Description
本發明係有關於一種長頸瓶之製造,該長頸瓶在瓶頸具有至少一個內浮凸部,用以在經由瓶頸倒送過程影響液體之流動。
長頸瓶在飲料包裝工業上是常被使用的,特別是在啤酒的裝填上。
本發明目的之一係揭露一種長頸瓶,在瓶頸具有至少一個內浮凸部,用以在經由瓶頸倒送過程時影響液體之流動。
本發明揭露諸多可以獨立或是結合彼此實施的態樣。
根據本發明之一態樣,具有單件式一體成型玻璃或金屬構造的長頸瓶具有一瓶身,該瓶身有一密封底部和一在該瓶身遠離該底部之一端的肩部;及一沿著軸線從肩部延伸且終止於一頸部終端用以接合密封物之頸部。該瓶頸包含至少一個內浮凸部,用以影響從該瓶身流經該頸部之液體的流動。在本發明之實施例,該至少一個內浮凸部包含至少一個內環形肋部、或至少一個
與該頸部軸共面之內肋部、或至少一個內螺旋肋部或至少一內橢圓肋部。
依據本發明之另一態樣,長頸瓶之製作方法包含形成一型坯或預製件,然後將該型坯吹塑成一長頸瓶。在該型坯形成和/或該型坯吹塑成長頸瓶時,至少一個內肋部形成於該瓶子之頸部。該至少一個內肋部之形成是在型坯形成作業時,在該頸部形成一個外肋部,然後在吹塑作業中將該外肋部推入該頸部。在本發明之另一實施例,在該型坯成形作業和/或該吹塑作業中,該至少一個內肋部之形成係為在型坯成形作業和/或瓶身吹塑作業時,於該頸部形成至少一個外溝槽和一個在頸部相對應之內肋部。

本發明與其目的、特徵、優點和態樣,將從後續之說明、申請專利範圍及附圖而獲得最佳理解。
第1圖為顯示根據本發明之一實施例之長頸瓶20,其包含一具有一密封底部24和一肩部26之瓶身22;及一沿著一軸29從肩部26延伸至瓶口30之瓶頸28(如第2圖和第3圖所示)。頸部28終止於一已修飾輪廓用以接合預定密封物之頸部終端32。該瓶身20有一總體高度34,頸部28(包含頸部終端32)有一高度36。為本發明之目的,用語「長頸瓶」定義為瓶頸高度36至少為該總體高度34之25%的長頸瓶。在本發明之實施例中,該頸高度36係在瓶高度34之33%至40%之範圍內。
長頸瓶20係為單件式一體成型構造,較佳為玻璃或金屬構造。(用詞「單件式一體成型構造」不排除例如美國專利4,740,401案中所揭示之一體成型模製多層玻璃結構之類型,或一體成型且在瓶子成形作業完成後附加其他結構之玻璃或金屬瓶)。長頸玻璃瓶可用壓製吹塑製造作業中製成。將熔化之玻璃料或團置於一毛坯
模中且將一插塞移至該毛坯模內,以使該熔化玻璃塊緊貼於該毛柸模之內表面。將該玻璃預製品或型坯從該毛坯模中取出然後放入一吹塑模中,在吹塑模中,型坯本體和頸部的主要部分以吹塑氣體(通常是空氣)靠著該吹塑模內表面而延伸,而該頸部終端仍維持在該毛坯模中所形成之形狀。長頸玻璃瓶也可由吹塑一吹塑製造作業製成。長頸金屬瓶可用適當技術製成。
依據本發明,至少一個內形體或浮凸部成形在瓶頸28用以在倒送過程藉由該瓶頸影響液體流動。第1圖至第4圖所示之實施例中,該內形體或浮凸部係為複數個內肋部40繞著軸線29呈螺旋之形式,軸線29較佳與瓶身22共軸且成為該瓶子的中心軸線。較佳之螺旋肋部40為大致相同且以相同角度彼此隔開。當液體商品,例如啤酒、蘇打水或其他飲品,從瓶身22倒出,螺旋內肋部40使該液體產生一渦流作動。
