本实用新型涉及一种设有连接边的真空绝热板,主要用于建筑物的外墙保温。
背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板在使用时,用螺钉从相邻的两块真空绝热板的缝隙穿过与墙体外表面固定,需要用一个大直径的垫圈压住两块真空绝热板的边缘,在间隙较大时往往固定得不牢固。
 发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种设有连接边的真空绝热板,以解决现有技术存在的与墙体附着强度较低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种设有连接边的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,将所述的绝热板主体的两端的封边延长作为连接边,在该连接边上设有数个固定孔。
所述的绝热板主体一端的连接边设在绝热板主体与墙体固定的一侧,另一端的连接边的同一侧向另一侧移动一个连接边厚度的距离。
本实用新型的优点是:绝热板主体两端的连接边的固定孔穿过螺钉直接与墙体固定,大大提高了与墙体的附着强度。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图4,本实用新型一种设有连接边的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体1及其两端的封边,绝热板主体1由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成(为现有技术)。其特征在于,将所述的绝热板主体1的两端的封边延长作为连接边2,在该连接边2上设有数个固定孔3。
所述的绝热板主体1一端的连接边2设在绝热板主体1与墙体固定的一侧(即图2中左端的连接边2与绝热板主体1的上面平齐),绝热板主体1右端的连接边2的上侧向下侧移动一个连接边厚度的距离L。
本实用新型的在使用时,两块相邻的绝热板主体1和1′两端的连接边2相互重叠,用螺钉5穿过重叠的两个连接边2的固定孔3直接与墙体4固定,大大提高了与墙体的附着强度。在两块绝热板对接处的外面的凹槽内可以嵌入隔热条6。如图3和图4所示。

1.一种设有连接边的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,将所述的绝热板主体的两端的封边延长作为连接边,在该连接边上设有数个固定孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述的绝热板主体一端的连接边设在绝热板主体与墙体固定的一侧,另一端的连接边的同一侧向另一侧移动一个连接边厚度的距离。
