【物品用途】 本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車座艙側表面提供人員進出用之門鈑件,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種車門的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用側門」之新式樣。本新式樣側門係配置在運動型雙門汽車座艙之門鈑件,外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型、長方形乍看宛若”ㄈ”字形的鈑件主體,其表面上自一側的高點沿窗台的下方修飾一道強烈凸起的上脊線,並向另一側方向逐漸降低,及自同側的低點修飾一道強烈凸起的下脊線並向另一側方向逐漸上揚,該交互凹入及凸出的脊線表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學,使車子外表具有豐富的穎異變化。整體的造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用側門」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個往寬度方向和高度方向表面延展、深度方向比例相對較小之薄型、具有滑暢表面的長方形主體,其頂部的一側包含一個突出三角形看起來略呈”魚鰭”般的突出部,相對側的底部則以圓曲率幾乎截去下角隅,乍看宛若一”ㄈ”字形狀的複合夾層結構。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體表面實質上具有曲率、縱斷面方向成彎曲起伏狀,自其一側(左側)高點、沿窗台下方修飾一道強烈凸起的上脊線並向另一側(右側)方向逐漸降低,且愈接近端部愈趨平滑、逐漸變淡,高於該脊線和低於該脊線的兩側部分則成相對凹進;及,自同側(左側)的低點修飾一道強烈凸起的下脊線並向另一側(右側)方向逐漸上揚,且愈接近端部愈趨平滑、逐漸變淡,高於該脊線和低於該脊線的兩側部分成相對凹進,側視時在該上脊線和下脊線之間的鈑件表面形成凹凸起伏之波浪狀。又,該上脊線在接近下降的端部附近形成一個凹進略呈”杏仁”狀的凹部,以構成一個門把手的安裝部等。此外,從後視圖觀之,在本體背面幾乎佈滿不同形狀、不規則排列之凹凸起伏的凸肋部等。如上述汽車用側門,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用側門」造形考究細膩,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a door panel placed on the side of the car cabin to provide access for people, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing.
