Description

Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a strip or an adhesive tape which is formed by cutting a film material having an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer into a narrow width. The method of winding the tape on the reel. [Prior Art] In recent years, 'the anisotropic conductive film formed by the conductive layer containing the adhesive layer formed on the substrate' is being used in a large amount on the circuit connection of a liquid crystal display or the like. In the case of the conductive film, as described in Patent Document 1, etc., the adhesive layer is usually formed by forming a film having a wide width and then cutting it into a strip having a narrow width. Reel is manufactured and supplied. Patent Document 1: Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2003-34468. [Summary of the Invention] [The problem to be solved by the invention] However, the inventors have learned that in the production of anisotropic conductivity after accumulating a number of intensive investigations. In the case of a film, the film material to which the adhesive layer is formed is cut into a narrow width, and the film is wound up to a reel type, and many problems remain to be improved. That is, it has been found that when the reeling agent forming the adhesive layer is attached to the inner side of the reel when it is taken up to the reel or when it is taken up, it is a cause of product failure. In the case where the side of the wound material is taken up by the peripheral portion of the reel so as not to cause the unevenness of the winding -5 to 1360512, the peripheral portion is applied to the peripheral portion. There is a more pronounced tendency to attach. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described review by the inventors of the present invention, and an object thereof is to provide a tape winding method for cutting a film material on which an adhesive layer is formed into fine When the film (tape) such as an anisotropic conductive film is manufactured and supplied while being wound up to the reel, the side of the reel is guided by the peripheral portion of the reel. In the case where the winding is performed, it is possible to prevent the adhesive forming the adhesive layer from adhering to the peripheral portion, thereby improving the yield and ensuring the stability of the work at the time of winding out the use. [Technical means for solving the problem] The winding method of the belt of the present invention which solves the above problems is a winding method of winding a belt having an adhesive layer or an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a reel The reel includes a cylindrical winding portion and a pair of side plate portions that are attached to each other with the winding portion interposed therebetween, and the side plate portions along one or both of the side plates The inner side surface of the peripheral portion is provided with a peripheral convex portion, and the side surface of the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape is guided to the side plate portion while the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape is inclined. The state of the peripheral portion is taken up. In the winding method of the belt of the present invention thus constituted, for example, a film material having an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer formed thereon is cut into a strip shape having a narrow width, and is wound up and the like. When a roll of the predetermined shape is provided, the -6 - 1360512 disk is used to manufacture and supply the adhesive tape or the adhesive tape, and the side surface of the side plate portion is guided by the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion so as not to be produced. When winding is performed unevenly, the contact area with the subsequent tape is reduced, and adhesion of the adhesive to the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion can be prevented. Further, in the winding method of the tape according to the present invention, the wound material ' may be an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer, and the adhesive tape may be such that the adhesive layer formed on the substrate contains conductive material. The anisotropic conductive film formed by the fine particles is cut into a strip having a narrow width. Further, in the winding method of the tape according to the present invention, the contact area of the tape to be wound up or the adhesive tape is reduced, and the side of the side plate portion is guided to the side of the wound material for winding. At least the portion of the peripheral convex portion that is in contact with the object to be wound is preferably formed in an arc shape. Further, in the winding method of the tape according to the present invention, the adhesion of the adhesive or the adhesive to the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion can be more reliably prevented without causing a problem, and the height of the peripheral convex portion is 〇.