【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車後廂供啓、閉用的蓋鈑,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車造型特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後廂蓋的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後廂蓋」之新式樣。本新式樣後廂蓋,係一種使用於休旅型汽車的後廂蓋。外觀主要特徵包括一個由斜背部和垂直部彼此相交,構成一個略呈"ㄟ"字形的鈑件主體,該斜背部設計一個略呈矩形狀的窗台,垂直部為向下方垂直伸設的矩形鈑件,於兩者之間的交角上形成一個突出彎弧形的尖峰,及沿此尖峰的輪廓線上修飾一對上下併列的雙脊線。該矩形鈑件中央包含一個凹進略呈"U"形狀的凹部,及左右側對稱地形成一對略呈倒"ㄈ"字形的尾燈安裝部等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後廂蓋」如附圖所示,本體上端約總高度1/2之上端部,形成一個傾斜、長度方向比例較大、略呈矩形狀的斜背部,其表面上除了上緣及下緣為鈑金構件之外,涵蓋大部分面積形成一個鏤空、略呈矩形狀的玻璃窗框部;下端約總高度1/2之下端部,形成一個垂直方向略呈矩形狀之複合夾層結構的鈑件,側視時略呈一"ㄟ"字形輪廓。從立體圖、前視圖及側視圖觀之,該框部及鈑件實質上具有一曲率半徑、橫斷面方向成彎曲狀,在兩者之間的交角上形成一個突出彎弧形的尖峰,沿該尖峰的輪廓線上緣和下緣修飾有一對上下併列、稜角稜線格外分明的雙脊線,及該上脊線與下脊線之間維持有一段間距,且向左右側邊端方向間距逐漸變大同時逐漸傾斜。該鈑件上部,低於下脊線部分以一曲率半徑往深度方向逐漸凹進形成一個圓凹部,其中端部中央修飾一個凹進略呈向左右拉長之"U"字形的大型凹部,及左右側對稱地形成一對略呈"ㄈ"字形的尾燈安裝部,此ㄈ形尾燈安裝部內側各具有一個楔形上角隅,且向外側方向逐漸提高;又,該鈑件下部左右角隅,以相當大的曲率半徑修飾成圓角化,及下部下緣修飾一個向內曲折格外分明的脊線。此外,從後視圖及仰視圖觀之,本體背面及頂部內側幾乎佈滿為結構强度而設計之補强肋部等。如上述「汽車用後廂蓋」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後廂蓋」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。;[Item Usage] This new style item is a cover that is placed on the trunk of a car for opening and closing, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's styling more prominent and visually appealing.
