藉以得將管套42套設於框片41四端角之凹缺槽412內,並以超音波熔結固定管套42與框片41的組設關係;藉此,結構組合時,該四直立桿係於相平行處配合設有一塑膠套件,再以層板40角落之管套42穿套安裝於立桿上之塑膠套件,進而將塑膠套件迫緊固定於四立桿上,俾以完成層板40與四立桿的安裝而構成一種置物架結構。
詳觀上述習知結構不難發覺其尚存有些許不足之處,主要原因係歸如下:其習知層板40之框片41係由凹缺槽412提供管套4 2組套並熔結固定,由於管套4 2置入凹缺槽412時,僅抵觸於凹缺槽412兩側之褶板411端緣,形成面對線的接觸狀態,雖然結構更透過超音波熔結固定,但實際上凹缺槽412與管套4 2間的接觸面積較小,造成層板40透過管套4 2
安裝於立桿時,其層板40承重受力容易於凹缺槽412及管套4 2間產生剪應力,以致有破壞、斷裂之疑慮,缺乏結構強度而不具安全性,實為結構使用上之缺失者。
有鑑於此,本發明人於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本發明。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題在於針對現有技術存在的上述缺失,提供一種置物架改良結構
一種置物架改良結構,其包含:至少四立柱以及至少一搭配複數環型墊片套組於四立柱之層板,其中,該層板係透過一框體以及一置物板組合而成,該框體內側表面係環設有貼合凸面,且框體四側邊的上、下端緣皆彎折設有相平行之水平肋板,更於二水平肋板端部內彎設有保護唇部,又該些水平肋板的兩側皆未相連,並分別於框體各角落彎曲構成一內凹弧槽,該些內凹弧槽分別配置一組合弧板,該些組合弧板的兩側皆向外延伸設有翼片,並利用翼片與框體焊接固定,藉以透過組合弧板及內凹弧槽間圈繞形成一套管部,以供環形墊片的卡掣固定,綜上所述,俾以構成一種置物架結構。
對照先前技術之功效:(一)、本發明之層板係由角落端之內凹弧槽分別安裝一組合弧板,該些組合弧板係概呈半圓弧狀,可大幅降低用料成本,且該組合弧板係以兩側之翼片與框體之貼合凸面抵覆並焊接固定,提升組合弧板與框體間之結合強度,令結構安裝使用時更具穩定性,
(二)、再者,該層板透過套管部穿套於環型墊片時,其內凹弧槽端更是透過框體之貼合凸面與環型墊片貼覆抵靠,使環型墊片與層板之套管部間皆構成面與面的迫緊狀態,大幅提升環型墊片與立柱間之束緊強度,進而確保結構使用之安全性者。
(三)、另外,該層板之水平肋板端部皆又往內彎折有保護唇部,使得層板拿持、安裝時,俾能防止受到水平肋板的割傷,兼具結構安裝之安全性。

為使 貴審查委員對本發明之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進為使 貴審查委員對本發明之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合【圖式簡單說明】詳述如後:首先,先請參閱第1、2、3、4圖所示,一種置物架改良結構,其包含:至少四立柱10以及至少一搭配複數環型墊片20套組於四立柱10之層板30,其中,該層板30係透過一框體31以及一置物板32組合而成,該框體31內側表面係環設有貼合凸面311,且框體31四側邊的上、下端緣皆彎折設有相平行之水平肋板312,更於二水平肋板312端部內彎設有保護唇部313,又該些水平肋板312的兩側皆未相連,並分別於框體31各角落彎曲構成一內凹弧槽314,該些內凹弧槽314分別配置一組合弧板33,該些組合弧板33的兩側皆向外延伸設有翼片331,且組合弧板33的上端具有一水平彎折之抵靠肋部332,且該抵靠肋板332高於兩側翼片331,進而透過翼片331與框體31焊接固定,並將抵靠肋部332往上頂撐兩側的水平肋板312,藉以透過組合弧板33及內凹弧槽314間圈繞形成一套管部34,以供環形墊片20的卡掣固定,置物板32係容設於框體31內,並焊接固定於上端緣的水平肋板312,又該層板30內部更至少設有一補強桿35,該補強桿35係銜接固設於框體31之二相平行側間,其中補強桿35的兩端部係設有結合凹部351,並對應嵌扣於框體31之 貼合凸面311,且兩端部的上、下側更凹設有嵌掣缺槽352。
