Claims (11)

  1. 一種無線收發裝置,其包含有:一訊號傳輸電路,具有一第一輸出端,並用以於一傳輸模式時經由該第一輸出端輸出一第一傳送訊號;一電路單元,耦接至該訊號傳輸電路之該第一輸出端;以及一訊號接收電路,具有一第一接收端,並用以於一接收模式時經由該第一接收端接收一第一無線通訊訊號;其中該第一輸出端耦接該第一接收端於一第一節點,該電路單元係於該接收模式時形成一共振模式;該電路單元更包括一開關元件,該開關元件耦接至該訊號傳輸電路之該第一輸出端與該第一節點,於該接收模式時,該開關單元係被導通,使該訊號傳輸電路與該電路單元形成共振,增加由該第一節點往該訊號傳輸電路所看到之一阻抗值。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線收發裝置,其中該訊號傳輸電路係於該傳輸模式時將一組差動傳送訊號轉換為該第一傳送訊號,該訊號傳輸電路包含有:一差動轉單端轉換器(balun),具有兩輸入端與一輸出端,並用以經由該兩輸入端接收該組差動傳送訊號、將該組差動傳送訊號轉換成該第一傳送訊號以及經由該輸出端輸出該第一傳送訊號至一天線模組;以及其中該電路單元具有耦接至該差動轉單端轉換器的一第一端及 耦接至一參考準位的一第二端,該電路單元係於該接收模式時耦接該第一、第二端,並於該傳輸模式時斷開該第一、第二端的耦接關係。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之無線收發裝置,其中該開關元件具有一第一端、一第二端與一控制端,該開關元件之該第一端耦接至該參考準位,以及該電路單元另包含有:一第一電容性元件,耦接至該開關元件之該第二端及該差動轉單端轉換器之間;以及該無線收發裝置另包含有一控制電路,該控制電路用以產生一控制訊號以控制該開關元件的導通狀態(on/off status)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之無線收發裝置,其中於該共振模式時,該控制電路輸出該控制訊號,控制該開關元件為導通(conductive),使該第一電容性元件與該差動轉單端轉換器之一電感性元件形成共振,致使增加由該第一節點往該訊號傳輸電路所看到之該阻抗值。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之無線收發裝置,其中於該傳輸模式時,該控制電路輸出該控制訊號,控制該開關元件為不導通(non-conductive),使該第一電容性元件處於浮接狀態(floating)。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線收發裝置,其中該開關元件具有一第一端、一第二端與一控制端,該開關元件之該第一端耦接至一參考準位,以及該訊號傳輸電路包含:一電感性元件,具有一第一端與一第二端,該電感性元件之該第一端耦接至該訊號傳輸電路之該第一輸出端,而該電感性元件之該第二端耦接至該參考準位;以及該電路單元另包含有:一電容性元件,耦接至該開關元件之該第二端及該電感性元件之該第一端;其中該無線收發裝置另包含有一控制電路,該控制電路用以產生一控制訊號以控制該開關元件的導通狀態(on/off status)。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之無線收發裝置,其中於該接收模式時,該控制電路輸出該控制訊號,控制該開關元件為導通,使該電容性元件與該電感性元件形成共振。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之無線收發裝置,其中於該傳輸模式時,該控制電路輸出該控制訊號,控制該開關元件為不導通,使該電容性元件處於浮接狀態。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線收發裝置,其另包含有:一控制電路,用以控制該電路單元;其中該訊號接收電路另具有一第二接收端,並用以於該接收模 式時經由該第二接收端接收一第二無線通訊訊號,該第一、第二無線通訊訊號係為一組差動無線通訊訊號;該訊號傳輸電路另具有一第二輸出端,並用以於該傳輸模式時經由該第二輸出端輸出一第二傳送訊號,該第一、第二傳送訊號係為一組差動傳送訊號,其中該第二輸出端耦接該第二接收端於一第二節點,以及該訊號傳輸電路包括有:一第一電感性元件,耦接至該訊號傳輸電路之該第一輸出端;以及一第二電感性元件,耦接至該訊號傳輸電路之該第二輸出端;以及該電路單元包含有:一第一開關元件,具有一第一端、一第二端與一控制端,該第一開關元件之該第一端耦接至一參考準位;一第一電容性元件,耦接至該開關元件之該第二端、該訊號傳輸電路之該第一輸出端;一第二開關元件,具有一第一端、一第二端與一控制端,該第二開關元件之該第一端耦接至該參考準位;一第二電容性元件,耦接至該第二開關元件之該第二端、該訊號傳輸電路之該第二輸出端;以及其中該控制電路係控制該第一、第二開關元件的導通狀態;該第一開關元件、該第二開關元件係形成該電路單元之該開關元件。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之無線收發裝置,其中於該共振模式時,該控制電路控制該第一、第二開關元件為導通,使該第一、第二電容性元件分別與該第一、第二電感性元件形成共振;以及,於該傳輸模式時,該控制電路控制該第一、第二開關元件為不導通,使該第一、第二電容性元件處於浮接狀態。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線收發裝置,其中該訊號傳輸電路另包含一輸出功率放大器,以及該訊號接收電路包含一輸入低雜訊放大器。