第5圖至第8圖顥示根據本發明之長頸瓶42之第二實施例。瓶子42(和第9圖至第17圖之瓶子)中與在第1圖至第4圖之瓶子20的元件相同或大致相同的元件係用對應之相同元件符號標示。在瓶子42中,該些在瓶頸43之內浮凸部或肋部為封閉橢圓肋部44之形式。每一橢圓肋部44較佳為配置於與該軸線29成一角度的平面上。在第5圖至第8圖中有三個橢圓肋部44。橢圓肋部44較佳為位在與該瓶子之軸線29成一角度隔開的平行平面上。當液體飲品從瓶子42倒出,通過肋部44會攪動該液體且使該液體釋放氣體,協助啤酒形成一泡沬或快速在葡萄酒中冒出泡泡。
第9圖和第11圖顯示長頸瓶46,其中位於頸部48之內浮凸部是以有角度隔開之縱向肋部50型態呈現。每一肋部50與該軸線29共面。在第9圖至第12圖之範例中,頸部48大略為圓錐型,每一肋部50係成線型且與該軸線29有一角度。如果頸部48為第13圖之「凸起」型態,縱向肋部50會成彎曲狀且仍與軸線29共面。肋部50向瓶頸之方向延伸,換言之肋部50和商品流經該瓶頸之方向沒有角度。因此肋部50引導商品流動和減少在倒出時商品的攪動。
第13圖至第16圖為本發明之長頸瓶52之第四實施例。與在第1圖至第12圖瓶子頸部28、43和48之圓錐形狀相比,瓶子52有一呈典型凸起形狀之頸部54。在瓶子52中之內浮凸部包含至少一個配置於與頸部54之縱向軸線29垂直之平面的環形內肋部56。在第13圖至第16圖的範例中,有一對在該頸部54內表面之平行平面上呈軸向隔開之內肋部56。當該商品經由該瓶頸倒出時,肋部56會攪動該商品,例如釋放氣體或在啤酒形成泡沬。
第17圖顯示一長頸葡萄酒瓶60,其有一瓶身部62和一具有一軟木塞型頸部終端66之頸部64。螺旋肋部68成形於該瓶頸64之內側表面。第17圖亦顯示在瓶頸之內浮凸部並不一定侷限於該頸部而是可延伸至瓶子之瓶身部62。
長頸瓶也可用於成形一預製品或型坯之方式做成,例如在插塞式壓製作業中,該吹塑作業仍可施行。
然後該型坯從該型坯或毛坯模移至一吹塑模,該瓶子頸部和瓶身部係在吹塑模中之吹塑作業成形。當該瓶頸部或該瓶之瓶身部在吹塑作業中再次塑行,該頸部終端32或66之形成即是該型坯形成作業之完成。在圖示中顯示的實施例包含螺紋式頸部終端32用以接合有螺紋的密封物。然而該頸部終端可為任何適當之形狀,例如冠狀終端部用以和瓶蓋或軟木塞式終端部66壓捲附接。
可表現本發明特徵之位於瓶頸的內浮凸部可以任何適當之作業製成。在本發明之一實施例,內頸浮凸部之成形是依照美國專利公開號2009/0084799A1。簡要的說,毛坯模體有一內表面,該內表面至少一個具有預定形狀(在本發明中之如肋的形狀)之凹部或袋部,其對應在瓶頸所欲的內浮凸部的形狀。該型坯的頸部分推抵至該毛坯模體的內表面以在該型坯之頸部份形成至少一個外浮凸部,其係對應在模體內表面之該至少一個內凹部。當該型坯接續地在該吹塑模中被吹抵於該吹塑模之內表面,在該型坯頸部份之該外浮凸部被充分地擠推穿過該頸部之牆面以成形該至少一個對應位於型坯上之外浮凸部之內浮凸部。成形至少一個內浮凸部時,較佳但不限於如本發明之肋形,且不排除在瓶身內形成有功能性和/或裝飾用之浮凸部。
