Abstract

　地導体（１）の導波管（６）との接続位置に、導波管（６）の内寸法と略同寸法の貫通孔を設け、さらにフィルム基板（４）の保持部に誘電体（２ａ）と同等の厚みの金属スペーサ部（７ａ）を設け、この金属スペーサ部（７ａ）の内壁の寸法Ｅ１とＥ２を所望の周波数により変更し、この金属スペーサ部（７ａ）と略同寸法の金属スペーサ部（７ｂ）とでフィルム基板（４）を挟み込み、さらにこの金属スペーサ部（７ｂ）の上部に上部地導体（５）を配置し、かつフィルム基板（４）に形成したストリップ線路導体（３）の先端の、導波管（６）の変換部先端に対応する部分に方形共振パッチパターン（８）を形成し、方形共振パッチパターン（８）の中心位置と導波管（６）の内寸法の中心位置とが一致するように方形共振パッチパターン（８）及び導波管（６）を配置する。
