Claims (28)

  11. 如請求項1或2之鞋，其特徵在於一填料(1P)與該鞋底(116)相關聯且由該扁平元件(120)組成，該扁平元件係由一網狀結構及由該膜(123)構成，該膜至該圍繞鞋底部分(16、116)之一圓周密封(129、129a)係藉由密封材料穿過該網狀結構之網眼朝該膜(23、123)之滲透提供。

  16. 如請求項13之鞋，其特徵在於由一防水且至少於疊加於該膜(223)上之中央部分內係透氣或穿孔之材料製成之該元件(231)係一環形珠狀物，一提供於該中心空間內之透氣或穿孔填充層係由該環形珠狀物加以限定。
  17. 如請求項1或2之鞋，其特徵在於該鞋底(216)具有一下部分(217)，該下部分在橫向上突起以提供限定該腳插入區域(212)之側壁(217a)，該至少一個分散穿孔區域(218)亦形成於該等側壁(217a)上以允許亦在一橫向方向上透氣，該扁平元件(220)及該膜(223)在該等側壁(217a)上伸 出，以疊加於沿橫向提供的該分散穿孔區域(218)之該等橫向通孔(219a)上。
