Abstract

　アンテナを共用し、送信信号を増幅する送信側アンプと受信信号を増幅する受信側アンプとが電気的に接続されている送受信回路にて、受信動作時には第１の電流源回路により送信側アンプの出力端子を一定電圧に固定し、送信動作時には第２の電流源回路により受信側アンプの入力端子を一定電圧に固定するようにして、送信側アンプと受信側アンプとをＡＣ信号的に切り離し、送信側及び受信側の整合回路を容易に最適化できるようにする。
