Claims (4)

  1. 一種結晶化玻璃的連續成形方法,包含:熔解步驟,將玻璃原料熔解而得到熔融玻璃;成形步驟,將熔融玻璃壓延成形為帶狀而得到帶狀板玻璃;結晶化步驟,將帶狀板玻璃保持於同時進行晶核形成與結晶成長的一固定溫度,令帶狀板玻璃邊形成晶核,邊結晶化為帶狀結晶化玻璃板,之後,緩慢冷卻帶狀結晶化玻璃板而得到帶狀結晶化玻璃板;以及切斷步驟,切斷帶狀結晶化玻璃板。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之結晶化玻璃的連續成形方法,更包含:調整步驟,調整該熔解步驟所得到之熔融玻璃的均勻性、黏度以及液面;以及抗失透步驟,防止經該調整步驟後的熔融玻璃發生失透。
  3. 一種結晶化玻璃的連續成形設備,具備:熔解設備,熔解玻璃原料;成形設備,將藉由該熔解設備之熔解而得到的熔融玻璃壓延成形為帶狀;結晶化設備,令帶狀板玻璃結晶化,具有:保溫區域,將藉由該成形設備之壓延成形而得到的帶狀板玻璃保持於同時進行晶核形成與結晶成長的一固定溫度,令帶狀板玻璃邊形成晶核,邊結晶化為帶狀結晶化玻璃板;緩冷區域,設於該保溫區域之後,緩慢冷卻帶狀結晶化玻璃板;以及切斷設備,切斷藉由該結晶化設備之結晶化而得到的帶狀結晶化玻璃板。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之結晶化玻璃的連續成形設備,更具備:調整設備,連接於該熔解設備,調整該熔解設備所得到之熔融玻璃的均勻性、黏度以及液面;以及 抗失透設備,連接於該調整設備,防止自該調整設備流出的熔融玻璃發生失透。
