Description
本發明是有關於一種包裝結構,且特別是有關於一種顯示面板之包裝結構。
常見的顯示面板包括有液晶顯示面板、電漿顯示面板、有機發光二極體顯示面板等。這些顯示面板已逐漸取代陰極射線管(cathode ray tube,CRT)成為顯示器的主流,而廣泛地應用在行動電話、攝錄放影機、筆記型電腦、桌上型顯示器、以及投影電視等消費性電子或電腦產品中。
由於顯示面板之製造商常需視不同的訂單規格生產尺寸不同的顯示面板,為了有效地保護顯示面板,亦需要有對應尺寸之運輸箱包裝顯示面板,以避免顯示面板在運輸的過程中因碰撞而受損。
然而,顯示面板的尺寸繁多,有些時候不同尺寸的顯示面板的尺寸實際上相差無幾,但是還是要為其生產專屬的運輸箱,增加運輸成本。又或者,若是該尺寸的顯示面板停產,則會導致對應尺寸之運輸箱一併閒置,造成空間與成本的浪費。
因此,如何有效率地使用運輸箱並減少運輸箱閒置的情形,便成為一個重要的課題。
因此本發明的目的就是在提供一種運輸箱模組,用以降低運輸箱閒置的情形。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種用於運輸箱模組之共用性襯墊,用以填補運輸箱外盒與物件之間的間隙。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種通用於不同尺寸之共用性襯墊,以降低生產成本。
根據本發明之實施例,提出一種運輸箱模組,運輸箱模組用以包裝一物件。運輸箱模組包含運輸箱外盒以及設置於運輸箱外盒與物件之間的共用性襯墊。運輸箱外盒包含有側壁及設置於側壁之多個第一卡合結構。共用性襯墊包含有對應於第一卡合結構配置之多個第二卡合結構,以及設置於第二卡合結構之間的可伸縮結構。共用性襯墊藉由可伸縮結構延展至第一卡合結構與第二卡合結構相互卡合。共用性襯墊填補物件與運輸箱外盒之間的間隙。
共用性襯墊之寬度近似於運輸箱外盒與物件之間的間隙。共用性襯墊之材料可為發泡材料,如可擴充聚乙烯發泡材料(expanded polyethylene foam;EPE foam)。每一可伸縮結構為半斷刀結構。半斷刀結構可包含有沿著共用性襯墊之高度方向切過之多個切痕,切痕較佳地為交錯地排列。或者,半斷刀結構可包含有沿著共用性襯墊之厚度方向切過之多個切痕,切痕較佳地為交錯地排列。第一卡合結構可為第一缺口。第二卡合結構包含對應於第一缺口之突出部。共用性襯墊更包含有多個第二缺口,第二缺口設置於突出部內側。運輸箱外盒之形狀實質上為矩形,共用性襯墊之形狀實質上為矩形,可伸縮結構分別設置於共用性襯墊之側邊,運輸箱外盒包含多個轉角,第一卡合結構設置於運輸箱外盒之轉角。
共用性襯墊可以填補欲運輸之物件與運輸箱外盒之間的間隙,使得與物件尺寸不直接匹配的運輸箱外盒亦可用來包裝欲運輸之物件,大幅地降低了運輸箱外盒閒置的情形。此外,共用性襯墊可以通用於不同尺寸的運輸箱外盒,不需針對不同尺寸的運輸箱外盒個別設計對應的襯墊,有效地降低生產成本。
以下將以圖式及詳細說明清楚說明本發明之精神,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者在瞭解本發明之較佳實施例後,當可由本發明所教示之技術,加以改變及修飾,其並不脫離本發明之精神與範圍。
參照第1A圖,其係繪示本發明之運輸箱模組第一實施例的爆炸圖。運輸箱模組100為用以運輸一物件(圖中未繪示),其包含有運輸箱外盒110以及一共用性襯墊120。其中運輸箱外盒110包含有可相互卡合的第一殼體111及第二殼體112,第一殼體111包含有側壁114,以及位於側壁114上之多個第一卡合結構116。共用性襯墊120則是設置於物件與運輸箱外盒110之間。其中共用性襯墊120包含有對應於第一卡合結構116之多個第二卡合結構122,以及位於第二卡合結構122之間的多個可伸縮結構124。
