Gooddch公司購得)。此增稠劑係為經烯丙 基五赤蘚醇交聯之丙烯酸聚合物。 該分散液亦可以具有其它任擇成份。例如,其可具有 防腐劑,例如,可由Rohm and Baas公司購得之Kathone 1275622 ICG,並以氫氧化鈉調整至適當的pH。 本發明當其產品係為傢俱拋光劑,亦可包含有刮痕塗 蓋呈色劑、芳香劑以及其它傳統在傢倶拋光劑領域中傳統 上所使用的添加劑。參見美國專利第5,849,838號。 5 各式各樣的非離子性表面活性劑係可出現而被使用於 於本發明,特別是較佳者乃使用Laureth-4(月桂酵之聚乙 二醇醚。但是,亦可使用烷醇醯胺·,多羥基醇之酯類(例如, 乙二醇、一乙一醇或丙一醇、甘油或聚甘油或山梨糖醇、 葡萄糠或蔗糖等之酷類);醇類、醯胺類或酯類之聚氧乙撐 10基或聚氧丙撐基衍生物,或聚氧乙撐基或聚氧丙撐基嵌段 共聚合物;或其等適合且相容之混合物。 另一種表面活性劑(當在一般情況下使用是二種時)可 選自於各種極性表面活性劑。較佳是陰離子表面活性劑月 桂基醚硫酸鈉。但是各種其它陰離子表面活性劑是適用 15 的。其例子包括醯基-乳酸酯、N-醯基肌胺酸酯、烧基-叛酸 酯(單或多價)、院基醚緩酸酯、N-烧基-穀胺酸、脂肪酸-胜肽縮合物,經磷酸化之乙氧基化醇、烷基硫酸酯、乙氧化 烷基硫酸酯、α-烯烴磺酸酯以及經酯鏈結之磺酸酯。 其它的表面活性劑亦可為一種陽離子表面活性劑,其 20例子可為醯胺胺類。或者,另一種表面活性劑可為兩性者, 例如’酿基胺基酸、Ν-取代之烷胺、Ν-烷基-胺基丙酸、Ν-烷基甜菜鹼、烷基只唑以及磺基甜菜鹼。 較佳聚矽氧烷係為二甲基聚矽氧烷。但是其它的矽油 亦可使用。此外,廣範圍之烴油亦是適用的。較佳的黏度 10 1275622 範圍是在5〇Cts至5,00〇cts之間。 本發明係提供一種傢倶拋光劑,其係高度安定且其適 '加入推進劑與聚碎氧燒,而不需要高量之揮發性或有機 成份。 5 •然&佳實施態樣已如上所討論者,且將會在下列内 合中木时,但可了解的是,此等較佳實施例僅是本發明的 例子而已。要更完整了解到本發明之全部範圍,必須要看 申清專利範圍之内容。 C 方式 10較佳實施例之詳細說明 使用於本發明之一種較佳的傢倶拋光劑分散液係具有 下列組成: ^ 重量% ------- 俗名(可能是商品名) 化學名稱~' 高達100% ----- 水 10% B-52推進劑 丁燒i 丙燒^混合物 0.2% Carbop〇l®Ultrez 5 卡波姆 9.82% Klearol 白色礦物油 4% PDMS 100 cts 聚二曱基石夕氧燒 4% PDMS 1000 cts 聚二甲基矽氧 0.18% 非離子性表面活性劑 Laureth-4 0.02% g離子性表面活性劑 月桂醚硫酸鈉 0.05% Kathon 吸 CG/ICP ^基氣異塞唑酮 0.53% 氫氧化鈉

本發明的拋光劑係可以相同於現今所使用之噴霧劑傢 倶拋光劑(例如,Pledge φ品牌的傢倶拋光劑)相似的方式使 10 用之。就此點,使用可取用該拋光劑並將所欲之量(例如, 幾ml的拋光劑)施用於要被拋光之相當小表面(例如,一平 方尺)的傢倶上。在氣霧劑式喷霧時,該容器在喷霧上係保 持約離要被施用拋光劑表面約6吋。若非使用氣霧劑式喷 霧時’可將適當量的拋光劑澆或擠至該表面上。 15 在任何的情況下,該喷霧劑一般而言是利用布或其它

Claims (1)
