一興趣地圖可以產生來顯示使用者所提供的這些位置。該興趣地圖可以是，例如，在每一個使用者所列的位置顯示Boston Red SoxTM符號及Samuel Adams符號的Boston地圖。該關聯性107可以用於其他產生地圖以外之目的。例如，假如該興趣是Samuel Adams品牌，與該Samuel Adams品牌相關的位置列表可以透過選出與Samuel Adams品牌有關之位置而產生。

興趣可能會與其他興趣有關，且該相關的程度可以由一數值所衡量。該關係可以是兩個物件之間任何類型的關係，其可以用Boolean運算值(相關或不相關來表示)或一數值來表示相關性的強度。關係的類型係根據比較的興趣之種類或類型來決定。例如，對處所來說，該關係可以是距離關係且較接近的地理位置係較遠處的位置具有更強的相關性。對於事物來說，該關係可以由相同事物或主題的列表來決定，或是透過經常出現在句子中或字典定義中的字來決定。例如該物件「汽車」係強烈地與該物件「駕駛」相關，因為一預先定義的表係指示「汽車」係與「駕駛」相關，因為該用語「汽車」係被發現存在於「駕駛」的定義中，或者是該用語「汽車」及「駕駛」係被知道是通常會一起出現在句子中的用語。對人群來說，該關係可以由在一社交網路圖中兩個人之間的距離來衡量，因此，例如兩個人係彼此相互認識就是強烈相關，而兩個人不互相認識但都共同認識同一人則不代表是強烈相關。在一實施例中，兩個興趣間之關係的強度可以根據與這兩個興趣相關的使用者人數來衡量。如果該關係的強度係大於一定義的門檻值則兩個物件可以被認為是相關的。
在一實施例中，假如一聲明的興趣，例如「駕駛」係與其他的聲明興趣，例如汽車有關，然後，假如一第二使用者係位於與該聲明的興趣有關的位置時，該第二使用者可能對該第二興趣感到有興趣。也就是說，該第二使用者可以透過選擇一第一先前產生的使用者-興趣關聯性而辨識，其中該關聯性係將依第一興趣與一位置及一第一使用者建立關聯，且其中該第一興趣係與第二興趣有關(例如汽車係與駕駛有關)，且假如在第二使用者、位置及第二興趣之間的一關聯性被偵測，則選出一第二使用者。對一關聯性的偵測可能包含偵測第二使用者出現在該位置的一門檻距離內，偵測第二使用者對該位置的一關係或其組合。偵測該位置的關係可以包含詢問第二位置有關的資訊。
興趣與位置之間的關聯性之知識可能對於與該興趣有灣之公司或個人是有價值的，例如，出售與該興趣有關之領域的產品或服務的公司，或者是，如果興趣係為一品牌，對於擁有該品牌或與該品牌為競爭者的公司等。假如一位置係與一品牌及一興趣相關，該事實可以對該品牌擁有者或其競爭者進行計價，因為該擁有者或競爭者可以從該事實中找出該品牌係與該興趣及位置相關之價值。
用戶端裝置140及伺服器電腦102之間的通訊可以是訊息的形式，例如由用戶端應用程式或瀏覽器142產生並向該伺服器電腦102相關的一網路伺服器網址傳送的HTTP請求訊息。該用戶端應用程式或瀏覽器142可以在該HTTP請求訊息中儲存例如使用者辨識符、地圖位置、興趣及時間說明或其組合的資訊。該HTTP請求訊息也將該訊息辨識為一興趣相關的訊息，可由興趣映射邏輯單元104所處理。該網路伺服器邏輯130係接收該HTTP請求並且將其轉發至興趣映射邏輯單元104，該興趣映射邏輯單元包含分析如使用者辨識符、地圖位置、興趣、時間說明及其組合等資訊的輸入邏輯單元122。該網路伺服器邏輯單元130係根據HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol)規格傳送且接收HTTP訊息。該興趣映射邏輯單元104係處理該請求，例如若有必要建立物件106、建立物件之間的關聯性107、在資料庫160中儲存物件及關聯性、根據物件作出建議(說明如下)、以及產生使用者介面螢幕或影像。該興趣映射邏輯單元104可以產生輸出，例如用以在地圖110上顯示興趣之地圖標註，其可以是在與興趣有關的位置顯示興趣名稱或符號的圖案或是品牌名稱或符號，或者是根據該興趣關聯性107的建議。該輸出可以透過顯示邏輯單元120傳送給用戶端裝置140，其中該顯示邏輯單元係將輸出格式化成為一HTTP的回應訊息，並且轉發該回應訊息給網路伺服器邏輯單元130，隨後網路伺服器邏輯再透過網路132將該回應訊息傳送給用戶端裝置140。該用戶端裝置140可以在用戶端顯示器156上顯示該輸出。
在一實施例中，使用者也以輸入興趣的名稱、位置及時間等，例如透過輸入一品牌名稱至裝置140或在電腦鍵盤上輸入。在其他實施例中，該興趣可以自動地由用戶端裝置140上的邏輯單元或是由該興趣映射邏輯單元104所決定。例如，一使用者興趣檔案109可以與該使用者相關，且該使用者興趣檔案可以表明一預設的興趣，例如BMW，當使用者選擇與該興趣有關的指令時，可以與使用者目前的位置相關。在其他實施例中，該使用者檔案可以用來表示該品牌BMW係與使用者位置相關，如果位置係為一道路或高速公路。
在一實施例中，該使用者辨識符可能不可獲得，也就是未知的。例如，當產生位置與興趣之間的一關聯性時，使用者可能拒絕提供使用者辨識符，或者是一個未經登入的使用者請求產生一關聯性，因而其無法提供一使用者辨識符。假如使用者辨識符無法提供，則該關聯性107係建立在可獲得的資訊上，例如興趣、位置、選擇時間等，但不包括使用者辨識符。
假如使用者辨識符係有被接收或者是已知悉的情況，則對應使用者108將被包含到該關聯性107中。也就是說，該關聯性係建立於使用者、位置及興趣之間。假如時間指示符被接收，對應的時間114係包含於關聯性107中。也就是說，關聯性係建立於使用者、位置、興趣及時間之間，或者市如果使用者並未接收，則是建立於位置、興趣及時間之間。