其結構之組成,再請參閱第3、4圖所示,該層板30之框體31係分別於角落端之內凹弧槽314固設一組合弧板33,該些組合弧板33係由兩側之翼片331伸入框體31內,並將翼片331抵覆於框體31之貼合凸面311焊接固定,同時以頂端之抵靠肋部332往上頂靠內凹弧槽314兩側之水平肋板312,藉以將組合弧板33固設於框體31角落端,並透過組合弧板33以及內凹
可為網板,該置物板32係配置於框體31上方,且四周邊係分別受到水平肋板312接合固定,又該框體31內部更可設有至少一補強桿35,該補強桿35係跨接於框體31之二相互平行側間,更是透過兩端部之結合凹部351與貼合凸面311卡扣固定,令補強桿35得以頂靠於置物板32下方,進而增進置物板32之承受重量,綜上所述,俾以完成層板30結構。
其結構實際組裝使用之狀態,續請參閱第1、2圖配合第5、6、7圖所示,該層板30係配合安裝於四立柱10間,其四立柱10係於水平位置處分別套有一環型墊片20,再將層板30以角落端之套管部34分別通過四立柱10後嵌套於環型墊片20,使環型墊片20與組合弧板33端形成面對面之迫緊狀態,而環型墊片20則與框體31之貼合凸面311抵靠迫緊,藉此確實將層板30透過套管部34嵌套於環型墊片20形成固定,另外該立柱10係概呈竹結管,且環型墊片20更於內側面設有橫向之扣合凸肋21,令環型墊片20得以受到套管部34迫緊而緊束於立柱10上,藉此,俾能完成置物架的組合。
藉上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:(一)本發明之層板30係由角落端之內凹弧槽314分別安裝一組合弧板33,該些組合弧板33係概呈半圓弧狀,可大幅降低用料成本,且該組合弧板33係以兩側之翼片331與框體31之貼合凸面311抵覆並焊接固定,提升組合弧板33與框體31間之結合強度,令結構安裝使用時更具穩定性,確保結構使用壽命及耐用度。
(二)再者,該層板30透過套管部34穿套於環型墊片20時,其內凹弧槽314端更是透過框體31之貼合凸面311與環型墊片20貼覆抵靠,使環型墊片20與層板30之套管部34間皆構成面與面的迫緊狀態,大幅提升環型墊片20與立柱10間之束緊強度,進而確保結構使用之安全性者。
(三)另外,該層板30之水平肋板312端部皆又往內彎折有保護唇部313,使得層板30拿持、安裝時,俾能防止受到水平肋板312的割傷,兼具結構安裝之安全性。
綜上所述,本發明確實已達突破性之結構設計,而具有改良之發明內容,同時又能夠達到產業上之利用性與進步性,且本發明未見於任何刊物,亦具新穎性,當符合專利法相關法條之規定,爰依法提出發明專利申請,懇請 鈞局審查委員授予合法專利權,至為感禱。
唯以上所述者,僅為本發明之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本發明實施之範圍;即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
Claims (5)
- 一種置物架改良結構,其包含:至少四立柱以及至少一搭配複數環型墊片套組於四立柱之層板,其中,該層板係透過一框體以及一置物板組合而成,該框體內側表面係環設有貼合凸面,且框體四側邊的上、下端緣皆彎折設有相平行之水平肋板,更於二水平肋板端部內彎設有保護唇部,又該些水平肋板的兩側皆未相連,並分別於框體各角落彎曲構成一內凹弧槽,該些內凹弧槽分別配置一組合弧板,該些組合弧板的兩側皆向外延伸設有翼片,並利用翼片與框體焊接固定,藉以透過組合弧板及內凹弧槽間圈繞形成一套管部,以供環形墊片的卡掣固定。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之置物架改良結構,其中,組合弧板的上端具有一水平彎折之抵靠肋部,且該抵靠肋板高於兩側翼片。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之置物架改良結構,其中,置物板係容設於框體內,並焊接固定於上端緣的水平肋板。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1或3項所述之置物架改良結構,其中,層板內部更至少設有一補強桿,該補強桿係銜接固設於框體之二相平行側間。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之置物架改良結構,其中,補強桿的兩端部係設有結合凹部,並對應嵌扣於框體之 貼合凸面,且兩端部的上、下側更凹設有嵌掣缺槽。