〇5~ 1.00mm, width is ideally 0.5~20.0mm. [Effect of the Invention] According to the present invention, the film material on which the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer is formed is cut into a strip shape having a narrow width, and the peripheral portion of the side plate portion is not generated. When the winding is unevenly guided and taken up to the reel, the adhesion of the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer or the adhesion of the adhesive to the peripheral portion of the side plate portion can be prevented, thereby suppressing product defects. Produce and improve yield. [Embodiment] [Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Further, Fig. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing a reel used in the winding method of the belt of the embodiment, wherein Fig. 1(a) is a front view, and Fig. 1(b) is a first view. (A) is a cross-sectional view of the reel 1 shown in Fig. 1 and is provided with a cylindrical winding portion 3; and is parallel or substantially parallel with the winding portion 3 interposed therebetween The pair of side plate portions 2 and 2 provided in a facing manner. Further, a shaft hole 4 having a D-hole shape is formed in a substantially central portion of the reel 1, and the reel 1 is mounted on the shaft hole 4 by a take-up shaft that is inserted through a winding device (not shown). It is provided in the winding device and is rotatable as the winding shaft is driven. The reel 1 configured in this manner is used in a strip shape in which a film material on which an adhesive layer is formed is cut into a narrow width, and is wound up to manufacture and supply various types of the end tape 5. The width of the winding portion 3, that is, the distance between the side plate portions 2, 2 separated by the winding portion 3, can be appropriately set in accordance with the cutting width of the adhesive tape 5 as the object to be wound. . Further, the side plate portion 2' is generally formed in a disk shape, and the outer diameter thereof can be appropriately set in accordance with the winding length of the adhesive tape 5. In the present embodiment, the "reel 1 can be integrally formed by injection molding or the like, or the pair of side plate portions 2, 2 and the winding portion 3 can be individually formed," Or you can wait for the appropriate means to synthesize -8 - 1360512 into an integrated way. When the side plate portions 2, 2 and the winding portion 3 are individual bodies, for example, the winding portion 3 is common, and by combining the side plate portions 2 having different outer diameters, various winding lengths can be matched; Alternatively, by combining the winding portions 3 having different widths in the common side plate portion 2, it is possible to correspond to various cutting widths. Further, in the present embodiment, the inner surface of the side plate portions 2, 2 is provided with a convex portion 21 extending in the radial direction as shown in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 2 . # Further, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the B-B section of Fig. 1(b). The convex portion 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is for suppressing exposure to the adhesive tape 4 when the adhesive tape 5 is taken up to the reel 1 or when the tape 5 is taken up and stored. The side adhesive layer comes into contact with the inner side surface of the reel 1 (the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2), whereby the adhesive forming the adhesive layer can be prevented from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1. That is, the running between the side plate portions 2, 2 separated by the take-up portion 3 is such that the end tape 5 is taken up in the winding portion 3 so as not to come into contact with the side plate portion 2 The side surface is set so as to have a certain margin with the cutting width of the belt 5, but when the tape 5 is taken up, the reeling of the reel 1 may cause swaying or the like, which may cause the winding of the tape 5 The positional deviation, or the impact or vibration during the storage of the winding, causes the positional offset of the wound strip 5 to cause the subsequent belt 5 to contact the inner side of the side panel portion 2. . In the present embodiment, even in the case as described above, the adhesive layer 2 1 is provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 to reduce the adhesive layer and the side plate portion 2 exposed on the side faces of the adhesive tape 5 -9 - 1360512. The contact area of the inner side surface prevents the adhesive forming the adhesive layer from adhering to the inner side surface of the reel 1. In the present embodiment, the height hi of the convex portion 21 is preferably 0.05 to 1.0 mm, more preferably 0.05 to 0.30 mm, and particularly preferably 0.05 to 0.20 mm. When the height hi of the convex portion 21 is less than 0.05 mm, it is difficult to obtain the effect of suppressing the contact of the inner side surface of the side belt portion 2 with the second belt portion 2. Further, it is not preferable to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management when the reel 1 is formed by injection. On the contrary, if the height hi of the convex portion 21 exceeds 1.00 mm, the convex portion 21 is caused to be higher than necessary, and the width dimension of the reel 1 is affected. Further, there is a possibility that the pressing force toward the side surface of the tape 5 becomes strong, and the convex portion 2 1 is left on the side surface of the tape 5, which is not preferable. Further, the width w1 of the convex portion 21 is preferably 0.5 to 2 〇.