Claims (3)

  1. 一種三板式線路-波導管變換器,為具備:於接地導體(1)的面上,夾介電介質(2a)而層積配置有形成帶狀線路導體(3)之薄膜基板(4),且於其面上夾介電介質(2b)配置上部接地導體(5)而成之三板式線路;以及波導管(6)之變換部構造之三板式線路-波導管變換器,其特徵為:於上述接地導體(1)之與波導管的連接位置,設置與波導管(6)的內尺寸為大致相同的尺寸之貫通孔,且於薄膜基板(4)的保持部,設置與電介質(2a)為同等厚度且具有內壁尺寸大於波導管(6)的內尺寸之開口部之第1金屬間隔材部(7a),以此第1金屬間隔材部(7a)及具有大致相同的尺寸之第2金屬間隔材部(7b)包夾薄膜基板(4),且於此第2金屬間隔材部(7b)的上部配置上部接地導體(5),並於薄膜基板(4)上所形成之帶狀線路導體(3)的前端之對應於波導管(6)的變換部前端之部分,形成方形共振塊狀圖案(8),以使上述方形共振塊狀圖案(8)的中心位置與波導管(6)之內尺寸的中心位置呈一致之方式地配置方形共振塊狀圖案(8)及波導管(6)。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之三板式線路-波導管變換器,其中係將上述方形共振塊狀圖案(8)之線路連接方向的尺寸(L1),形成為期望頻率數的自由空間波長λo之0.30~0.34倍,且將與上述方形共振塊狀圖案(8) 的線路連接方向為直交之方向的尺寸(L2),形成為期望頻率數的自由空間波長λo之0.32~0.4倍。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所記載之三板式線路-波導管變換器,其中係將上述金屬間隔材部(7a、7b)之內壁的尺寸(E1、E2),形成為期望頻率數的自由空間波長λo之0.56~0.62倍。