運輸箱外盒110與共用性襯墊120之形狀實質上為矩形,第一卡合結構116設置於矩形之運輸箱外盒110的轉角處,第二卡合結構122則是設置於矩形之共用性襯墊120的轉角處,第一卡合結構116與第二卡合結構122之外形為相互配合。可伸縮結構124則是分別設置在共用性襯墊120的側邊上。可伸縮結構124為用以使得共用性襯墊120延展至第一卡合結構116與第二卡合結構122相互卡合,而將共用性襯墊120固定於運輸箱外盒110上,並藉由共用性襯墊120填補運輸箱外盒110與物件之間的間隙。
具體而言,矩形運輸箱外盒110的每一側邊具有兩第一卡合結構116,共用性襯墊120的每一側邊分配有兩第二卡合結構122,共用性襯墊120之每一側邊分配有至少一可伸縮結構124。欲組合共用性襯墊120與運輸箱外盒110時,可拉伸可伸縮結構124使其變形而拉長共用性襯墊120之側邊的長度,使得共用性襯墊120之側邊長度與運輸箱外盒110對應之側邊的長度相匹配,而使得對應之第一卡合結構116與第二卡合結構122卡合。
參照第1B圖,其係繪示第1A圖中之共用性襯墊120組裝於運輸箱外盒110之示意圖。本實施例中,運輸箱外盒110的來源可能是閒置的空箱,因此,無法挑選到尺寸與物件相匹配的運輸箱外盒110,本發明便藉由共用性襯墊120填補物件與運輸箱外盒110之間的間隙。其中,運輸箱外盒110的尺寸為根據所欲運送之物件(圖中未繪示)的尺寸以及共用性襯墊120之厚度進行挑選,只要能使共用性襯墊120的厚度填補物件與運輸箱外盒110之間的間隙即可。於本實施例中,共用性襯墊120不須延展即可使得共用性襯墊120上的第二卡合結構122直接與運輸箱外盒110上的第一卡合結構116卡合而定位,並藉由共用性襯墊120填補物件與運輸箱外盒110之間的間隙。
其中,第一卡合結構116為設置於運輸箱外盒110之轉角處的第一缺口,第二卡合結構122則是對應於第一缺口之多個突出部。突出部之第二卡合結構122為與第一缺口之第一卡合結構116相互卡合而定位共用性襯墊120。其中第二卡合結構122更包含有設置於突出部內側之第二缺口126,第二缺口126可作為逃角,以讓出空間予物件,如顯示面板的轉角,避免顯示面板(圖中未繪示)之轉角與共用性襯墊120直接接觸。
同時參照第2A圖及第2B圖,其係分別繪示本發明之運輸箱模組第二實施例之爆炸圖及組裝示意圖。運輸箱模組200為用以運輸物件(圖中未繪示),其包含有運輸箱外盒210以及共用性襯墊220。其中運輸箱外盒210包含有可相互卡合的第一殼體211及第二殼體212,第一殼體211包含有側壁214,以及位於側壁214上之多個第一卡合結構216。共用性襯墊220則是設置於物件與運輸箱外盒210之間。其中共用性襯墊220包含有對應於第一卡合結構216之多個第二卡合結構222,以及位於第二卡合結構222之間的多個可伸縮結構224。
本實施例中,同樣根據物件之尺寸及共用性襯墊220的厚度挑選運輸箱外盒210之尺寸,只要可以使共用性襯墊220的厚度填補物件和運輸箱外盒210之間的間隙即可,換言之,共用性襯墊之寬度需近似於運輸箱外盒與物件之間的間隙。由於運輸箱外盒210的尺寸可能會大於共用性襯墊220的原始尺寸,因此本實施例中更包含延伸共用性襯墊220的可伸縮結構224,藉以拉長共用性襯墊220之邊框長度,使得共用性襯墊220上之第二卡合結構222可以與運輸箱外盒210上之第一卡合結構216相互卡合,以將共用性襯墊220固定在運輸箱外盒210上。
共用性襯墊220之材料為發泡材料,較佳地為不易產生微粒且具有一定硬度及延展性的發泡材料,如為可擴充聚乙烯發泡材料(expanded polyethylene foam;EPE foam),其中可擴充聚乙烯發泡材料之發泡倍率由硬至軟依序可為9倍、10倍、15倍、20倍、25倍、30倍等。使用者可以在9倍至30倍之間挑選合適的發泡倍率。
共用性襯墊220中之可伸縮結構224為半斷刀結構,即在切割成形的發泡材料體時,切刀穿過或是切開發泡材料體,但不會完全地切斷發泡材料體使發泡材料體仍相連,以在發泡材料體上形成切痕226。本實施例中的切痕226為沿著共用性襯墊220的厚度方向切過發泡材料體,但是在共用性襯墊220的高度方向不被切斷,即切痕226會沿著厚度方向貫穿發泡材料體,但不會沿著高度方向貫穿發泡材料體。