在一實施例中，該使用者介面144係顯示地圖152及重疊的興趣符號148或其他興趣辨識符，例如興趣名稱、由地圖上的位置146所表示的地圖位置。在其他實施例中，使用者介面144係顯示在任何地圖上皆相互獨立的地圖位置146及興趣符號148。例如，該地圖位置146及興趣符號148可以列表的方式來顯示。
該興趣映射邏輯單元104可以利用儲存/取出邏輯單元126儲存及自一資料庫160中取出關聯性107。該資料庫可以是Oracle或類似的資料庫，且可以提供該關聯性107及物件106，包括使用者106、目標物件112、興趣116及地圖110的永久性儲存。
關聯性107的生命週期可以分成幾個階段，包含一第一計價階段，一收集階段、一聚集及處理接觸、一過濾階段及一第二計價階段。該第一計價階段係涉及在關聯性開始被收集之前所執行的最初活動。這些活動包可以是，如建立及發起一比賽或升級以鼓勵使用者或可能的使用者去建立關聯性107，如同前面Boston Red SoxTM的實施例所述。該收集階段包含接收產生關聯性107的資訊，例如接收來自用戶端裝置140的訊息，或接收來自一用戶端電腦或網路瀏覽器的訊息或其他輸入。例如，一使用者可以將一品牌符號拉到一地圖上，以使該品牌與一地圖位置產生關聯，或者是可以在裝置140上按下按鍵，或者是輸入與品牌及/或位置有關的資訊至該裝置140。在其他實施例中，該使用者可以將一RFID標籤或類似的電子追蹤裝置設置於一物件上，以產生關於該物件位置、使用者及興趣之間的一關聯性。該聚集及處理階段係包含增加、加總或其他評估接收自蒐集階段之關聯性的步驟，以產生如興趣、位置及/或使用者的統計或排序資訊，其中這些資訊係基於每一物件被包含至該關聯性107的次數。
該過濾階段係包含至關聯性107選擇符合特定要求的實體。該過濾階段可以透過選擇與特定位置、興趣及/或使用者相關的關聯性而辨識出該關聯性107的一子集。這些關聯性可以根據注意程度、興趣、品牌及/或由使用者的興趣檔案109中所定義的標籤及/或一個或多個其他使用者興趣檔案中所定義的標籤中來選出並將其顯示。注意程度可以由一位置及由一使用者對該位置注意的程度來定義的注意等級來表示，例如對該位置進行拍攝、或瀏覽與該位置相關的資訊或是其他可以推論出其對該位置特別注意的資訊。一使用者興趣檔案隨後可以定義出真實世界(或虛擬世界)中這個受到使用者注意的位置，以及使用者對每一個位置的注意程度。多個使用者的注意程度可以被聚集起來以決定該位置的歡迎程度的排序。使用者的興趣可以包含於使用者的興趣檔案109，如這裡和其他地方所述，且可能包含讓使用者感興趣之品牌。一使用者的興趣檔案也可以包含標籤，如文字字串、相關的位置、興趣及其他實體等。該標籤可以描述位置或可以提供位置的意義或同意詞等。在一實施例中，一地圖可以產生用來在與興趣有關的地理位置上顯示使用者聲明的興趣。聲明興趣的個數可能是很大，因此可以透過特定的注意程度、興趣(例如品牌及/或標籤等)來過濾這些聲明的興趣以降低該個數。例如，一興趣地圖可以產生來顯示使用者對於德州的興趣。假如使用者對於食物有興趣(如食物是使用者興趣檔案中的一特定興趣)，則大量的餐廳及食物相關的業務可能顯示在德州的興趣地圖上，特別是當該使用者先前造訪過德州並且建立了興趣-位置關聯性。因此，顯示於興趣地圖上之聲明興趣的個數可以先透過過濾這些顯示的興趣而減少。例如，一過濾器可以指定注意程度的最小及最大值、興趣的類型及/或興趣的最大值，以及特定的標籤。隨後，這些符合過濾器的興趣將會顯示於興趣地圖上，且不符合該過濾器的興趣將會從該地圖上省略。在一實施例中，一過濾器可以指定一最小的注意程度，一組包含或排除的品牌，及/或一組包含或排除的標籤，且符合這些情況的興趣將會顯示於興趣地圖上的對應位置。
該子集可以包含，例如與特定使用者、特定位置相關的關聯性107，例如使用者係為Paris Hilton且位置係為New York City。該子集也可以根據每一關聯性107的使用者、興趣、時間及/或位置而選出。該子集隨後可以用來產生興趣及與Paris Hilton有關之New York City的位置之地圖，例如一使用者或是興趣係為Paris Hilton。具有特定時間的關聯性也可能被選出
。例如，該位置及與Paris Hilton在New York City有關的對應興趣可以進一步選擇特定的時間如介於6:00 PM到3:00 AM的關聯性來過濾，以產生關於Paris Hilton的New York City夜生活位置及興趣。在其他實施例中，關聯性可以選擇一時間介於8:00 AM到5:00 PM以產生Paris Hilton白天在New York City的地圖。
在其他實施例中，使用者可以關聯特定位置與Grey GooseTM的伏特加。關於Grey GooseTM品牌的品牌地圖可以透過過濾該關聯性而產生，以選擇在特定地理區域，例如Manhattan的關聯性。使用者可以在其使用者檔案或品牌檔案中具有Grey GooseTM，且當這些使用者造訪夜店時，關於Grey GooseTM、夜店與使用者之間的關聯性可以被產生。
在其他實施例中，為一特定位置選擇關聯性107會產生一列與該位置相關的使用者及興趣。假如兩個興趣係與同一位置及/或使用者相關，則這兩個興趣有可能是相關的且可能是另一使用者的共同興趣。這兩個興趣被稱為「共同事件」。共同事件可以透過選擇兩個特定興趣而選出，例如BMW汽車及Apple。而與兩個事件相關的共同事件地圖可據此產生。假如一位置的關聯性107個數及/或具有兩個(或更多)興趣其中一個係興趣之使用者的個數很多的話，那麼這些證據之間的關聯性是相對強烈的。也就是說，興趣之間的關係可能是強烈的且可以由共同位置及/或具有一個共同興趣之使用者的關聯性個數所測量。例如，如果一位置係與Apple及BMW汽車有關，那麼應該作出Apple及BMW該產生具有兩種品牌之廣告的建議。

