【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係設置在汽車後廂蓋下段的表面鈑件,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車後廂蓋飾板的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車後廂蓋用裝飾板」之新式樣。本新式樣裝飾板,係鑲嵌在後廂蓋的下段部分,並與另外一個上段部分共同構成一個完整的後廂蓋。外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型略呈"倒T"形狀的主體,其上端部中央包含一個大型略呈向左右方向拉長之"U"字形的凹部,此凹部的左右側對稱地形成一個L形的缺口,及下端部的左右角隅修飾成圓角化等。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車後廂蓋用裝飾板」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個水平方向寬度比例大於垂直方向高度比例許多,側面方向深度比例相對很小,輪廓略呈倒"T"形狀的鈑件主體。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體正面上端約大於總高度1/2之上端部,在其左右角隅對稱地形成一個略呈"L"字形的缺口部,以構成尾燈的安裝部;及,本體底端左右角隅以相當大的曲率半徑修飾成圓角化。該L形缺口部成傾斜的銳角狀,因此在兩者之間形成一個突出、寬度比例相當大之"倒梯形"狀的中央部;又,沿此倒梯形中央部的內側修飾一個凹進略呈左右拉長之"U"字形(或倒梯形)的大型凹部,該凹部側邊平行於中央部,底部向本體下端部中央區域延伸、更低於該缺口部,且該凹部之寬度向深度方向逐漸變小,及其下角隅以相當大的曲率半徑修飾成圓角化。再從俯視圖及仰視圖觀之,本體橫斷面方向具有一曲率半徑成彎曲狀,其兩端分別向側面方向彎曲及延伸等。如上述「汽車後廂蓋用裝飾板」,外表具有非常動感之特異性,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車後廂蓋用裝飾板」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a surface panel installed on the lower part of the trunk lid of a car.
