Claims (18)

  1. 一種熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其鋼板的成分組成以質量%計包含:C:0.100%~0.200%、Si:0.50%以下、Mn:0.60%以下、P:0.100%以下、S:0.0100%以下、Al:0.010%~0.100%、N:0.0100%以下,其餘部分包含Fe及不可避免的雜質;鋼板的組織具有:面積率為60%~79%的鐵氧體相、面積率為20%~30%的波來鐵相、面積率為1%~5%的變靭鐵相;上述鐵氧體相的粒內所存在的雪明碳鐵相的面積率為5%以下。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述鋼板的成分組成以質量%計進一步包含選自由:Cr:0.05%~0.80%、V:0.005%~0.100%、Mo:0.005%~0.500%、Cu:0.01%~0.10%、Ni:0.01%~0.10%、 B:0.0003%~0.2000%所組成群中的至少1種元素。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述鋼板的成分組成以質量%計進一步包含選自由:Ca:0.001%~0.005%、稀土金屬(REM):0.001%~0.005%所組成群中的至少1種元素。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述鋼板的成分組成以質量%計進一步包含:選自由Cr:0.05%~0.80%、V:0.005%~0.100%、Mo:0.005%~0.500%、Cu:0.01%~0.10%、Ni:0.01%~0.10%、B:0.0003%~0.2000%所組成群中的至少1種元素,以及選自由Ca:0.001%~0.005%、REM:0.001%~0.005%所組成群中的至少1種元素。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述熱浸鍍鋅鋼板為合金化熱浸鍍鋅鋼板。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述熱浸鍍鋅鋼板具有鍍鋅層,該鍍鋅層為合金化熱浸鍍鋅層。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述合金化熱浸鍍鋅層具有7%~15%的Fe含量。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述熱浸鍍鋅鋼板是拉伸強度為440MPa~490MPa的熱浸鍍鋅鋼板。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述熱浸鍍鋅鋼板具有77%~86.2%的延伸凸緣性。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述熱浸鍍鋅鋼板具有35%~40.6%的伸長率。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述Si含量為0.01%~0.50%。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述Mn含量為0.10%~0.60%。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板,其中上述P含量為0.003%~0.100%。
  14. 一種熱浸鍍鋅鋼板的製造方法,其包括:準備鋼素材,該鋼素材的成分組成以質量%計包含C:0.100%~0.200%、Si:0.50%以下、Mn:0.60%以下、P:0.100%以下、S:0.0100%以下、Al:0.010%~0.100%、N:0.0100%以下,其餘部分包含Fe及不可避免的雜質;將該鋼素材加熱; 在鐵氧體變態溫度(Ar3點)以上的精軋結束溫度下進行熱軋;在600℃以下的溫度下捲取熱延板;將該熱延板酸洗;以10℃/s以上的平均加熱速度加熱至650℃以上的溫度區;在700℃~(沃斯田鐵變態溫度(Ac3)-5)℃的溫度下保持10秒以上;以10℃/s~200℃/s的平均冷卻速度冷卻至300℃~500℃的溫度區;在上述300℃~500℃的溫度區保持30秒~300秒;以及進行熱浸鍍鋅。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板的製造方法,其中將經酸洗的熱延板進一步進行冷軋。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板的製造方法,其中上述冷軋的壓下率為40%~85%。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板的製造方法,其中進行上述熱浸鍍鋅後,進一步進行合金化處理。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之熱浸鍍鋅鋼板的製造方法,其中上述合金化處理是將鋼板加熱至450℃~600℃的合金化處理。