第三圖係表示係表示根據本發明具體實施例在一興趣映射系統中的操作。在一實施方案中，A使用者302係利用行動裝置310來追蹤位置與活動。一設置在該行動裝置310內的應用程式係傳送該行動裝置的全球定位系統GPS座標至行動應用伺服器320。該伺服器320係傳送該座標至活動策劃地圖伺服器2330。該行動伺服器320係向一上下文資訊伺服器360提出該座標之一般資訊的詢問，例如接近該位置的名稱及商務類型。根據該上下文資訊，該行動伺服器320係向辨識該使用者興趣檔案的一興趣映射伺服器350提出訊問。根據接收至該行動裝置310的資訊，該應用程式追蹤在該上下文的地理位置所耗費的時間並且決定該位置是否與該使用者是上下文相關的。上下文的相關性係如美國專利申請號11/966,972中所述，該案的所有內容也被列為是本案的參考文獻。假如該位置與該使用者是上下文相關的，那麼在使用者抵達或進入該位置時，該應用程式將會推出來自使用者興趣檔案以供顯示於一興趣地圖上的相關訊息，在相同的興趣地圖上顯示由其他使用者所提供的相關資訊(接收自使用者產生的上下文伺服器)，以及允許使用者進入及/或上傳與該位置、活動或目標物件有關的使用者產生的上下文資訊以供在該興趣地圖上追蹤。
在一實施例中，一旦使用者離開該位置，該活動策劃地圖伺服器330將會為使用者將該位置註冊為感興趣的地圖，並且會包含再興趣地圖及/或興趣檔案中的事實。一旦離開，該活動策劃地圖伺服器330也會促使該使用者輸入與該位置或目標物件、該興趣、在該位置的活動及其組合等的使用者產生的上下文資訊。所述使用者產生的上下文資訊隨後被使用者產生的上下文伺服器340儲存於使用者產生的上下文資料庫241。假如使用者產生的上下文資訊包含一興趣，或者是該使用者已經另外提供一興趣，則該位置(或目標物件)、該興趣及該使用者之間的關聯性將會由該興趣映射伺服器350儲存於該興趣映射資料庫351中。