〇mm, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the width wl of the convex portion 21 is less than 55 mm, the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 may be damaged. Further, it is not preferable to pay attention to the accuracy of condition management when the reel 1 is formed by injection. On the contrary, if the width w1 of the convex portion 21 exceeds 20.0 mm, there is a problem that the adhering agent adheres to the convex portion 2 1 . Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, when a plurality of convex portions (1 in the illustrated example) extending in the radial direction are provided in a radial shape, it is possible to more reliably It is preferable to prevent the adhesion of the adhesive forming the adhesive layer to the inner side surface of the reel 1. -10- 1360512 Further, in the present embodiment, the peripheral convex portion extending along the circumferential direction as shown in Fig. 1(b) and Fig. 3 is provided on the inner side surface ' along the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 twenty two. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of Fig. 1(b). Here, 'when the subsequent tape 5 cut into a narrow width is taken up to the reel 1', as shown in Fig. 4(a), if the edge of the tape 5 is inclined, the side is left. When the side surface is guided to the state φ of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 and wound up, the side surface of the adhesive tape 5 can be flattened on the same plane without being wound up unevenly. Further, Fig. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the tape 5 is taken up. Further, Fig. 4(b) is a left side view of the state shown in Fig. 4(a), and the tape 5 is taken up into the reel 1 which is rotated in the direction of the arrow in the figure. In the present embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 is used to prevent the exposure of the subsequent tape 5 into the reel 1 as described above. The adhesive layer having the side faces of the fifth side contacts the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2, and causes the adhesive forming the adhesive layer to adhere to the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2. In other words, in the present embodiment, when the side surface of the side panel portion 2 is guided to the side surface of the end belt 5, an extension is provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion of the side panel portion 2 in order to reduce the contact area with the adhesive tape 5. The peripheral convex portion 22 in the peripheral direction, thereby preventing the adhesion of the adhesive. Therefore, it is preferable that the peripheral convex portion 22 has at least a portion in contact with the adhesive tape 5 in a circular arc shape, and the radius of curvature 'the contact area of the adhesive tape 5 is reduced to 〇3 to 1.5 mm. More preferably 0.5 to 1.0 mm. -11 - 1360512 In the present embodiment, in the case where such a peripheral convex portion 22 is provided, the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably 0.05 to 1.0 mm, more preferably 〇.〇5~ 0.30 mm' is particularly preferably 0.05 to 0.20 mm. If the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0_05 mm, the effect of suppressing the contact of the inner side surface of the pair of side plate portions 2 with the belt 5 is caused. Further, when the subsequent tape 5 is taken up, the projections 21 and the subsequent tape 5 are likely to interfere, and the tape 5 is left to be damaged. This is not preferable. On the contrary, if the height h2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 1.00 mm, the peripheral convex portion 22 is higher than the necessary height, causing interference with the subsequent belt 5 when the subsequent belt 5 is wound up. In addition, since the gap between the belt 5 and the side plate portions 2 and 2 is large after the tape 5 is taken up, the winding deviation may occur during storage, and it is not preferable for the storage stability to be lowered. . Further, the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is preferably 0.5 to 20.0 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 10.0 mm, particularly preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. If the width w2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 is less than 0.5 mm, there is a fear that the side of the belt 5 will be damaged. On the contrary, when the width W2 of the peripheral convex portion 22 exceeds 20.0 mm, there is a problem that the adhesive adheres to the peripheral convex portion 22. Further, when the adhesive tape 5 that has been taken up on the reel 1 is taken out, the tape 5 is likely to be caught in the peripheral convex portion 22, which is not preferable. As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the convex portion 21 and the peripheral convex portion 22 are provided on both sides of the pair of side plate portions 2, 2-12 to 1360512, but the convex portion 21 and the peripheral convex portion 22' may be required as needed. It is implemented in such a manner that it is provided only on one side plate portion 2. That is, the backing belt 5 is taken up against the side of the side panel portion 2 of one of the sides, and there is a margin between the other side panel portion 2 and the end belt 5, so that the side panel portion 2 can be used only on the one side. The convex portion 21 and the circumferential convex portion 22 are provided to be implemented. