Description

LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構
本發明係涉及一種LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構設計,尤指一種可使絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片快速形成緊配結合的LED燈座結構改良。
如第十二圖及第十三圖所示,習知的LED燈座係包含一散熱鰭片模組100、一散熱心管200及一絕緣接頭300,散熱鰭片模組100係以複數個散熱鰭片101環繞設於散熱心管200所構成,各散熱鰭片101末端均具有一束頸部102,束頸部102係呈一內凹槽狀,而絕緣接頭300則是在開口內壁設有一圈環狀的卡止簷301,主要是將絕緣接頭300(採陶瓷或塑膠成型)套置於散熱鰭片模組100的末端,利用卡止簷301對應嵌入束頸部102,以形成緊束的卡合固定;然而,上述絕緣接頭300的卡止簷301與散熱鰭片101的束頸部所形成的卡合固定,卡止簷301與束頸部102只能構成多數個點狀的卡持接觸,相對於每一散熱鰭片101而言,僅會產生一個側面的受力點,故其受力接觸面積很小,致使散熱鰭片101較容易發生變形,且對於絕緣接頭300而言,並不具有軸方向的固定效果,因此絕緣接頭300與散熱鰭片模組100可能會發生相對的旋轉移位,容易造成LED燈座的損壞。
如第M419033號新型專利案,其係提供一種「二極體燈具之燈頭與散熱模組定位結構」設計,該專利案主要是 再增加使用一彈性件,利用該彈性件撐張迫緊於散熱鰭片的束頸部,再使散熱鰭片嵌入絕緣接頭的卡止簷,以形成嵌套緊結,但此項設計,每一散熱鰭片與絕緣接頭同樣只能產生一個側面的受力點,也不具有軸方向的固定效果。
本發明之主要目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構設計,係包括一散熱鰭片模組、一散熱心管及一絕緣接頭,該散熱鰭片模組的各散熱鰭片係於末端均設有一嵌入部及一擋止片,而絕緣接頭係於開口周圍設有與各散熱鰭片呈匹配對應的複數個嵌勾片及貫穿嵌孔,其係利用散熱鰭片的嵌入部推頂嵌勾片並插入貫穿嵌孔,使擋止片與嵌勾片可形成卡持定位,進而快速完成絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結合。
本發明之次要目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構設計,其中,所述各散熱鰭片的擋止片係呈適當的反折形狀,反折角度約等於或接近90°,故與絕緣接頭的嵌勾片卡持定位時,可利用擋止片的端壁面頂持接觸於各嵌勾片,使每一散熱鰭片均可與絕緣接頭產生一個端壁面的受力面,進而由複數個擋止片共同圍繞於絕緣接頭開口周圍,利用複數個端壁面形成環繞狀的卡持接觸,因此可大幅增加各散熱鰭片的受力接觸面積,獲得極穩固的卡持定位,並確保散熱鰭片不會發生變形。
本發明之另一目的,乃在於提供一種LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構設計,其中,所述各散熱鰭片的嵌入部,均係一次同時推頂絕緣接頭的嵌勾片,並對應插 入絕緣接頭的貫穿嵌孔,利用複數個嵌入部同時插入絕緣接頭的貫穿嵌孔,以產生軸方向的固定效果,因此確保絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片模組絕不會發生相對的旋轉移位,以避免LED燈座因絕緣接頭的旋轉移位而造成損壞。
茲依附圖實施例將本發明結構特徵及其他作用、目的詳細說明如下:如第一圖至第三圖所示,係本發明所為「LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構」的較佳實施例,其係包括一散熱鰭片模組10、一散熱心管2及一絕緣接頭3,其中:散熱鰭片模組10,其係以複數個散熱鰭片1環繞結合於散熱心管2,各散熱鰭片1(如第四圖所示)的末端均延伸設有一嵌入部11及一擋止片12,而擋止片12並具有一端壁面121;散熱心管2,為一習知構件,其係可於端面21配置結合一包含複數LED串列組成的發光基板,或任意組合的LED發光單元,以提供照明效果;絕緣接頭3,係一中空殼座,上端為一開口31,下端為一標準規格的螺合部32,並於開口31周圍分佈設有與各散熱鰭片1呈匹配對應的複數個嵌勾片33及貫穿嵌孔34;利用上述構件,各散熱鰭片1係環繞結合於散熱心管2,而散熱鰭片1下端延伸的嵌入部11係可推頂絕緣接頭3的嵌勾片33並插入貫穿嵌孔34,以使散熱鰭片1擋止片12的端壁面121係對應卡持於嵌勾片33而形成頂持定位(依 序如第五圖至第七圖所示),藉此快速完成絕緣接頭3與散熱鰭片模組10的緊配結合(如第八圖)。
上述各散熱鰭片1,該擋止片12係呈適當的反折形狀,而其反折角度約等於或接近於90°,故與絕緣接頭3的嵌勾片33卡持定位時,可利用擋止片12的反折端壁面121頂持接觸於各嵌勾片33,因此使每一散熱鰭片1均可與絕緣接頭3產生一個受力面,此受力面的接觸面積遠大於習知呈點狀分佈的受力點,故接觸受力的效果更佳,並可由複數個擋止片12共同圍繞於絕緣接頭3開口31周圍,利用複數個端壁面121形成環繞狀的卡持接觸(如第九圖),因此能大幅增加散熱鰭片模組10與絕緣接頭3的受力接觸面積,以獲得更為穩固的卡持定位,並確保各散熱鰭片1不會因為受力過於集中於一單點而發生變形。
