一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其边缘的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,将该绝热板主体两端的封边延长作为连接边,在该连接边上设有数个固定孔。本实用新型的优点是:绝热板主体两端的连接边可以用于与墙体固定,因此大大提高了与墙角的附着强度;在墙角对接处只需要用一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽处弯曲成直角,利用弯折凹槽下面的一层可弯曲隔热芯材将墙角包住,没有缝隙,大大提高了保温效果。

背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板一般均为平板形状,在外墙角安装真空绝热板的方法是在与墙角相邻的两面各用一块真空绝热板在墙角处对接,由于真空绝热板都有封边,占用一定空间,墙角对接处总会有较大的缝隙,较低保温效果;并且相互对接的两块真空绝热板在墙角处的附着强度较低。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,以解决现有技术存在的墙角对接处总会有较大的缝隙,较低保温效果;相互对接的两块真空绝热板在墙角处的附着强度较低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,将该绝热板主体两端的封边延长作为连接边,在该连接边上设有数个固定孔。
在该弯折凹槽的下面设有可弯曲隔热芯材。
所述的弯折凹槽的深度为绝热板主体厚度的1/3~1/2。
所述的可弯曲隔热芯材为纤维棉或发泡塑料。
本实用新型的优点是:绝热板主体两端的连接边可以用于与墙体固定,因此大大提高了与墙角的附着强度;在墙角对接处只需要用一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽处弯曲成直角,利用弯折凹槽下面的一层可弯曲隔热芯材将墙角包住,没有缝隙,大大提高了保温效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图3,本实用新型一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体1及其两端的封边,绝热板主体1由筒形的密封袋11和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材12构成。其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体1的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽3,将该绝热板主体1两端的封边延长作为连接边2,在该连接边2上设有数个固定孔4。
在该弯折凹槽3的下面设有可弯曲隔热芯材13。所述的弯折凹槽3的深度为绝热板主体1厚度的1/3~1/2。所述的可弯曲隔热芯材13采用纤维棉或发泡塑料,利用其可以变形弯曲的性能。
本实用新型的在使用时,将一块真空绝热板在弯折凹槽3处弯曲成直角,并固定在墙角的外侧将墙角包住,在墙角的外侧也有一层可弯曲隔热芯材13将墙角包住,大大提高了保温效果;用(涨塞)螺钉6穿过绝热板主体1两端连接边2的固定孔4,与墙体5固定,大大提高了与墙角的附着强度。如图3所示。

1.一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的中部一侧设有截面的顶角为直角的弯折凹槽,将该绝热板主体两端的封边延长作为连接边,在该连接边上设有数个固定孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,其特征在于,在该弯折凹槽的下面设有可弯曲隔热芯材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述的弯折凹槽的深度为绝热板主体厚度的1/3~1/2。
4.根据权利要求2所述的设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述的可弯曲隔热芯材为纤维棉或发泡塑料。
