Description
本發明關於衛生產品,尤其是用於濕紙巾及呈拋棄式吸收性衛生產品(諸如女性護墊、失禁用產品及嬰兒尿布)中之覆面材(topsheet)及獲取/分布層形式。
濕紙巾係具有用於清潔或消毒皮膚或表面之洗劑的吸收性不織布。該等產品係諸如廁用紙巾、臉用紙巾、化妝用紙巾、嬰兒紙巾及衛生紙巾。
吸收性衛生產品可具有覆面材、獲取/分布層、吸收核心及背襯之結構。彼等為具有吸收核心之夾心結構,該吸收核心經常包含纖維化短纖漿與超吸收性聚合物(SAP)之摻合物。
覆面材經常為主要係聚酯(PET)或聚丙烯(PP)不織布之層或可為二者材料的混合物。獲取/分布層主要由短纖漿及由氣流成網技術及經由氣流結合所製造的雙組分纖維製成。其係設計成將液體從覆面材分布並轉移至吸收核心以減少皮膚潮濕及加強吸收核心之吸收性。背襯經常
由聚乙烯(PE)膜或可透氣之不織布/膜複合物形成。其防止潮濕轉移至衣物。該產品係藉由在背襯上於使用前藉由脫離紙保護之黏著條固定至貼身衣物。該產品係設計成提供舒適、皮膚保護及減少氣味。
根據EDANA,吸收性衛生產品(諸如嬰兒尿布、失禁用產品及女性護墊)已全成為現在日常生活的基本特徵。良好皮膚健康及衛生影響福祉、官能能力及舒適。最近二十年期間,吸收性衛生產品已經由使用流體迅速穿透至下層因此減少皮膚潮濕之創新覆面材材料而促進改善皮膚健康及衛生。
吸收性衛生產品中所使用之現有覆面材主要係由諸如聚丙烯(PP)紡黏、聚酯(PET)及雙組分纖維之合成材料製成,以獲致低液體穿透時間(liquid strike through)(流入時間)及低減少皮膚潮濕之再濕值。
獲取/分布層主要由短纖漿及由氣流成網技術及經由氣流結合所製造的雙組分纖維製成。
由於生態因素,纖維素纖維(尤其是人造纖維素纖維)持續獲得重要性,且需要從纖維素纖維製成之在吸收性衛生產品中顯示低液體穿透時間、低再濕值及經改良液體管理的不織布。
US 2009/0131909中提及經疏水劑處理之纖維素纖維適於製造覆面材。該文件未論及覆面材,尤其是由人造纖維素纖維所製造之覆面材的再濕潤及液體穿透性能。
本發明目的係提供一種衛生產品,其容許液體迅速穿透而不使該衛生產品表面濕潤,此有助於維持良好皮膚健康(乾爽感)。
本發明之衛生產品包含至少一層不織布,其中該不織布層包含人造纖維素纖維,其中該層或該等層具有等於或小於30%之再濕值及等於或少於6秒之液體穿透時間。
僅由疏水性人造纖維素纖維與低含量疏水劑製成的單一層不織布顯示低流入時間,但提高再濕值。
令人意外的是,已發現添加濕潤劑至具有高含量疏水劑之層改善液體穿透(流入時間)性能。濕潤劑降低該層中之疏水纖維的表面張力,此使得該層濕透並使流體通過。此種一層不織布產品基本上適於覆面材及濕紙巾。
一種衛生產品係由一層不織布組成,該不織布包含人造纖維素纖維與疏水性人造纖維素纖維之摻合物,且該不織布係以濕潤劑處理。
較佳係該衛生產品包含75至90質量%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維與25至10質量%之人造纖維素纖維之摻合物,先決條件為該不織布的總量為100質量%。
用於單層或第一層之不織布較佳係穿孔。
人造纖維素纖維原本為親水性。為製造疏水性人造纖維素纖維,天然纖維係以疏水劑處理。較佳之疏水劑為烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD),疏水性纖維含有0.005至0.5質量%,較佳為0.01至0.1質量%之量的疏水劑。其他適用
疏水劑為DACC(二烷基胺甲醯基氯化物)或硬脂酸醯胺,諸如得自Zschimmer & Schwarz公司之Leristan HE I/42。
本發明係由以下實例顯示。
流入時間測試係Johnson & Johnson之US 2007/0219517中所概述方法的修改版本:裁剪覆面材樣本並夾於吸收核心上。所使用之吸收核心為常用於拋棄式吸收產品的典型液體吸收材料。本發明所使用之核心的吸收材料包含親水性纖維,諸如纖維素纖維(短纖漿、嫘縈)及超吸收性產品(諸如丙烯酸鈉-丙烯酸聚合物)。
測試液體為49.50%之0.9%(w/w)氯化鈉溶液以及49.05%甘油、1.00%苯氧乙醇與0.45%氯化鈉的混合物。
亦添加少量藍色色調至該測試液體以使得更容易觀察測試期間的液體分布。將4.0ml測試液體自3cm高度吸管移液至覆面材上。該時間係從液體開始釋放記錄至所有液體移動通過或進入該覆面材那一刻。吸管移液4.0ml液體的時間為約3.6秒。
