Description

組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置
本發明為一種可直接組合於車體基準貫孔管管孔之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,為可供後加組合於設有基準貫孔管P100之被驅動車體以方便組裝及維修為其進步性之所在。
目前雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,通常製成一個體裝置再結合於被驅動之車體,組裝及維修較不方便。
本發明為將輸入軸S101藉軸承設置於被驅動車體上之基準貫孔管P100之管孔,並藉具螺旋固鎖環LR101、具螺旋固鎖環LR102、具螺旋固鎖環LR201、具螺旋固鎖環LR202分別將支臂A101、支臂A102夾設基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200,而傳動軸S201藉軸承設置於輔助管P200,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之同一側設置鏈輪CW201及鏈輪CW101,其中鏈輪CW101為經單向傳動裝置SWC102結合於輸入軸S101,鏈輪CW101與鏈輪CW201為藉鏈條CH100作同轉向傳動,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之另一側設置輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102,其中輸出齒輪G101為經單向傳動裝置SWC101結合於輸入軸S101,而由輸出齒輪G101輸出恆轉向迴轉動能者。
目前雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,通常製成一個體裝置再結合於被驅動之車體,組裝及維修較不方便;本發明為一種可直接組合於車體基準貫孔管管孔之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,為可供後加組合於設有基準貫孔管P100之被驅動車體以方便組裝及維修為其進步性之所在;本發明為將輸入軸S101藉軸承設置於被驅動車體上之基準貫孔管P100之管孔,並藉具螺旋固鎖環LR101、具螺旋固鎖環LR102、具螺旋固鎖環LR201、具螺旋固鎖環LR202分別將支臂A101、支臂A102夾設基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200,而傳動軸S201藉軸承設置於輔助管P200,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之同一側設置鏈輪CW201及鏈輪CW101,其中鏈輪CW101為經單向傳動裝置SWC102結合於輸入軸S101,鏈輪CW101與鏈輪CW201為藉鏈條作同轉向傳動,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之另一側設置輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102,其中輸出齒輪G101為經單向傳動裝置SWC101結合於輸入軸S101,而由輸出齒輪G101輸出恆轉向迴轉動能者。
圖1所示為本發明之組成結構示意圖;
圖2所示為圖1之分解立體示意圖;
如圖1及圖2中所示,其主要構成如下:
-- 基準貫孔管P100:為呈管狀結構而設置於車體,基準貫孔管P100具有管孔供貫設軸承B101、B102,以供設置輸入軸S101而旋轉其上,基準貫孔管P100管孔之兩側具內螺牙或鎖固結構,而具螺旋固鎖環LR101、具螺旋固鎖環LR102分別貫穿支臂A101、支臂A102之固定孔後旋固於基準貫孔管P100兩側;--輸入軸S101:為呈軸狀結構,供藉軸承B101及軸承B102貫設於基準貫孔管P100之管孔,並藉具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102夾設支臂A101及支臂A102再固鎖於基準貫孔管P100之管口兩側;
-- 輔助管P200:為呈管狀結構具有管孔供貫設軸承B201、B202以供設置傳動軸S201而旋轉其上,輔助管管孔之兩側具有內螺牙或鎖固結構,而具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202分別貫穿支臂A101、及支臂A102之固定孔後旋固於輔助管P200之兩側;
-- 支臂A101:為呈片狀結構之支臂結構,兩端分別具貫穿孔,供具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR201貫穿,並將支臂A101夾壓及鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之同一側以聯結基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200者;
-- 支臂A102:為呈片狀結構之支臂,兩端分別具貫穿孔,供具螺旋固鎖環LR102及具螺旋固鎖環LR202貫穿,並將支臂A102夾壓及鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之另一側以聯結基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200者;
-- 具螺旋固鎖環LR101、LR102、LR201、LR202:為呈階級環狀結構,供鎖入兩端內孔具螺牙或固定結構之基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之兩側,以供夾壓支臂A101、支臂A102並鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之兩側端者;
-- 單向傳動裝置SWC101、SWC102:為單向傳動機構裝置所構成之過速離合裝置(over running clutch)者;
-- 鏈輪CW101、CW201:為由鏈輪或齒形皮帶輪所構成,供分別藉鏈、梢或異形孔及軸之結構結合於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之同一側,其中鏈輪CW101為經單向傳動裝置SWC102結合於輸入軸S101,而藉傳動鏈條CH100或齒形皮帶使鏈輪CW101及鏈輪CW201作同轉向之傳動者;
-- 輸出齒輪G101、G102:為由齒輪所構成供分別藉鏈、梢或異形孔及軸之結構結合於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之另一側,其中輸出齒輪G101為經單向傳動裝置SWC101結合於輸入軸S101,而使輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102作相反轉向之傳動者;其中輸出齒輪G101為供作為恆轉向輸出功能運轉者。
此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其供鎖固輸入軸S101之具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102,固鎖傳動軸S201之具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202之結構可為一體式或具可調整螺環式之結構所構成者。
圖3所示為具螺旋固鎖環之一體式結構實施例;如圖3中所示,其構成為呈階級狀結構並具中間軸孔1010,其一端為具可被旋轉驅動調整之頭部1011,另一端為具外螺紋1012者。
圖4所示為具螺旋固鎖環具可調整螺環式結構之實施例;如圖4中所示,其構成為呈一具中間軸孔1020之具外螺紋1022管狀螺旋管,其外供旋合可被旋轉驅動調整之螺帽1021者。
此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其供鎖固輸入軸S101之具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102,固鎖傳動軸S201之具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202之結構可為部分由一體式所構成,部分由具可調整螺環式之結構所構成者。
