Claims (17)

  1. 一種強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其特徵為,相對於聚酯樹脂100質量份含有(A)成份之無機填充劑10至100質量份,及(B)成份之具有下述一般式(1) (式中,R1 及R2 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至30的環狀基,R1 及R2 可鍵結形成環狀基,n為1或2之數,n為1時M為鹼金屬原子或Al(OH)3-n ,n為2時複數的R1 及R2 可各自相異,M為鎂、鈣、鍶、鋇、鈦、錳、鐵、鋅、矽、鋯、釔及鉿中所選出的2價金屬原子、Al(OH)3-n ,或可具有取代基之碳原子數1至12的伸烷基、可具有取代基之碳原子數2至12的伸鏈烯基、可具有取代基之碳原子數3至8的環伸烷基、具有醚鍵之碳原子數4至20的伸烷基、被環伸烷基中斷的碳原子數5至20的伸烷基、可具有取代基之碳原子數6至12的伸芳基、及此等之組合所成群中選出的鍵結基,M為鍵結基時R1 、R2 中任何一方為鹼金屬)所 表示的構造之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽0.1至0.3質量份。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中相對於前述聚酯樹脂100質量份,另含有0.1至20質量份之(C)成份的聚醚酯系可塑劑及/或苯甲酸酯系可塑劑中至少一種。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中表示前述(B)成份的一般式(1)中之M為鹼金屬原子。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(2) (式中,R1 及R2 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至30的環狀基,R1 及R2 可鍵結形成環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子)所表示的構造。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(3) (式中,環A為碳原子數3至30之環狀基,R2 及R3 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、碳原子數1至10之可具有支鏈或取代基的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至27的環狀基,R2 及R3 可鍵結形成環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上之整數時複數的R3 可各自相異,環A及全部R3 之合計碳原子數為3至30)所表示的構造。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(4) (式中,環A及環B各自獨立為碳原子數3至30之環狀基,R3 及R4 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10之的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至27的環狀基,R3 及R4 可鍵 結形成環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上時複數的R3 可各自相異,q為0至3之整數,q為2以上時複數的R4 可各自相異,環A及全部R3 之合計碳原子數、環B及全部R4 之合計碳原子數各自為3至30)所表示的構造。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(5) (式中,R5 為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至24的環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上時複數的R5 可各自相異)所表示的構造。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(6) (式中,R2 及R6 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之環狀基,R2 為環狀基時碳原子數為3至30,R6 為環狀基時碳原子數為3至23,R2 及R6 可鍵結形成環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上時複數的R6 可各自相異)所表示的構造。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽為,具有下述一般式(7) (式中,R7 、R8 各自獨立為為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10之的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至30的環狀基,R7 及R8 可鍵結形成環狀基,X1 及X2 各自獨立為鹼金屬原子, L為鍵結基的,可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至12的伸烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數2至12的伸鏈烯基、可具有取代基之碳原子數3至8的環伸烷基、具有醚鍵之碳原子數4至20的伸烷基、被環伸烷基中斷的全碳原子數5至20之伸烷基,或可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數6至12之伸芳基)所表示的構造。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽之平均粒徑為10μm以下。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(B)成份之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽之含水率為3質量%以下。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(A)成份之無機填充劑為纖維狀無機填充劑。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述(A)成份之無機填充劑為玻璃纖維。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述聚酯樹脂為含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯及聚乳酸所成群中選出的至少一種以上者。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第1項之強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其中前述聚酯樹脂為,含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯者。
  16. 一種強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其特徵為,相對於前述聚酯樹脂100質量份含有 (A)成份之無機填充劑10至100質量份,及(B)成份之具有下述一般式(3) (式中,環A為碳原子數3至30之環狀基,R2 及R3 各自獨立為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、碳原子數1至10之可具有支鏈或取代基的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至27的環狀基,R2 及R3 可鍵結形成環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上之整數時複數的R3 可各自相異,環A及全部R3 之合計碳原子數為3至30)所表示的構造之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽0.1至0.3質量份,另外相對於前述聚酯樹脂100質量份含有0.1至20質量份之(C)成份的聚醚酯系可塑劑及/或苯甲酸酯系可塑劑中至少一種。
  17. 一種強化聚酯樹脂組成物,其特徵為,相對於前述聚酯樹脂100質量份含有(A)成份之無機填充劑10至100質量份,及(B)成份之具有下述一般式(5) (式中,R5 為氫原子、鹵原子、鹼金屬原子、胺基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷基、可具有支鏈或取代基之碳原子數1至10的烷氧基、或可具有取代基之碳原子數3至24的環狀基,X為鹼金屬原子,p為0至3之整數,p為2以上時複數的R5 可各自相異)所表示的構造之磺胺化合物的金屬鹽0.1至0.3質量份,另外相對於前述聚酯樹脂100質量份含有0.1至20質量份之(C)成份的聚醚酯系可塑劑及/或苯甲酸酯系可塑劑中至少一種。