上述各散熱鰭片1的反折狀擋止片12,其係可實施為一具有微幅彎曲的弧面,並利用微幅彎曲弧面的擋止片12,可適配於呈圓形圍繞分佈的各嵌勾片33,以形成圓形匹配環繞的卡持結合。
上述散熱鰭片模組10與散熱心管2的環繞結合,其結合形態於本發明中並無特別限制必要,如實施例圖所示,其係將複數個散熱鰭片1分別插入散熱心管2預設的夾持槽22並完成緊配的夾持結合,但其當然亦可利用焊接方式,將各散熱鰭片1分別焊接結合於散熱心管2,或亦可使各散熱鰭片1為一體成型於散熱心管2,皆為可行的實施形態。
上述散熱心管2的結構形態,於本發明中也沒有特別 限制的必要,例如散熱心管2亦可實施為一斷面呈H型的管體,使端面係呈內凹成型,而可將發光基板或發光單元配置結合內凹端面,惟此因屬習知技術範疇,故不贅述。
依本發明設計,所述各散熱鰭片1的嵌入部11,其一側係具有一內凹的階級面111,以使嵌入部11插入絕緣接頭3的貫穿嵌孔34時,可由該階級面111抵持於貫穿嵌孔34的邊緣部341(如第七圖)。而各散熱鰭片1的擋止片12,其於散熱鰭片1本體的轉折相鄰處,並可形成兩個高低的階級面122、123,其中,較高的階級面122係可抵持於散熱心管2,較低的階級面123則與擋止片12的端壁面121為切齊,並可與嵌勾片33的倒勾331形成卡止抵持(如第六、七圖)。
所述各散熱鰭片1,係可進一步於外露端壁形成鈍化的滾邊13,用以避免出現銳利的毛邊,但散熱鰭片1的形狀則不拘。此外,如第十、十一圖所示,所述各散熱鰭片1於前端的邊壁,並可預設一嵌溝14及一鉤片15,用以套置結合一環形束套41,且於該束套41以超音波熱熔結合一透明環蓋42,以組成一LED燈座。
另,所述的絕緣接頭3,係實施時並於所述標準規格的螺合部32套置結合一金屬的導電接頭321(如第八圖),以提供電性連結,但此部份亦屬於習知技術。
綜上所述,本發明所為LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構設計,其手段運用及結構特徵均不同於習知,具有顯著的進步功效,不僅能快速完成絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結合,各散熱鰭片亦均可與絕緣接頭產生良好的 受力接觸,使散熱鰭片不會變形,又能產生軸方向的固定效果,確保絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片模組不會發生相對的旋轉移位,故已符合新穎性及進步性,敬祈 依法審查賜准專利,實感德便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,係包括一散熱鰭片模組、一散熱心管及一絕緣接頭,而其特徵在於:散熱鰭片模組,係以複數個散熱鰭片環繞結合於散熱心管,各散熱鰭片的末端均延伸設有一嵌入部及一擋止片;散熱心管,係供配置結合一包含複數LED串列組成的發光基板;絕緣接頭,係一中空殼座,上端為一開口,下端為一螺合部,並於開口周圍分佈設有與各散熱鰭片呈匹配對應的複數個嵌勾片及貫穿嵌孔;利用上述構件,各散熱鰭片係環繞結合於散熱心管,而散熱鰭片下端延伸的嵌入部係推頂絕緣接頭的嵌勾片並插入貫穿嵌孔,使散熱鰭片擋止片的端壁面係對應卡持於嵌勾片而形成頂持定位,藉此快速完成絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片模組的緊配結合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片的擋止片係呈反折形狀,其反折角度約等於或接近於90°。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片的擋止片係呈複數個共同圍繞於絕緣接頭的開口周圍,並利用複數個擋止片的端壁面形成環繞狀的分佈。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱 鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片的擋止片係為一具有微幅彎曲的弧面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片的嵌入部,其一側係具有一可抵持於貫穿嵌孔邊緣部的內凹階級面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片的擋止片,其於散熱鰭片本體的轉折相鄰處並形成兩個高低的階級面,較高的階級面係抵持於散熱心管,較低的階級面則與擋止片的端壁面為切齊。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片係於外露端壁形成鈍化的滾邊。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述LED燈座絕緣接頭與散熱鰭片的緊配結構,其中,各散熱鰭片係於前端的邊壁預設一嵌溝及一鉤片,並套置結合一環形束套,且於束套以超音波熱熔結合一透明環蓋。
