1229711 玖、發明說明 (發明說明應敘明··發明所屬之技術領域、先前技術、内容、實施方式及圖式簡單說明) 【發明所屬之技術領域3 發明領域 本發明係針對纖維填充材料的改良,一般係視為纖維 5 球(fiber balls)。 L先前技術3 發明背景 已有多數嘗試係用以製造一絕緣體或填充材料,能夠 接受用以替代絨毛。聚酯纖維填充材料係為該其中之一材 10料,並具廣泛的商業用途能夠使用作為供枕頭、寢具、衣 服以及傢倶所用的填充材料。該填充材料可採用不同的形 式諸如不同尺寸的人造纖維(staple fibers)、中空及實體 纖維、以及拳曲纖維(crimped fibers)。同時已有提出不同 的形狀,諸如球體(美國專利第4,〇65,599號)、用以容許連 15鎖之具有突出纖維的球體(美國專利第4,820,574號)、拳曲 的纖維束(美國專利第4,418,1〇3號)、圈狀纖維(美國專利第 4,555,421號)、纖維捲、 戽斗、捆及針墊形式(美國專利第
作為絕緣體/填充材料。 ‘維束’已發現係特別地適合使用 如於標題為,,人造絨毛(Synthetic 1229711 玖、發明說明
