Description

- Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a wound body formed by winding an adhesive tape or an adhesive tape on a reel, wherein the adhesive tape or adhesive tape is formed The film layer of the agent layer or the adhesive layer is cut into a strip having a narrow width. [Prior Art] In recent years, the anion of the adhesive layer formed on the substrate contains conductive fine particles. The conductive film is used in a large number of circuit connections such as liquid crystal displays. Such an anisotropic conductive film is described in Patent Document 1 and the like. Generally, an adhesive layer is formed on a film having a wide width. After the material is cut into a strip having a narrow width, it is wound up on a reel and becomes a wound body to be manufactured and supplied. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2000-A No. 4, No. 4, No. 8 (Invention) [The problem to be solved by the invention] However, the present inventors have learned that after many intensive investigations have been accumulated, When an anisotropic conductive film is produced, the film material to which the adhesive layer is formed is cut into a narrow width and wound into a reel, and many problems remain to be improved. . That is, it has been found that when the adhesive which forms the adhesive layer adheres to the inner side of the reel at the time of winding up to the reel or during storage for winding, one of the causes of product failure is caused. -5- 1360510 The present invention is based on the review by the present inventors as described above, and its object is to provide a reel which cuts a film material coated with an adhesive layer on one side into fine When a film having a narrow width is wound up into a reel and becomes a wound body to produce and supply, for example, an adhesive film (tape) of an anisotropic conductive film, adhesion of an adhesive layer forming an adhesive layer to the reel can be prevented. The inner side is designed to improve the yield, and to ensure the stability of the work when it is rolled out. [Technical means for solving the problem] The wound body of the present invention which solves the above problems is obtained by winding an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer as an adhesive layer or an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a reel. The reel includes a cylindrical winding portion and a pair of side plate portions that are attached to each other with the winding portion interposed therebetween, and one or both of the side plate portions The inner side surface is provided with a convex portion that continuously or intermittently extends in the radial direction as its constitution. In the wound body disclosed in the present invention, for example, the film material on which the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer is formed is cut into a strip shape having a narrow width and wound up to have a predetermined shape. When the reel is manufactured and supplied with the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape in this manner, the adhesive or adhesive forming the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer can be prevented from adhering to the reel at the time of manufacture or during storage. The inside side of the situation. Moreover, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the wound material may be an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer, and the adhesive tape may be such that the adhesive layer formed on the substrate contains conductive material. The anisotropy formed by the fine particles -6- 13.60510 Conductive thin mold, which is cut into strips of narrow width. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the convex portion may be provided so as to extend in the radial direction. However, in this case, it is preferable that the above-mentioned convex portion is formed in a radial shape as its configuration. With such a configuration, the adhesion of the adhesive or the adhesive forming the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer to the inner side surface of the reel can be more reliably prevented. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the adhesion of the adhesive or the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel can be more reliably prevented without causing a defect, and the height of the convex portion is 0.05~1.00mm, the width is ideal in 0.5~20.Omm. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, a peripheral convex portion extending in the circumferential direction may be provided on the inner side surface of the peripheral portion of the one or both of the side plate portions. If it is so configured, it is possible to guide the side surface of the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape by the peripheral portion of the side plate portion without causing winding and unevenly winding the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape continuously. By narrowing the contact area with the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape, adhesion of the adhesive to the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion can be prevented. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the contact area between the tape and the adhesive tape as the object to be wound is reduced, and the side surface of the side plate portion is guided to the side of the wound body for winding. At least the portion of the peripheral convex portion that is in contact with the object to be wound is preferably formed in an arc shape. