【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係一種遊戲、把玩用之玩具車,同時也是一種比例精準提供觀賞、收藏用之汽車模型。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車模型的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車模型」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車模型,係一種運動型汽車之縮小版,外觀主要特徵包括車頭前緣之大型氣壩及勁裝律動的車身線條等,都突顯出運動感十足,特別是一個凸出讓人聯想到"魚嘴唇"般的氣壩、一對以圓弧形擴大外角的鷹眼狀頭燈、一對以圓弧形擴大外角的高低階狀尾燈及一道交互凸出、凹入的脊線從從尾燈上角隅沿窗台下方直達頭燈上角隅等,展現出一種新的汽車設計哲學,使車子具有非常動感的外表,把運動型汽車之氣韻栩栩如生地表露無遺。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車模型」如附圖所示,包括一個低斜前傾的引擎蓋位於引擎室頂部,除了兩側邊緣相對低窪之外,整個表面上形成一個高凸略呈"U"字形的凸出部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,一個與水箱護罩一體設計的大型保險桿啣接在該引擎蓋前端,其上部中央包含一對橢圓形的氣柵孔徑,於其內側綴飾有若干直瀑型的格柵;該對橢圓形孔徑左右側,對稱地配置一對以圓弧形擴大外角的鷹眼狀頭燈;及,下部低點包含一個幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度、像咧開口部的大型氣壩,且沿該口部上下緣分別修飾有相對凸出的唇緣,看起來宛若"魚嘴唇"般。從側視圖觀之,一個柔順滑暢的頂蓬自前擋風玻璃低斜地向後延伸、掠過座艙部並止於後廂部,該座艙部側面設計有一對側門,及其前端角窗配置一個略呈平行四邊形的後視鏡。該車身側面鈑件凹凸有致,前後輪弧特別鼓出、輪廓格外分明,一條位於高點的脊線自頭燈上角隅,沿側門窗台下方延伸至尾燈上角隅,另一條位於低點交互凸出及凹入的脊線沿側門下方低點介於前後輪弧之間。再從另一立體圖及後視圖觀之,車體後部包含一個沿後廂表面配置略成倒"U"字形的後廂蓋,沿其後端上緣修飾一個突出、略呈上弦狀的脊線,該後廂蓋兩側上角隅對稱地形成一對以圓弧形擴大外角之高低階狀的尾燈,且向側面後擋泥板方向延伸。一個大型約略大於後部高度1/2略呈"U"形狀的後保險桿,沿汽車尾部下緣包圍並介於兩後輪弧之間,在其表面經由上、下兩脊線界定一個突出橫向的中端部,且沿下脊線上緣修飾一個幾乎橫跨全寬度的圓凹部,使下脊線形成一個交互凸出及凹入的尖峰;一個略呈"倒梯形"狀的裝飾板補償在下脊線下方,及一對圓形排氣管配置在該裝飾板的一側之一個倒"U"字形的凹部中。此外,前後輪分別綴飾一對具有10個輪輻、每2個併鄰成一對略呈"V"字形輪輻組之輪圈,且各自配置一個寬幅輪胎等。如上述之汽車模型,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車模型」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺感受,令人愛不釋手。[Item Usage] This new style item is a toy car for playing and playing, and is also a car model with accurate proportions for viewing and collection.