該評估中所使用之主要再濕測試為US 2007/0219517中概述方法的經修改版本:於流入時間測試完成5分鐘(±10s)後,將十個直徑7cm之Whatman 41濾紙的堆疊之秤重並將之集中放置於流入測試的測試區中。將4.14kPa之壓力置於濾紙上5分鐘(±10s)。然後移除該濾紙並再秤重以計算再濕值。
梳理平鋪網並水力纏絡。平均織物重量為30g/m2。所有織物係在具有約14%開孔面積且平均孔徑尺寸為約2.4mm2之中孔徑尺寸帶上水力纏絡。
從1.7 dtex無光之疏水性纖維以不同疏水劑AKD 452N含量(AKD 452N為可購自Kemira公司之烷基烯酮二聚物調和物)製造30g/m2經梳理、水力纏絡及穿孔(中孔尺寸)不織布。亦測試疏水性黏液纖維與人造纖維素纖維之摻合物。根據上述測試方法測試覆面材之流入時間及再濕值。
表1顯示具有低濃度疏水處理(樣本1.3、1.4)之黏液纖維的流入時間與參考聚酯(樣本1.1)具有約相同值,但再濕值高於本申請案所希望之值。纖維上之疏水劑
濃度較高的情況下,流入時間超出範圍(樣本1.5)。又超出範圍的是疏水性人造纖維素纖維比例高於25%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維與人造纖維素纖維的摻合物(樣本1.6與1.7)。25%疏水性人造纖維素纖維與人造纖維素纖維之摻合物顯示充足性能(樣本1.8)。
為改良疏水性織物之可濕性及減少流入時間及再濕值,由具有0.1% AKD 452N之1.7 dtex無光疏水性黏液纖維所製成的不織布另外經得自BASF公司之濕潤劑(Plantacare 810 UP)處理。
以蒸餾水製成1.0%之濕潤劑「Plantacare 810 UP」(50%活性物質)的溶液,並以30%檸檬酸溶液將pH校
正至5。使用細霧壓縮空氣噴霧將該溶液施加至特定覆面材之上表面至以覆面材重量計為1%活性濕潤劑含量。於測試之前,使該等樣本在周圍條件下乾燥一夜。根據上述測試方法在各織物上測試流入時間及再濕值。
可看出不織布已從經1%之濕潤劑「Plantacare 810 UP」額外處理之75%具有0.1% AKD 452N的疏水性黏液纖維與25%黏液纖維(樣本1.6)或與25%天絲纖維(樣本1.7)之摻合物的覆面材流入時間及再濕值(樣本2.1及2.2)明顯降低。
該等纖維及織物可用於不同應用,諸如用於濕紙巾以獲致對最終使用者而言為益處之經改良織物以及經改良可濕性及洗劑管理。
本發明其他目的係提供不織布層作為獲取/分布層,其與覆面材併用時顯著減少流入時間及再濕值。
令人意外的是,已發現當覆面材與第二層包含人造纖維素纖維之熱黏合不織布結合時,覆面材之流入時間及再濕性能顯著改善。
本發明衛生產品包含兩層不織布且特徵在於第一層包含合成纖維或疏水性人造纖維素纖維,且第二層包含人造纖維素纖維。
該第一層可由100%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維組成,或由75至99.5質量%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維與0.5至25質量%之人造纖維素纖維組成(先決條件為總量為100質量%)。該第一層亦可為合成纖維,如聚酯。
在較佳具體實例中,該第二層由人造纖維素纖維及熱塑性材料之熱黏合不織布所組成,其中該熱黏合不織布由50至90質量%之人造纖維素纖維與50至10質量%之熱塑性纖維所組成(先決條件為總量為100質量%)。
適宜用於熱黏合不織布者為具有經修改橫斷面之人造纖維素纖維,經修改橫斷面係諸如多葉形、不規則形、三角形及中空橫斷面。
用於熱黏合不織布之較佳人造纖維素纖維為三葉形人造纖維素纖維。此種纖維可得自Lenzing AG,商標為「Viscostar」。該纖維之纖度為1.3至6.7 dtex,較佳為3至4 dtex。用於熱黏合不織布之其他較佳人造纖維素纖維為來賽爾纖維。該來賽爾纖維之纖度在0.9至9 dtex之範圍內,較佳為3.3至6.7 dtex。來賽爾纖維可得自Lenzing AG,商標為「Tencel」。二者纖維類型之纖維長度為4至90mm,較佳為10至60mm。
較佳熱塑性纖維為雙組分纖維,例如芯鞘型PET/CoPFT雙組分纖維、芯鞘型PET/PE雙組分纖維或芯
鞘型PE/PP雙組分纖維。