第五圖係顯示根據本發明具體實施例之一種顯示使用者興趣地圖的介面。一地圖顯示502係包含一品牌地圖506，其中與該品牌相關的位置係被顯示。位置指示符504、508及510的呈現，例如顏色或陰影係根據該使用者的對應位置對該品牌的相關性程度來決定。有兩個位置504係被認為是最有關於使用者的品牌關聯性，例如其與使用者間具有很強的關聯性。該親近的關係係由該位置指示符504的暗色或陰影來表示。其他兩個位置508及510戲劇有與使用者較遠距離的品牌關聯性。較遠距離關係就由該位置指示符508及510的淡色或陰影來表示。

前面所述的一種技術，從其他使用者對相同位置所建立的關聯性中選出興趣的技術可以結合第二技術，也就是根據相關性來推論出興趣。例如，一最初的興趣組可以使用第一技術來產生，且該最初的興趣組可以利用第二技術來延伸。在這個例子中，第一技術可以產生「高爾夫」和「餐廳」的興趣，因為其他使用者係與California的Carmel及/或具有高爾夫及餐廳的17mile drive相關聯。該第二技術可以產生Zio's Restaurant、Golf Ramona、Casanova Restaurant及The Golf Institute等興趣。

Claims (38)

  1. 一種為一方法而具體儲存其上之電腦可讀指令之非暫態的電腦可讀取媒體，該方法係用以建立使用者及聲明興趣之間關聯性，該方法包含：透過一網路，接收與一第一使用者有關之一第一興趣；透過該網路，接收根據該第一使用者的一行動所選的一位置；建立該第一興趣、該位置及該第一使用者之間的一關聯性；透過該網路，偵測一第二使用者與該位置及一第二興趣之間的一關聯性；為回應偵測該第二使用者與該位置及該第二興趣之間的該關聯性，決定表示該第二興趣與該第一興趣間之一關係強度的一數值，其中決定表示該第二興趣與該第一興趣間之該關係強度的該數值係至少部分基於一社交網路中之該第一使用者與該第二使用者之間的一關係距離；決定表示該關係強度的該數值係大於一預定義的門檻值；以及為回應表示該關係強度的該數值係大於該預定義的門檻值之決定，透過該網路，將一建議傳送給該第二使用者，該建議指出該第二使用者對於該第一興趣具有一潛在興趣；其中，該建議係基於一權重因素加以排序處理，該權重因素係至少基於該第二使用者於該社交網路中與其他使用者之間的複數個物理距離。