如第18圖所示之另一種製造方法,依據本發明該在瓶頸70之至少一個內浮凸部,藉由在該型坯形成或該型坯吹塑成瓶子的作業時,在該瓶頸身形成至少一個外溝槽72和在該頸部形成一個對應的內肋部74而
製。如果外溝槽和對應之內肋部是在該型坯形成作業中形成,該外溝槽在瓶子吹塑作業時會消失。
綜上所述,本發明之長頸瓶為單件式一體成型構造且有一至少有總高度或瓶子長度之25%的頸部,較佳係為總瓶長之至少33%至40%。該頸部至少有一個內浮凸部用以在倒送過程藉由該瓶頸影響液體的流動。如在第2~4圖中清楚顯示,在第1~4圖的實施例中螺旋肋部的浮凸或特徵從瓶頸部的內側表面向內延伸。這些肋的內緣成圓弧狀。在第5~8圖的實施例、第9~12圖的實施例、第13~16圖的實施例及第17~18圖的實施例亦相同。亦如在第1~4圖中清楚顯示,在此實施例中螺旋肋部的浮凸或特徵係繞頸部28配置在終端32之內側表面下,且在此頸部加寬於終端32及肩部26之間。在其他實施例中亦相同。亦如在第4圖中清楚顯示,在第1~4圖的實施例中的每一肋40以約360°環繞頸部28之內部。在本發明之諸多實施例中該些內浮凸部包含用以在倒送過程使液體有一渦流作動的螺旋肋部(第1圖至第4圖及第17圖)、用於在倒水時減緩渦流作動的縱向肋部(第9圖至第12圖)及用以在倒水過程攪動該液體的橢圓肋部(第5圖至第8圖)或環狀肋部(第13圖到第16圖)。
本發明所揭露之長頸瓶與製造方法完全達到上述之所有目標和目的。瓶體和製造方法連同實施例一起說明,且額外修飾和變化也一併討論。此技術領域熟悉之人可以從前述說明中聯想到其他修飾及變化。由於落入後附申請專利範圍之精神及寬闊的範圍,此發明之揭示欲意涵蓋這些所的修飾及變化。

Claims (5)
- 一種製造瓶的方法,該瓶包括瓶身,具有密封底部及位在該瓶身遠離該底部之端部的肩部;及頸部,沿著軸線從該肩部延伸並終止於一用以接合密封物之頸部終端,該方法包括以下步驟:(a)形成一型坯;(b)將該型坯吹塑成具有單件式一體成型構造之瓶;及(c)在該步驟(a)及/或該步驟(b)之過程中,在該頸部形成至少一個內肋部,其中該步驟(c)包括:(c1)在步驟(a)期間,在該頸部形成至少一個外肋部,及(c2)在步驟(b)期間,將該至少一個外肋部推進入該頸部內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中在該步驟(c)中所形成的該至少一內肋部包含:繞該軸線的至少一個螺旋肋部、或在與該軸線成一角度之平面上的至少一個橢圓肋部、或與該軸線共面的至少一個縱向肋部、或在與該軸線垂直之平面上的至少一個環狀肋部。
- 一種從在具有瓶身及終止於開口嘴部的頸部之瓶中的液體釋放氣體的方法,包括以下步驟:在該頸部之內側表面上提供複數個特徵部,使得當液體如從該瓶身經該頸部與嘴部被倒出,該液體在該等特徵部上流動,藉此攪動該液體且從該液體釋放氣體 其中,該特徵部延伸至該肩部之內表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之方法,其中該等特徵係與自該頸部之內側表面向內延伸的延伸部一體成形。