該層為氣流成網、乾式成網或濕式成網不織布,其可由該等個別方法製成。所有黏合方法均可行。該不織布為針軋、水力纏絡、熱黏合或化學黏合不織布。
較佳之不織布網係如WO 2007/124522所公開藉由「來賽爾熔融吹紡法」製成,該方法中該不織布網係藉由熔融吹紡法N-甲基-嗎福啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)中之纖維素溶液直接製造。
該等不織布之單位面積重量介於5至100g/m2,較佳為10至40g/m2之間。
30g/m2之不織布係從不同纖維類型及其摻合物並經由熱黏合法(經由氣流結合)製造,以用於獲取/分布層(ADL)。
製成平鋪網且該經壓縮之網係於150℃下加熱2分鐘以熱黏合該織物。平均織物區域密度為約30g/m2。所製成且測試之熱黏合ADL層為:
‧70%「Viscostar」三葉形黏液纖維(3.3dtex)與30%雙組分黏合劑纖維(4dtex,50:50同心鞘芯型聚乙烯-聚丙烯)之摻合物,用於樣本3.1、3.3、3.5及3.7。
‧70%天絲3.3dtex與30%雙組分黏合劑纖維(4dtex,50:50同心鞘芯型聚乙烯-聚丙烯)之摻
合物,用於樣本3.6及3.8。
就該等試驗而言,使用3種30g/m2之不同穿孔織物作為覆面材。使用典型吸收核心並將ADL不織布(30g/m2)放置於覆面材與吸收核心之間。根據下述測試方法測試流入時間及再濕值。該等試驗結果係示於表3。
用以評估ADL之流入-再濕測試係US 2007/0219517中所概述方法的另外修改版本。將覆面材、ADL及核心材料之樣本裁成適當大小並秤重。
將該等組件逐一鋪疊,該覆面材在最上層,該ADL在中間且該核心在底部,然後夾在測試用具中。
流入時間係如前述在將4.0ml之標準測試液體自3cm高度吸管移液至覆面材上而測量。該時間係從液體開始釋放記錄至所有液體移動通過或進入該覆面材那一刻。
再濕值亦如前述,使用十個直徑7cm之Whatman 41濾紙的堆疊測量。然而,在完成測試之後,立即拆解測試樣本,亦秤重三個組件以計算通過該樣本之液體的分布。在無ADL情況下進行一個測試以供比較。
可看出,若由70%三葉形黏液纖維或70%來賽爾纖維(天絲)與30%雙組分纖維之摻合物經由梳理及熱黏合加工製成的不織布係用作獲取/分布層並與疏水性人造纖維素纖維製成之覆面材以及聚酯覆面材併用(樣本3.7及3.8),其顯著改善吸收墊之再濕性能。
本發明不織布係用於拋棄式衛生產品,如尿布、衛生棉及失禁用產品。包含一層不織布(該不織布包含人造纖
維素纖維與疏水性人造纖維素纖維之摻合物且該不織布係經濕潤劑處理)之衛生產品尤其適於用作濕紙巾。
Claims (17)
- 一種包含至少一層不織布之衛生產品,其中該不織布層包含人造纖維素纖維,其特徵在於該層或該等層具有等於或小於30%之再濕值及等於或少於6秒之液體穿透時間,且其中一層不織布包含75至99.5質量%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維與0.5至25質量%之人造纖維素纖維之摻合物,先決條件為該不織布的總量為100質量%,且該不織布係以濕潤劑處理。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之衛生產品,其中該不織布包含75至90質量%之疏水性人造纖維素纖維與25至10質量%之人造纖維素纖維之摻合物,先決條件為該不織布的總量為100質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之衛生產品,其包含兩層不織布,其中第一層包含合成纖維或疏水性人造纖維素纖維,且第二層包含人造纖維素纖維。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之衛生產品,其中該一層或第一層分別為氣流成網(airlaid)、乾式成網(drylaid)或濕式成網(wetlaid)不織布。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之衛生產品,其中該不織布為針軋、水力纏絡、熱黏合或化學黏合不織布,或藉由熔融吹紡法使用在N-甲基-嗎福啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)中之纖維素溶液直接製造的不織布網。
