579394 A7 ____B7_ 五、發明說明(/ ) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 聚丙烯複長絲的方法。所用起始材料爲一種用金屬雙環戊 二烯化合物(Metallocen)催化的等規(順式立體結構) (isotaktisch)聚丙稀,其熔融液指數要小於25克/每10分秦童 ,以達到所要的收縮性質。要製造具低收縮特性的長絲, 宜使用具有高MFI値的聚丙烯顆粒,關於所製之紗只有一 般的說明,單長絲並未被提到。 又,歐洲專利EP-A-0028844也提到一種紡織品複長 絲式的聚丙烯長絲紗。起始聚合物爲一種聚丙烯,其熔融 流指數(Schmelzflussindex)在約20〜60間。在所予之紡織 及牽伸條件以及在進一步加工時,在細長絲加工時發生的 刮損(Abrieb英:galling)的問題並未被公開討論。 本發明的目的在提供一種裝造由聚丙烯構成之耐刮損 的細單長絲。本發明另一目的在製造由聚丙烯構成之細單 長絲,它們在織布時對於刮損有較強之抵抗力。 又一目的在於使用具良好耐刮損抵抗力的細單長絲以 製造工程布。 這種目的依本發明達成之道係將一種複合物加到該押 出機(Extruder),該複合物由80〜99.9重量%的顆粒與20 〜〇·1重量%的添加物構成,將熔融物以至少1200米/分的 速度紡絲,在空氣浴(Luftbad,英:air bath)中在室溫冷卻 ,在110〜150°(:的溫度作後牽伸長5〜20(^义(0.027 1^11〜 0.053 mm)的纖度,並捲取起來。在此重要的事項爲··該添 加物要良好地分散在該聚丙烯中,且在所造成的單長絲中 見不到差異。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 579394 A7 ____B7____ 五、發明說明($ ) 烯,其熔融流指數(1^1)23()。(:/2.161^爲12.0克/10分。在使用 馬口鐵罐及搖擺式攪拌器(Tamnelmischer)的情形下將各5 kg的聚丙烯顆粒混入,個別的程序將在這些實例之下說明 。該顆粒/添加物的混合物直接加到該押出機並熔融。 紡絲條伴 押出機 直徑36醒 最大壓力=1〇〇巴 通過量(Durchsatz,英:throughput)〗〜10 kg/小時 6個可加熱區域 紡絲塊(Spinnblock):雙加熱(Diphylbeheizt); —個紡絲位 置(Spinnstelle) 纖度栗(Tierpumpe) : 3 〜27 rpm 紡絲嘴:直徑外/內=85/70 mm 吹氣豎道:450〜1100立方米/小時;長度= 1.3m
