【物品用途】 本新式樣物品，係配置在汽車座艙側面供乘客進出座艙用的門鈑件，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種汽車側門的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用前門」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車用前門，外觀主要特徵包括一個上部具有楔形狀窗台、下部為複合夾層結構的矩形鈑件主體，該鈑件上部沿窗台下方修飾有一道凸起橫越全寬度之水平方向的脊線，及下部低點修飾一道向內凹進又凸出之水平方向的摺線，此摺線一端向車頭方向成逐漸上揚；該交互地凸出及凹入的脊線和摺線，表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學，使外表具有非常動感之特異性。整體的造形考究細膩，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用前門」如附圖所示，本體上端約總高度2/5之上端部為一個楔形狀之鏤空的玻璃窗框部，下端約總高度3/5之下端部為一個表面鼓出、略呈長方形之複合夾層結構的鈑件，在該鈑件內部形成一個收容部，用以收容該玻璃窗和安裝驅動該玻璃窗的升降機構等。該楔形玻璃窗框部之一側包含一個垂直部，自其頂端以柔順滑暢的圓角形成一斜邊延伸至另一側的窗台角隅，及在此角隅形成一個銳角三角形的角框以構成側視鏡的安裝部等。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該鈑件左右側實質上具有一曲率略成彎弧形的端部。沿該鈑件表面上端約鈑件高度9/10處，修飾一道凸出橫越全寬度之水平方向的脊線，高於該脊線和低於該脊線之上下側成相對凹進，且該脊線在接近於上述垂直部的附近，形成一個凹進略呈”梭”形的凹部以構成一個門把手的安裝部。及，沿該鈑件下端約鈑件高度1/10處，修飾一道凹進幾乎涵蓋全寬度之水平方向的摺線，此摺線一端向車頭方向成逐漸上揚；該摺線下方即該鈑件底端又修飾一道交互凸出及凹入的脊線。另外，該鈑件一側，在上述上揚摺線的上方約略小於鈑件高度的一半，形成一個窄幅略呈”倒梯形”狀的飾條安裝部。再從後視圖觀之，該鈑件背面佈滿各種大小、不規則、不同形狀的凹凸肋部等。如上述汽車用前門，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用前門」造形考究細膩，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a door panel placed on the side of the car cabin for passengers to enter and exit the cabin, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visual.
