Description
本發明關於申請專利範圍第1項的引文所述的那種螺紋螺栓。
在德新型專利DE 20209675 U提到一種此類螺紋螺栓(Gewindebolzen,英:thread bolt),具有一頭、一帶有一外螺紋負荷施加部段,及一固定部段。此螺紋螺栓由不銹鋼構成,如此,其製造繁複且成本密集。
本發明的目的在提供一種可用低成本製造的螺紋螺栓,它一如習知的螺紋螺栓,可毫無問題地利用一種手操作的操作器具驅入(drive-in)一工作物中。
這種目的依本發明係利用申請專利範圍第1項所述的措施達成。依此該負載施加部段有一銷形核心區域,該核心區域與該固定部段及該頭設計成一體,其中該核心區域、固定部段和頭由一種金屬構成,且其中有一帶有該螺紋的螺紋匣沿徑向在外面固定在該核心區域上,該螺紋匣由一種塑膠材料構成。如此,製造成本可明顯降低,其中該螺紋螺栓的強固性仍保持。當使用此螺紋螺栓在一手操作器具中(例如用燃料驅動的操作具以大於80焦耳的操作能量操作)時,此操作能量導入到螺紋螺栓的頭上,並由該頭經由該鐵心區域直接導入該固定區域,而不會使操作能量導離到螺紋匣上。
該螺紋匣射出成形到核心區域上,如此,其安裝功夫比起插上去的螺紋匣來更減少,因此製造成本也減少。
如此,如果該核心區域有固定手段以將螺紋匣固定成不能相對轉動的方式,則甚有利。如此,螺母可旋合到該螺紋上,而不會有螺紋匣在核心區域上轉動之虞。在此,該固定手段舉例而言可設計成突起部、結部(Noppe)、凹陷部或類似者的形式。
在一特別有利的設計,該螺紋匣由玻璃纖維補強塑膠(GFK,英文:GFRP)製成,由於玻璃纖維補強塑膠強度很高,因此利用本發明的螺紋螺栓可達到高保持力量值。
如此,如果該核心區域、固定部段及頭由不銹鋼構成,則很有利,如此可確保良好防腐蝕抵抗力。
圖式中顯示本發明一實施例。
此螺紋螺栓(10)有一「負荷施加部段」(Lastangriffsabschnitt,英:load-attacking section)(12),它帶有一螺紋(15),該螺紋在一塑膠製的螺紋匣(16)上形成。在此,螺紋匣(16)以不能相對轉動的方式設在該負荷施加部段(12)銷形核心區域(17)。舉例而言,螺紋匣(16)由FRP(玻璃纖維補強塑膠構成,且用塑膠射出成形方法射出在核心區域(17)周圍。為了確保螺紋匣(16)保持成不能相對轉動的方式,有一止轉手段(19)[它設計成突起部的形式]沿徑向突出,以將螺紋匣(16)以固定成不能相對轉動的方式,該止轉手段藉著與周圍的匣材料呈形狀嵌合而防止螺紋匣(16)與
核心區域(17)之間的材料應合方式的接合部鬆脫的情事。
有一固定部段(13)沿操作方向(20)接到該負荷施加部段,固定部段的自由端上形成一尖端(14),但如不採用尖端也可設有一平坦、整平的或圓形的末端。在該背向尖端(14)的那一端[它和負荷施加部段(12)鄰接]上在螺紋螺栓(10)上形成一頭(11)。在此頭(11)突伸超出負荷施加部段(13)且特別是沿螺紋螺栓(10)的軸向或縱方向超出螺紋匣(16)之外,因此一「操作器具」的「操作活塞」的操作能量不會直接係導到螺紋匣(16)上。
負荷施加部段(12)的核心區域(17)、固定部段(13)、以及頭(13)由一硬而耐腐蝕的金屬構成,特別是由不銹鋼構成。
有一補強盤(21)(呈鑽孔之金屬盤的形式)插合或壓合利用固定部段(13)上,有一塑膠構成之盤形密封元件(22)[例如由新平橡膠(氯丁二烯橡膠)(Neeprene)構成的密封片]接到該補強盤。在此實施例中,補強盤(21)沿操作方向呈錐形拱起,俾在旋合後改善該密封元件(22)的預應力。如果將固定元件(10)推入一工作物,則密封元件(22)經由補強盤(21)[該補強盤被負荷部施加部段(12)固定部段(13)之間的一環繞的止擋部(18)帶動]向工作物頂壓且使接觸區域頂向介質的供應口用該方式密封。

Claims (4)
- 一種螺紋螺栓,具有一固定部段(13)、一負荷施加部段(12)、及一頭(11),在該負荷施加部段(12)上設有螺紋(15),其特徵在:該負載施加部段(12)有一銷形核心區域(17),該核心區域與該固定部段(13)及該頭(11)設計成一體,其中該核心區域(7)、固定部段(13)和頭(11)由一種金屬構成,且其中有一帶有該螺紋(15)的螺紋匣(16)沿徑向在外面固定在該核心區域(17)上,該螺紋匣(16)由一種塑膠材料構成,且該鐵心區域(7)具有固定手段(19),以將螺紋匣(16)固定成不能相對轉動的方式。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之螺紋螺栓,其中:該螺紋匣(16)係為射出成形到核心區域(17)上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項的螺紋螺栓,其中:該螺紋匣(16)由玻璃纖維補強塑膠構成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項的螺紋螺栓,其中:該鐵心區域(17)、固定部段(13)與頭由不銹鋼構成。
