技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于抽真空的保温板的封皮料,具体是一种高阻隔复合膜。
背景技术
现有抽真空绝热板高阻隔薄膜主要由铝箔、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜或PP薄膜制成,其缺点是存在怕划伤,怕刺穿,与水泥砂浆粘结不牢,不抗老化、不耐碱等问题。在施工中一旦被刺穿,则不仅大大降低隔热性能,并使整个保温层的结构受到破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,以解决现有真空绝热板用于建筑的粘结、老化、划伤、刺穿等一系列问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,包括从外向内依次复合在一起的外玻璃纤维布、高阻隔薄膜、内玻璃纤维布和阻隔复合膜。
所述的高阻隔薄膜为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
所述的阻隔复合膜由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合复合而成。
在所述的阻隔复合膜的最内层设有PE膜。
所述的内、外玻璃纤维布的规格为50-500g/m2
本实用新型的优点是:在真空绝热板的原有高阻隔薄膜的最外侧复合二层玻璃纤维布,利用玻璃纤维布与水泥的优良亲和性和抗划伤性能,可以有效解决常规真空绝热板高阻隔薄膜存在的怕划伤、怕刺穿、与水泥砂浆粘结不牢、不抗老化的问题,解决了现有真空绝热板用于建筑上的老大难问题。

所述的高阻隔薄膜2为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
所述的阻隔复合膜4由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合复合而成。
在所述的阻隔复合膜4的最内层设有PE膜。
所述的外玻璃纤维布1、内玻璃纤维布3的规格为50-500g/m2
外玻璃纤维布1、高阻隔薄膜2和内玻璃纤维布3之间采用热合方法复合,具体工艺是:将高阻隔薄膜2在薄膜热合机上通过加执的形式将其全部或部分熔融在外玻璃纤维布1与内玻璃纤维布3之间,并通过冷却整平压合在一起,成为双层镀铝玻璃纤维布、双层PET玻璃纤维布、双层尼龙玻璃纤维布、双层PVC玻璃纤维布、双层EVOH玻璃纤维布、双层PE玻璃纤维布或双层PP玻璃纤维布,统称为双层玻璃纤维布复合膜。
所制得的双层玻璃纤维布复合膜在用作抽真空绝热板封皮料时需与阻隔复合膜4通过常规湿法或干法复合工艺复合。

1.一种用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,包括从外向内依次复合在一起的外玻璃纤维布、高阻隔薄膜、内玻璃纤维布和阻隔复合膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的高阻隔薄膜为镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜、PE薄膜或PP薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的阻隔复合膜由铝箔、镀铝膜、PET薄膜、尼龙薄膜、PVC薄膜、EVOH薄膜或PP薄膜中的一种或一种以上的任意组合复合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,在所述的阻隔复合膜的最内层设有PE膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于真空绝热板的高阻隔复合膜,其特征在于,所述的内、外玻璃纤维布的规格为50-500g/m2