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the shaft hole 4 which is a D-shaped hole shape is illustrated as an example, but the shape of the key groove corresponding to the key provided on the winding shaft side may be formed, and the shaft hole 4 may be formed. The specific form can be appropriately changed in accordance with the attachment means of the take-up device to the take-up shaft. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the form of the winding unit 3 is simply shown. For example, a rib for ensuring rigidity is provided, and the like can be applied to various forms that can be applied to such a reel. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the adhesive tape 5 having the adhesive layer is used as the wound material. However, the winding method of the tape of the present invention can be suitably applied to the use of the tape. The wound material of the adhesive layer formed by coating the material of the adhesive to prevent adhesion of the adhesive. In the case of the tape 5, for example, the anisotropic conductive film ‘made of the adhesive layer formed on the substrate and containing the conductive fine particles can be cut into a strip having a narrow width. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the convex portion 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is formed by continuously forming a -13 - 1360512 rib " from the inner circumferential side toward the outer circumferential side of the reel 1 , but the convex portion 21 As shown in Fig. 5(a), it can also be formed by discontinuity. Further, the convex portion 21 is provided from the center of the side plate portion 2 along the direction toward the peripheral edge so as to extend in the radial direction, as shown in Fig. 5(b), and is also crossed with the radial direction. Alternatively, or as shown in Fig. 5(c), it may be curved into a curved shape. Further, when the convex portion 21 is provided in a radial shape, the radiation center preferably coincides with the center of the side plate portion 2, but may be made inconsistent as needed. Further, the convex portion 21 may be radially expanded from a plurality of different radiation centers. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 21 is not limited to the above-described arc shape, and may be a rectangular shape, a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered, or the like, or may be as shown in FIG. The shape of the section is also acceptable. In this way, the number or shape of the convex portions 2 1 provided on the inner side surface of the side plate portion 2 is not particularly limited as long as the adhesion of the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel 1 can be prevented. Similarly, the peripheral convex portion 22 provided along the inner side surface of the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2 is also used to prevent the adhesion of the adhesive when the side surface of the side plate portion 2 is guided to the side surface of the tape 5 to be wound up. , it is possible to do all kinds of deformation implementation. In the above-described embodiment, the peripheral convex portion 22 is provided on the entire circumference of the ring and the peripheral portion of the side plate portion 2. However, for example, as shown in Fig. 7(a), the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2 is formed along the peripheral edge portion of the side plate portion 2. Intermittent settings can also be set. Further, as shown in Fig. 7(b), it may be arranged in a curved shape; as shown in Fig. 7(c), a plurality of bars are arranged in parallel (the example of the figure is two. 14-1360512). The peripheral edge portion 22 may also be used. Further, as shown in Figs. 8(a) to 8(c), the peripheral convex portion 22 provided with the discontinuity is connected to the convex portion 21 provided to prevent adhesion of the adhesive to the inner side surface of the reel 1. Also. The cross-sectional shape of the peripheral convex portion 22 may be an arc shape, a rectangular shape, or a shape in which the corner portion is chamfered. Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 6 may be used, or The cross-sectional shape is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 21. Here, the fifth, seventh, and eighth drawings are explanatory views for arbitrarily explaining the arrangement of the convex portions 21 and 22 in the above-described modification. Further, Fig. 6 is an explanatory view showing a schematic shape of a cross-sectional shape of the convex portion 21 (or the peripheral convex portion 22), wherein (d) and (f) of the sixth embodiment are to draw the two convex portions 21 in close proximity. (Or the peripheral convex portion 22) is exemplified in parallel; in the example shown in FIGS. 6(e) and 6(g), the two convex portions 21 (or the peripheral convex portion 22) are juxtaposed in a state of being in contact with each other. By. [Industrial Applicability] As described above, the present invention provides a winding method for winding an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer or an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a reel.
