一种设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的其他两边设有数个相互对应的固定凹槽。所述的固定凹槽为半圆形凹槽。本实用新型的优点是:绝热板主体两边的相互对应的固定凹槽对接后形成圆孔,用于穿过螺钉与墙体固定,基本消除了相邻绝热板主体之间的对接缝隙,提高了保温性能。

本实用新型涉及一种设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,主要用于建筑物外墙的保温。
背景技术
现有技术的真空绝热板包括绝热板主体及其两端或三边的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋(两端有封边)和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成。真空绝热板一般用螺钉从相邻的两块真空绝热板的缝隙穿过与墙体外表面固定,由于真空绝热板的缝隙的存在较低了保温效果。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种设有连接边的墙角用真空绝热板,以解决现有技术存在的墙角对接处总会有较大的缝隙,较低保温效果的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的其他两边设有数个相互对应的固定凹槽。
所述的固定凹槽为半圆形凹槽。
本实用新型的优点是:绝热板主体两边的相互对应的固定凹槽对接后形成圆孔,用于穿过螺钉与墙体固定,基本消除了相邻绝热板主体之间的对接缝隙,提高了保温性能。

参见图1~图3,本实用新型一种设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体1及其两端的封边2,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成(现有技术)。其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体1的其他两边设有数个相互对应的固定凹槽3。
所述的固定凹槽3为半圆形凹槽。
本实用新型的在使用时,相邻的两块绝热板主体1两边的相互对应的固定凹槽3对接后形成圆孔,用于穿过螺钉与墙体固定,基本消除了相邻绝热板主体之间的对接缝隙,提高了保温性能。如图3所示。

1.一种设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,包括绝热板主体及其两端的封边,绝热板主体由筒形的密封袋和设在该密封袋内部的、并抽真空的芯材构成,其特征在于,在所述的绝热板主体的其他两边设有数个相互对应的固定凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有固定凹槽的真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述的固定凹槽为半圆形凹槽。