此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其應用時進一步可作成以下結構型態,包括:
-- 此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其鏈輪CW101、鏈輪CW201、傳動鏈條CH100為同側設置,輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102為呈同側設置,兩者分別由其中之一為設置於左側,其中之另一為設置於右側者;
-- 此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,在應用時其單向傳動裝置SWC101及單向傳動裝置SWC102,在不變雙向輸入恆向輸出功能下可設置於鏈輪CW101、鏈輪CW201、輸出齒輪G101、輸出齒輪G102四個傳動輪中,其中之任意兩個與所結合之轉軸之間者;
-- 此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其輔助管P200進一步包括中段直徑較小之結構者;
-- 此項組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其輔助管P200包括呈平行圓筒管結構者。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其特徵在於為將輸入軸S101藉軸承設置於被驅動車體上之基準貫孔管P100之管孔,並藉具螺旋固鎖環LR101、具螺旋固鎖環LR102、具螺旋固鎖環LR201、具螺旋固鎖環LR202分別將支臂A101、支臂A102夾設基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200,而傳動軸S201藉軸承設置於輔助管P200,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之同一側設置鏈輪CW201及鏈輪CW101,其中鏈輪CW101為經單向傳動裝置SWC102結合於輸入軸S101,鏈輪CW101與鏈輪CW201為藉鏈條作同轉向傳動,而於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之另一側設置輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102,其中輸出齒輪G101為經單向傳動裝置SWC101結合於輸入軸S101,而由輸出齒輪G101輸出恆轉向迴轉動能者,其主要構成如下:基準貫孔管P100:為呈管狀結構而設置於車體,基準貫孔管P100具有管孔供貫設軸承B101、B102,以供設置輸入軸S101而旋轉其上,基準貫孔管P100管孔之兩側具內螺牙或鎖固結構,而具螺旋固鎖環LR101、具螺旋固鎖環LR102分別貫穿支臂A101、支臂A102之固定孔後旋固於基準貫孔管P100兩側;輸入軸S101:為呈軸狀結構,供藉軸承B101及軸承B102貫設於基準貫孔管P100之管孔,並藉具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102夾設支臂A101及支臂A102再固鎖於基準貫孔管P100之管口兩側;輔助管P200:為呈管狀結構具有管孔供貫設軸承B201、B202以供設置傳動軸S201而旋轉其上,輔助管管孔之兩側具有內螺牙或鎖固結構,而具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202分別貫穿支臂A101、及支臂A102之固定孔後旋固於輔助管P200之兩側;支臂A101:為呈片狀結構之支臂結構,兩端分別具貫穿孔,供具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR201貫穿,並將支臂A101夾壓及鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之同一側以聯結基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200者;支臂A102:為呈片狀結構之支臂,兩端分別具貫穿孔,供具螺旋固鎖環LR102及具螺旋固鎖環LR202貫穿,並將支臂A102夾壓及鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之另一側以聯結基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200者;具螺旋固鎖環LR101、LR102、LR201、LR202:為呈階級環狀結構,供鎖入兩端內孔具螺牙或固定結構之基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之兩側,以供夾壓支臂A101、支臂A102並鎖固於基準貫孔管P100及輔助管P200之兩側端者;單向傳動裝置SWC101、SWC102:為單向傳動機構裝置所構成之過速離合裝置(over running clutch)者;鏈輪CW101、CW201:為由鏈輪或齒形皮帶輪所構成,供分別藉鏈、梢或異形孔及軸之結構結合於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之同一側,其中鏈輪CW101為經單向傳動裝置SWC102結合於輸入軸S101,而藉傳動鏈條CH100或齒形皮帶使鏈輪CW101及鏈輪CW201作同轉向之傳動者;輸出齒輪G101、G102:為由齒輪所構成供分別藉鏈、梢或異形孔及軸之結構結合於輸入軸S101及傳動軸S201之另一側,其中輸出齒輪G101為經單向傳動裝置SWC101結合於輸入軸S101,而使輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102作相反轉向之傳動者;其中輸出齒輪G101為供作為恆轉向輸出功能運轉者。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其供鎖固輸入軸S101之具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102,固鎖傳動軸S201之具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202之結構可為一體式結構所構成者,其構成為呈階級狀結構並具中間軸孔1010,其一端為具可被旋轉驅動調整之頭部1011,另一端為具外螺紋1012者。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其供鎖固輸入軸S101之具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102,固鎖傳動軸S201之具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202之結構可為具可調整螺環式之結構所構成者,其構成為呈一具中間軸孔1020之具外螺紋1022管狀螺旋管,其外供旋合可被旋轉驅動調整之螺帽1021者。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其供鎖固輸入軸S101之具螺旋固鎖環LR101及具螺旋固鎖環LR102,固鎖傳動軸S201之具螺旋固鎖環LR201及具螺旋固鎖環LR202之結構可為部分由一體式所構成,部分由具可調整螺環式之結構所構成者。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其鏈輪CW101、鏈輪CW201、傳動鏈條CH100為同側設置,輸出齒輪G101及輸出齒輪G102為呈同側設置,兩者分別由其中之一為設置於左側,其中之另一為設置於右側者。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其單向傳動裝置SWC101及單向傳動裝置SWC102,在不變雙向輸入恆向輸出功能下可設置於鏈輪CW101、鏈輪CW201、輸出齒輪G101、輸出齒輪G102四個傳動輪中,其中之任意兩個與所結合之轉軸之間者。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其輔助管P200進一步包括中段直徑較小之結構者。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之組合式雙轉向輸入恆轉向輸出傳動裝置,其輔助管P200包括呈平行圓筒管結構者。
