1359756 案號098117953 100年5月4日 修正本 七、申請專利範圍: 1. 一種支撑機構,用以支撐一車用可攜式導航裝 置,包括: 一基座; 一旋臂,與該基座樞接; 一延伸臂,與該旋臂樞接,並可相對該旋臂滑動, 其中該延伸臂具有一齒條; 一第一框軸,枢接該旋臂與該延伸臂; 一第一旋紐’以可拆卸的方式與該第一框轴結合; 一第一定位件,裝配於該旋臂並且具有一第一齒 狀結構,以及 一第二定位件,設置於該齒條與該第一定位件之 間,並且具有一第二齒狀結構以及一齒狀部,其中當 該第一旋鈕與該第一枢轴緊密鎖合時,該第一、第二 齒狀結構相互嚅合,且該齒狀部與該齒條相互嚅合, 藉以限制該延伸臂相對該旋臂運動。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐機構,其中 第二齒狀結構以及該齒狀部形成於該第二定位件的相 反側。. 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐機構,其中 當該第一旋鈕相對於該第一樞軸鬆脫時,該第一、第 二齒狀結構相互脫離,且該齒狀部與該齒條相互脫 離,使得該延伸臂可相對該旋臂旋轉或滑動。
