【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係配置在汽車引擎室外部供啟閉引擎室用，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，以襯托出汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種引擎蓋的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用引擎蓋」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車用引擎蓋，;外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、平面方向輪廓略呈”盾”形的鈑件主體，其四角隅修飾有截角，表面上沿兩側邊緣之內側對稱地修飾一對凸起、彎曲略呈”內八”字形的脊線，沿該脊線左右側部分成交互地凸出及凹入使脊線顯得格外分明，其表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學，使車子具有非常動感的外表。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用引擎蓋」如附圖所示，包括一個薄型、片狀向平面方向延展的鈑件主體，其長度方向兩個端部分別呈彎曲狀，寬度方向兩個側面實質上具有一曲率成微微彎曲，平面方向略呈一"U"字形輪廓。從立體圖及俯視圖觀之，本體表面上沿其長度方向兩側邊緣，對稱地修飾一對凸起的脊線，該兩脊線之間分別以一曲率由後端往前端方向相對距離逐漸變小成彎曲狀，看起來略呈”內八”字形。該脊線之外側，對稱地形成一個凹進有一高度落差並向外側方向傾斜的邊部；及，該脊線內側緩和凹進，並在兩脊線之間形成一個略低平滑的中央部。從前視圖觀之，上述脊線以內八字形向本體前端之中央部逐漸變低逐漸接近，並在前端最低點左右角隅對稱地形成一對略彎曲的圓弧形截角，以構成頭燈的承接部。又，本體後端部，自該兩側傾斜的邊部以一曲率半徑截去左右角隅，並在其內側形成一對更突出更銳利的頂角。另外，從後視圖及仰視圖觀之，本體底部左右對稱地佈滿各種大小、不規則、不同形狀的凹凸肋部等。如上述之汽車用引擎蓋，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用引擎蓋」，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性；創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is placed outside the engine compartment of a car to open and close the engine compartment, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, so as to highlight the appearance of the car more prominently and visually.