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the adhesion of the adhesive or the adhesive to the peripheral edge portion 1360510 of the side plate portion can be more reliably prevented without causing a problem, and the height of the peripheral convex portion is 0.05~1.00mm, the width is ideally 0.5~20.Omm. Further, in the wound body disclosed in the present invention, the wound material may be provided with an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer, or may be suitably applied to a material having a use such as generally referred to as an adhesive. The wound material of the formed adhesive layer is applied to prevent adhesion of the adhesive. [Effect of the Invention] φ According to the present invention, the film material on which the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer is formed is cut into a strip having a narrow width and wound up to the reel, or in a roll. When it is properly stored, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer from adhering to the inner side of the reel, thereby suppressing the occurrence of product defects and improving the yield. [Embodiment] [Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, Fig. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing a reel of the embodiment, wherein Fig. 1(a) is a front view, and Fig. 1(b) is an AA section of Fig. 1(a). Figure. As shown in Fig. 1, the wound body in the present embodiment is obtained by winding the adhesive tape 5 as a wound material on the reel 1. The reel 1 shown in Fig. 1 is provided by a winding portion 3 having a cylindrical shape; and is disposed in parallel or substantially parallel to each other with the winding portion 83-160510 3 interposed therebetween. The pair of side plate portions 2 and 2 are formed. Further, a shaft hole 4 having a D-hole shape is formed in a substantially central portion of the reel 1, and the reel 1 is mounted on the shaft hole 4 by a take-up shaft that is inserted through a winding device (not shown). It is provided in the winding device and is rotatable as the winding shaft is driven. The reel 1 configured in this manner is used in a strip shape in which a film material on which an adhesive layer is applied is cut into a narrow width, and is wound up to manufacture and supply various adhesive tapes 5 The width of the take-up portion 3, that is, the distance between the side plate portions 2, 2 separated by the take-up portion 3, can be appropriately adapted to the cut width of the adhesive tape 5 as the object to be wound. set up. Further, the side plate portion 2 is generally formed in a disk shape, and its outer diameter can be appropriately set in accordance with the winding length of the end tape 5. In the present embodiment, the reel 1 is integrally molded by injection molding or the like, or the pair of side plate portions 2, 2 and the winding portion 3 are individually formed, and then assembled. Alternatively, the appropriate means may be used to join φ to be integrated. When the side plate portions 2, 2 and the winding portion 3 are individual bodies, for example, the winding portion 3 is common, and the side plate portions 2 having different outer diameters can be combined thereon to correspond to various winding lengths. Alternatively, by combining the winding portions 3 having different widths in the common side plate portion 2, it is possible to correspond to various cutting widths. Further, in the present embodiment, the inner surface of the side plate portions 2, 2 is provided with a convex portion 21 extending in the radial direction as shown in Fig. 1 (b) and Fig. 2 . 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a B-B cross section of Fig. 1(b). The convex portion 21 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is used to prevent the exposure of the tape 5 when the tape 5 is taken up to the reel 1 or when the tape 5 is taken up and stored. Then, the adhesive layer on the side of the tape 4 is brought into contact with the inner side surface of the reel 1 (the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2) 'by this' to prevent the adhesive forming the adhesive layer from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1 The situation. That is, the distance 'between the side plate portions 2, 2 separated by the take-up portion 3 is the end tape 5 that is taken up by the take-up portion 3 so as not to come into contact with the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2. The method is set such that the cutting width of the belt 5 is followed by a certain margin, but when the belt 5 is taken up, the sway may occur due to the rotation of the reel 1, and the winding position of the belt 5 may be biased. When it is moved, or is subjected to impact or vibration during storage, it causes a positional shift of the wound belt 5, which causes the belt 5 to contact the inner side surface of the side panel portion 2. In the present embodiment, even when the convex portion 21 is provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2, the contact between the adhesive layer exposed on the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 and the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is reduced. The area is such that the adhesive forming the adhesive layer is prevented from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1. In the present embodiment, the height hi of the convex portion 21 is preferably 0.05 to 1.00 mm, more preferably 0.05 to 0.30 mm, and particularly preferably 0.05 to 0.20 mm. When the height hi of the convex portion 21 is less than 〇5 mm, it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing the contact of the inner side surface of the pair of side plate portions 2 with the tape 5 . Further, it is not preferable to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management when the reel 1 is formed by injection. On the contrary, if the height hi of the convex portion 21 exceeds 1.00 mm, the convex portion 21 is caused to be higher than necessary, and the width of the reel 1 is -10- 1360510 degrees. Further, there is a possibility that the pressing force of the convex portion 21 is left on the side surface of the tape 5 due to the fact that the pressing force toward the side surface of the tape 5 becomes stronger, which is not preferable. Further, the width w1 of the convex portion 21 is preferably 〇5 to 2 〇〇ιηιη, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5 〇 mm. If the width wl of the convex portion 21 is less than 55 mm, there is a case where the side surface of the tape 5 is wounded. Further, when the reel 1 is formed by injection, it is necessary to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management. The words are not ideal. On the contrary, if the width W1 of the convex portion 21 exceeds 2.0 mm, a problem arises in that the adhesive adheres to the convex portion 2 1 . Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, when a plurality of convex portions 21 extending in the radial direction (eight in the illustrated example) are radially provided, it is possible to more reliably prevent It is preferable that the adhesive forming the adhesive layer adheres to the inner side surface of the reel 1. Further, in the present embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 extending in the circumferential direction as shown in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 3 is provided along the inner side surface φ of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2. Further, Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of Fig. 1(b). Here, 'when the subsequent tape 5 cut into a narrow width is taken up to the reel 1', as shown in Fig. 4(a), if the edge of the tape 5 is inclined, the edge is left to When the side surface of the belt 5 is guided to the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 to be wound up, the side surface of the belt 5 can be flattened on the same plane without being wound up unevenly. Further, Fig. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the tape 5 is taken up. Further, -11 - 1360510, Fig. 4(b) is a left side view of the state shown in Fig. 4(a), and the belt 5 is taken up into the reel 1 which is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure. In the present embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 is used to prevent the exposure of the subsequent tape 5 to the reel 1 as described above. The adhesive layer having the side faces of the fifth side contacts the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2, and the adhesive forming the adhesive layer is attached to the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2. In other words, in the present embodiment, when the side surface of the side panel portion 2 is guided to the side surface of the end belt 5, an extension is provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side panel portion 2 in order to reduce the contact area with the adhesive tape 5. The peripheral convex portion 22 in the peripheral direction, thereby preventing the adhesion of the adhesive. Therefore, it is preferable that the peripheral convex portion 22 has at least a portion in contact with the adhesive tape 5 in a circular arc shape, and the radius of curvature thereof is preferably 0.3 to 1.5 mm, more preferably 0.3 to 1.5 mm. It is 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Further, in the present embodiment, in the case where such a peripheral convex portion 22 is provided, the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably 0.05 to 1.00 mm, more preferably 0.05 to 0.30 mm, and particularly preferably 0.05 to 0.05. 0.20mm. If the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0.05 mm, the effect of suppressing the contact of the inner side surface of the pair of side plate portions 2 with the belt 5 is caused. Further, when the tape 5 is taken up, the convex portion 21 and the subsequent tape 5 may interfere with each other, and there is a risk of damage to the adhesive tape 5, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 1.00 mm, the peripheral convex portion 22 is higher than the necessary height, causing interference with the subsequent belt 5 when the subsequent belt 5 is taken up. Further, since the gap between the belt 5 and the side plate portions 2, 2 is larger than 13.60510 after the winding of the tape 5, the winding deviation may occur during storage, and the storage stability is lowered. ideal. Further, the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably 0.5 to 20.0 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0.5 mm, there is a fear that the side surface of the belt 5 is damaged. On the contrary, when the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 20.0 mm, there is a problem that the adhesion of the adhesive to the peripheral convex portion 22 occurs. Further, when the adhesive tape 5 that has been taken up on the reel 1 is taken up and used, the tape 5 is likely to be caught in the peripheral convex portion 22, which is not desirable. The present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the radial convex portion 21 and the peripheral convex portion 22 are provided in both of the pair of side plate portions 2, 2, but the radial convex portion 21 and the φ peripheral convex portion 22 may be required as needed. It is also possible to implement only one side plate portion 2. In other words, the backing belt 5 can be wound by leaning against the side panel portion 2 side of one of the sides, and the remaining side panel portion 2 and the end belt 5 can be provided with a margin. Therefore, the side panel portion 2 can be provided only on the one side panel portion 2. The radial convex portion 21 and the circumferential convex portion 22 are implemented. