【物品用途】 本新式樣物品，係一種人員乘載用之代步工具，同時也是一種休閒用之運動型汽車。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種汽車的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車，外觀主要特徵成雙門之運動型設計，包括一對律動的凸脊線左右對稱地沿著氣壩孔與鷹眼狀頭燈之間婉轉地順著眼角上揚，一道格外分明的凸脊線自後擋泥板的低處逐漸上揚、越過側門及引擎蓋直達頭燈的內角隅，及另一道格外分明的圓拱形凸脊線自後燈內角橫亙在後擋泥板的高處，車身線條曲承轉折凝聚目光焦點的所在。又，展現在外部鈑件上之特性包括引擎蓋、前後保險桿、前後擋泥板、兩側門、窗台、後廂蓋及輪圈等，藉由多數凸脊線和空力元素等組合使車子造形裝飾出一股動感的氣息。整體的輪廓造形考究細膩，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車」如附圖所示，基本上呈楔形、低風阻及低底盤之流線型設計。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，包括一個前傾略呈”盾”字形的引擎蓋覆設在引擎室頂部，其表面左、右側各經由一對彎曲、近乎平行的脊線對稱地界定一個狹窄、彎曲的凸脊部，及中央部經由一對朝相對方向彎曲的脊線界定一個由後向前逐漸變窄的凹部。一個倒梯形狀的護罩連同保險桿一體配置在車頭前緣，該護罩包含一對橢圓形的氣柵孔，該保險桿下部包含一個橫貫的氣壩孔，及一對律動的凸脊線分別沿著氣壩孔與鷹眼狀頭燈之間婉轉地順著眼角上揚。從側視圖觀之，車身側面鈑件線條俐落、凹凸有致，一個可收摺的頂蓬自前擋風玻璃低斜地掠過座艙部並止於後廂，該座艙部左右側各設計有一單側門，及其前端上角隅設有一對略呈”杏仁狀”的後視鏡。又，一道分明的凸脊線自後擋泥板的低處逐漸上揚、越過側門及引擎蓋直達頭燈的內角隅，另一道分明的圓拱形凸脊線自後燈內角橫亙在後擋泥板的高處，彼此形成高低曲承轉折，一個凹進略呈”刀刃”狀的凹部配置在前擋泥板上緣，及一道分明的凸脊線沿側門的下緣綴飾並介於前後輪弧之間。再從另一立體圖及後視圖觀之，後廂頂部中央包含一個由一對平行脊線界定的凹部，後視時該後廂蓋略呈”倒梯形”狀並沿其上緣修飾一道圓拱形的凸脊線，一對”杏仁狀”的後燈對稱地配置在該後廂蓋左右角隅。一個大型涵蓋整個尾部大部分高度之後保險桿沿後廂下緣圍繞，該後保險桿中央下部包含一個大型的梯形狀凹部，沿此凹部上方修飾一道近乎平行的凸脊線，且其兩端分別向外側方向緩降延伸；及，一對細長的平行四邊形凹部對稱地配置在該梯形凹部的左右角隅，且在下緣的一側包含一個用來安裝排氣管之倒”U”字形狀的缺口等。此外，前後輪分別綴設一個五輻星形狀的輪圈及一寬幅輪胎等。如上述之汽車，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣汽車，藉由舒展流暢的輪廓曲線及凹凸有致的鈑件摺線來表現出力與美的動感造形，創作特色完美地將剛勁的氣韻和諧地融合在各構成中，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is a means of transportation for people to travel, and is also a sports car for leisure.