切痕226較佳地為交錯地設置在發泡材料體上,使得具有延展性的發泡材料體可以藉由切痕226伸展開來構成類似蜂巢狀的結構,進而使得共用性襯墊220的尺寸可以調整至與運輸箱外盒210匹配,並令共用性襯墊220上的第二卡合結構222與運輸箱外盒210上的第一卡合結構216相互卡合。如此一來,共用性襯墊220可被固定在運輸箱外盒210之中,以填補物件與運輸箱外盒210之間的間隙。
同時參照第3A圖及第3B圖,其係分別繪示本發明之運輸箱模組第三實施例的爆炸圖及組裝示意圖。運輸箱模組300為用以運輸物件(圖中未繪示),其包含有運輸箱外盒310以及共用性襯墊320。其中運輸箱外盒310包含有可相互卡合的第一殼體311及第二殼體312,第一殼體311包含有側壁314,以及位於側壁314上之多個第一卡合結構316。共用性襯墊320則是設置於物件與運輸箱外盒310之間。其中共用性襯墊320包含有對應於第一卡合結構316之多個第二卡合結構322,以及位於第二卡合結構322之間的多個可伸縮結構324。
同樣地,可根據欲包裝之物件的尺寸以及共用性襯墊320的厚度挑選合適的運輸箱外盒310,只要使得共用性襯墊320的厚度可以填補物件與運輸箱外盒310與物件之間的間隙即可。本實施例中之共用性襯墊320的可伸縮結構322僅需要部分被伸展,即可使得共用性襯墊320上的第二卡合結構322與運輸箱外盒310上的第一卡合結構316相互卡合,進而固定共用性襯墊320於運輸箱外盒310上,使共用性襯墊320填補物件與運輸箱外盒310之間的間隙。
參照第4A圖及第4B圖,其係分別繪示本發明之運輸箱模組的共用性襯墊另一實施例於伸展前後的局部示意圖。本實施例之共用性襯墊420的可伸縮結構424同樣為半斷刀結構,可伸縮結構424類似手風琴的拉伸結構。可伸縮結構424包含有多個切痕426,切痕426為沿著共用性襯墊420的高度方向切過共用性襯墊420,但不完全地切斷共用性襯墊420。其中切痕426為交錯地排列於共用性襯墊420的前後兩邊,使得可伸縮結構424可以藉由切痕426拉伸至如第4B圖所示。
參照第5A圖及第5B圖,其係分別繪示本發明之運輸箱模組的共用性襯墊又一實施例於伸展前後的局部示意圖。本實施例之共用性襯墊520的可伸縮結構524同樣為半斷刀結構,可伸縮結構524類似手風琴的拉伸結構。可伸縮結構524包含有多個切痕526,切痕526為沿著共用性襯墊520的厚度方向切過共用性襯墊520,但不完全地切斷共用性襯墊520。其中切痕526為交錯地排列於共用性襯墊520的上下兩邊,使得可伸縮結構524可以藉由切痕526拉伸至如第5B圖所示。
由上述本發明之實施例可知,應用本發明具有下列優點。共用性襯墊可以填補欲運輸之物件與運輸箱外盒之間的間隙,使得與物件尺寸不直接匹配的運輸箱外盒亦可用來包裝欲運輸之物件,大幅地降低了運輸箱外盒閒置的情形。此外,共用性襯墊可以通用於不同尺寸的運輸箱外盒,不需針對不同尺寸的運輸箱外盒個別設計對應的襯墊,有效地降低生產成本。
雖然本發明已以一較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (8)
- 一種運輸箱模組,用以包裝一物件,包含:一運輸箱外盒,包含一側壁及設置於該側壁之複數個第一缺口;以及一共用性襯墊,設置於該運輸箱外盒與該物件之間,該共用性襯墊包含:複數個突出部,對應於該些第一缺口配置,複數個第二缺口,設置於該些突出部內側,以及複數個可伸縮結構,設置於該些突出部之間,使該共用性襯墊藉由該些可伸縮結構延展至該些第一缺口與該些突出部相互卡合,其中該共用性襯墊填補該物件與該運輸箱外盒之間的間隙。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之運輸箱模組,其中該共用性襯墊之寬度近似於該運輸箱外盒與該物件之間的間隙。