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the shaft hole 4 which is a D-shaped hole shape is illustrated as an example, but the shape of the key groove corresponding to the key provided on the winding shaft side may be formed, and the shaft hole 4 may be used. The specific form can be appropriately changed according to the attachment means of the take-up device to the take-up shaft. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the form of the winding unit 3 is simply shown. For example, a rib for ensuring rigidity is provided, and the like can be applied to various forms that can be applied to such a reel. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the adhesive tape 5 having the adhesive layer is used as the wound material. However, the wound body of the present invention may be suitably used in the case where it is generally used as an adhesive. The material is coated with the wound layer of the adhesive layer formed to prevent adhesion of the adhesive. Next, the tape 5 can be formed, for example, by forming an anisotropic conductive thin film formed of an electroconductive fine particle formed on the adhesive layer formed on the substrate, and cutting it into a strip having a narrow width. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the convex portion 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is provided with a rib formed continuously from the inner circumferential side toward the outer circumferential side of the reel 1, but the convex portion 21 is, for example, the fifth portion. As shown in Figure (a), it can also be formed by discontinuity. Further, the convex portion 21 is provided in a linear shape from the center of the side plate portion 2 toward the peripheral edge so as to extend in the radial direction, as shown in Fig. 5(b), The radial crossover may also be, or as shown in Fig. 5(c), it may be curved into a curved shape. Further, when the convex portion 21 is provided in a radial shape, the radiation center preferably coincides with the center of the side plate portion 2, but may be made inconsistent as necessary. Further, for example, as shown in Fig. 5(b), the convex portion 21 is radially expanded from a plurality of different radiation centers, and the convex portion 21 is also provided. The shape is not limited to the above-described arc shape, and may be a rectangular shape, a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered, or the like, or a sectional shape as shown in Fig. 6. Also. In this manner, the number or shape of the convex portions 21 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is not particularly limited as long as the adhesion of the adhesive to the side surface of the reel can be prevented. Similarly, the peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2 is also guided when the side surface of the side plate portion 2 is guided to the side surface of the tape 5 to be wound up, as long as the adhesive can be prevented. The attachment is a variety of deformations that can be implemented. In the above-described embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 is provided in the ring and the entire circumference of the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2, but for example, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 is formed. The setting of the discontinuity can also be set as shown in Fig. 7(b), and can be set in a curved shape; as shown in Fig. 7(c), a plurality of bars are arranged in parallel (Fig. 7(c) The example shown is two) The peripheral convex portion 22 is also possible. φ Further, as shown in Figs. 8(a) to (c), the peripheral convex portion 22 provided with the discontinuity is connected to the convex portion provided to prevent adhesion of the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel 1. 21 is also possible. The cross-sectional shape of the peripheral convex portion 22 may be an arc shape, a rectangular shape, or a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered. Further, the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 6 may be used, or The cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 21 is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 21. Here, the fifth, seventh, and eighth views are explanatory views for arbitrarily explaining the arrangement of the convex portions 21 and 22 in the above-described modified example. Further, Fig. 6 is a schematic explanatory view showing the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion -15-1360510 portion 21 (or the peripheral convex portion 22), wherein the sixth figure (d) '(f) is a close to two An example in which the convex portions 21 (or the peripheral convex portions 22) are juxtaposed; and the examples shown in FIGS. 6(e) and (g) are such that the two convex portions 21 (or the peripheral convex portions 22) are in contact with each other. Set the side by side. [Industrial Applicability] As described above, the present invention provides a wound body in which an adhesive tape or an adhesive tape is taken up on a reel.
