【物品用途】 本新式樣物品,係配置在引擎室外側供啟、閉引擎室用的表面鈑件,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種引擎蓋的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用引擎蓋」之新式樣。本新式樣引擎蓋,外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、四角隅修飾有截角、平面方向輪廓略呈”盾”形的鈑件主體。本體表面左、右側,沿其邊緣之內側各經由一對彎曲、近乎平行的脊線對稱地界定一個狹窄、彎曲的凸脊部;及,表面中央部經由一對朝相對方向彎曲的脊線界定一個由後向前逐漸變窄的凹部,表現出凹凸層次、稜角稜線格外分明的特性,賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化,使車子具有非常動感的外表。整體的輪廓造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用引擎蓋」如附圖所示,包括一個薄型、片狀向平面方向延展的鈑件主體,其前端形成一個彎曲、平面方向近乎半圓形的端部;後端的左右側包含一對突出、對稱、傾斜截斷的突出部,於此兩突出部之間形成一個凹縮近乎半橢圓形的界面,且在該突出部的內側形成一對更突出更銳利的頂角,乍看本體平面方向輪廓略成一”馬鞍”狀。從立體圖、前視圖及俯視圖觀之,本體正面方向實質上具有一曲率半徑成微微向左右方向彎曲,且側面方向實質上以一曲率半徑成向前方傾斜。本體表面上,沿其左、右側邊緣之內側各經由一對彎曲、近乎平行的脊線對稱地界定一個狹窄、彎曲的凸脊部,該對凸脊部之間的距離由後往前逐漸變小,且超出該凸脊部的外側則向側面方向傾斜延伸,側視時在接近前端處形成一個向下延伸、向側面鼓出的輪弧部。及,本體表面中央部,經由一對朝相對方向彎曲的脊線界定一個凹進、由後向前逐漸變窄的凹部,使整個表面展現出凹凸層次、稜角稜線格外分明。另外,從後視圖及仰視圖觀之,本體底部內側佈滿各種大小、不同形狀、規則排列的凹凸肋部等。如上述之汽車用引擎蓋,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用引擎蓋」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性;創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Purpose] This new style item is a surface plate placed outside the engine compartment for opening and closing the engine compartment, and is used for decoration in conjunction with the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing.
