技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于抽真空的保温板的封皮料,具体是一种高阻隔复合膜。
背景技术
现有抽真空绝热板高阻隔薄膜主要由铝箔、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜或PP薄膜制成,其缺点是存在怕划伤,怕刺穿,与水泥砂浆粘结不牢,不抗老化、不耐碱等问题。在施工中一旦被刺穿,则不仅大大降低隔热性能,并使整个保温层的结构受到破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,以解决现有真空绝热板用于建筑的粘结、老化、划伤、刺穿等一系列问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,从外向内依次热合有玻璃纤维布、高阻隔薄膜和阻隔复合膜。
所述的高阻隔薄膜为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
所述的阻隔复合膜由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合复合构成。
在所述的阻隔复合膜的最内层设有PE膜。
所述的玻璃纤维布的规格为50-500g/m2

本实用新型一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,从外向内依次热合有玻璃纤维布1、高阻隔薄膜2和阻隔复合膜3。
所述的高阻隔薄膜2为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
具体的热合方法是:将镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜在薄膜热合机上通过加执的形式将其全部或部分熔融在玻璃纤维布的一侧,并通过冷却整平压合在一起,成为镀铝玻璃纤维布、PET玻璃纤维布、尼龙玻璃纤维布、PVC玻璃纤维布、EVOH玻璃纤维布、PE玻璃纤维布或PP玻璃纤维布,统称为玻璃纤维布复合膜。
所制得的玻璃纤维布复合膜(的内侧)在用作抽真空绝热板封皮料时与阻隔复合膜3通过常规干法或湿法复合工艺复合。
所述的阻隔复合膜3是由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合进行复合, 且在阻隔复合膜3的最内层设有PE膜,各层膜的复合工艺为常规干法复合工艺。
所述的玻璃纤维布1的规格为50-500g/m2

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的高阻隔薄膜为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的阻隔复合膜由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合复合构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,在所述的阻隔复合膜的最内层设有PE膜,每层之间的复合为常规干法复合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维布的规格为50-500g/m2
