Claims (10)
- 一種顯示裝置,包括:複數畫素,配置為矩陣狀且各畫素具有第1及第2電極、因應該第1電極及該第2電極間的電位差而改變透過光量的光透過元件、記憶該第1電極的電位的記憶體電路;複數源極線,設置於該複數像素的各行,供給每個該複數畫素資料信號;複數閘極線,設置於該複數畫素的各列,供給每個該複數畫素控制信號來控制該資料信號的供給;以及一控制器,週期地刷新該記憶體電路,其中在刷新時間點時該第1電極相對於該第2電極具有正電位的情況下,閘極線供給的控制信號使該源極線的電位不寫入該第1電極,該控制器使該記憶體電路儲存該第1電極的電位,施加第1既定電壓於該第2電極使該第1電極的電位增加該第1既定電壓的量,再對該第1電極放電使該第1電極相對於該第2電極具有負的電位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,其中在刷新時間點時該第1電極相對於該第2電極具有負電位的情況下,該控制器使該記憶體電路儲存該第1電極的電位,施加比該第1既定電壓低的第2既定電壓於該第2電極並且施加該第1既定電壓於該第1電極以預充該光透過元件,使該第1電極相對於該第2電極具有正的電位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之顯示裝置,其中該記憶體電路具有DRAM。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示裝置,其中各畫素具有一第1開關元件,設置於對應的源極線與該第1電極之間,回應對應的閘極線上的控制信號將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線,各畫素的記憶體電路包括:一電容,儲存該第1電極的電位;一第2開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該電容之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該電容;一第3開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該對應的源極線之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線使該第1電極放電;一第4開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該第3開關元件之間,並具有一連接於該電容與該第2開關元件之間的控制端子,因應透過該第3開關元件而連接的該對應的源極線與該控制端子之間的電位差而導通。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示裝置,其中各畫素的記憶體電路包括:一第一開關元件,回應對應的閘極線上的控制信號將該第1電極連接至對應的源極線;一電容,儲存該第1電極的電位;一第2開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該電容之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該電容;一第3開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該對應的源極線之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線使該第1電極放電;以及 一第4開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該第3開關元件之間,並具有一連接於該電容與該第2開關元件之間的控制端子,因應透過該第3開關元件而連接的該對應的源極線與該控制端子之間的電位差而導通,其中該第1開關元件與該第4開關元件並聯配置,該第3開關元件被該控制器所控制而透過該第1開關元件將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線,使得該對應的源極線上的電壓施加於該第1電極。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示裝置,其中各畫素的記憶體電路包括:一第一開關元件,回應對應的閘極線上的控制信號將該第1電極連接至對應的源極線;一電容,儲存該第1電極的電位;一第2開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該電容之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該電容;一第3開關元件,配置於該第1電極與該對應的源極線之間,被該控制器所控制而將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線使該第1電極放電;以及一第4開關元件,配置於該第3開關元件與該對應的源極線之間,並具有一連接於該電容與該第2開關元件之間的控制端子,因應該對應的源極線與該控制端子之間的電位差而導通,將該第3開關元件連接至該對應的源極線,其中該第1開關元件與該第4開關元件並聯配置,該第3開關元件被該控制器所控制而透過該第1開關元件將該第1電極連接至該對應的源極線,使得該對應的源極線 上的電壓施加於該第1電極。
- 如申請專利範圍第4-6項任一項所述之顯示裝置,其中該第1開關元件、該第2開關元件、該第3開關元件及該第4開關元件為薄膜電晶體。
- 如申請專利範圍第4-6項任一項所述之顯示裝置,其中該光透過元件為液晶單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之顯示裝置,其中該液晶單元在該第1電極與該第2電極之間的電位差為零時不使光透過。
- 一種電子機器,具備如申請專利範圍第1-6項任一項所述之顯示裝置。
