Abstract

A submerged transfer plating device for plating sheet-like rectangular products (W) while the products are transferred in plating fluid (A), comprising a plating fluid jetting device for jetting plating fluid toward the sheet-like rectangular products transferred in the plating fluid, wherein the plating fluid jetting tubes of the plating fluid jetting device are formed as tilted jetting tubes (5) disposed so that the upper sides of the tubes are tilted rearward and the lower sides thereof are tilted forward as viewed in the direction of transfer of the sheet-like rectangular products, whereby the plating fluid can be uniformly jetted from the jet ports (6) of the tilted jetting tubes (5) opposed to each other on both sides of the sheet-like rectangular products toward the sheet surfaces of the sheet-like rectangular products.

571003 A7 B7 五、發明説明(彳) 〔技術領域〕 本發明係有關設有電鍍液噴出管之液中搬運式電鑛處 理裝置,尤其有關具有導引搬運於電鍍液中之印刷電路基 板等之薄片狀長方形製品的製品導引功能之設有電鍍液噴 出管的電鍍處理裝置。 〔習知技術〕 由支承成朝橫向移動自如於陰極桿之工模(機架)的 製品夾持部來夾持要實施電鍍處理之印刷電路基板等的薄 片狀(板狀)長方形製品之製品上部成懸吊狀態,並使夾 引構件之間的前述薄片狀長方形製品,要導引該薄片狀長 方形製品上部位置用上部側導引構件,及要導引該薄片狀 長方形製品之略中間部至下部位置的範圍用之下部側導引 構件所構成,且對於固定於一定位置之前述上部側導引構 件令前述下部側導引構件構成爲可對應於前述薄片狀長方 形製品之縱向長尺寸來升降者。 另一方面,除了具有平坦表面之薄片狀長方形製品外 ,也增加要求對於形成有通孔或盲通路孔(Blind Via Hole )的印刷電路基板等之薄片狀長方形製品實施電鍍處理的 情事。由於甚至對於前述之形成有通孔或盲通路孔的薄片 狀長方形製品也適用於實施均勻之電鍍處理,以致予以廣 範地使用具備有可朝向製品表面噴出電鍍液之噴嘴的電鍍 液噴出裝置的電鍍處理裝置。而作爲該電鍍液噴出裝置之 一例子,本發明人所提出申請專利之日本專利2 0 0 0 -367067 (日本特開2002—173793)的作 爲電鍍液噴出裝置之前提技術的電鍍液噴出裝置被所周知 。該電鍍液噴出裝置係以朝橫向成水平搬運於電鍍處理槽 內之電鍍液中的薄片狀長方形製品作爲中間而豎立成垂直 且成面對面之棒狀電鍍液噴出管,沿著該薄片狀長方形製 品之搬運軌道隔著一定間隔配設多數,而該等電鍍液噴出 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -5- 571003 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) 管乃設置成固定性於前述電鍍處理槽內且在該等電鍍液噴 出管各予以形成面對於前述薄片狀長方形製品之薄片面的 複數之噴出口,以令可從該等噴出(噴射)口朝前述薄片 狀長方形製品之薄片面噴出電塗液者。前述電鍍液噴出管 係沿著搬運製品之方向排列配設的分岐用供應配管朝下成 垂直來組裝,且封閉前述電鍍液噴出管下端部。而藉由吐 出管來連結前述分岐用供應配管於環流泵之吐出側,又使 前述環流泵的吸入側藉由吸入管來連通於電鍍處理槽內的 電鐽液中,且以強制性地順著該循環路徑流動電鍍液,使 得強制性流動之電鍍液可由前述電鍍液噴出管之各噴出口 噴出。 本發明人乃製造了組合前述之三個構成要素的電鍍處 理裝置且實際地操作來看其結果。第5圖及第6圖係槪略 顯示該電鍍處理裝置者。圖5及圖6所示之現在採用之電 鍍處理裝置(以下稱爲習知裝置)乃構成如下。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 品導引構件係由導引前述薄片狀長方形製品W的上部位置 用之上部側導引構件4 0,和導引該薄片狀長方形製品W 的略中間部至下部位置之範圍用之下部側導引構件4 1所 構成,且構成爲對於固定於一定位置之前述上部側導引構 件4 0,能使前述下部側導引構件4 1以對應於前述薄片 狀長方形製品W縱向長尺寸來升降。該等製品導引構件係 以被搬運之薄片狀長方形製品的薄片面爲中間且隔著少許 2,且構成爲可對應於前述薄片狀 長方形製品W的縱向長尺寸,亦即製品下端部之高度位置 而與前述下部側導引構件4 1進行一起上下(升降)移動 。又以薄片狀長方形製品W之製品下端部爲中間成相對向 配置之前述遮蔽板1 6乃藉由連結構件4 3連結成一體型 。所以作成一體型,乃爲了要使固定於同一支承構件4 2 且要成可上下動之前述下部側導引構件4 1和遮蔽板1 6 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) 變更尺寸之製品間予以配設虛設(dummy)製品,且在該虛 設製品通過時,以配合所變更之製品高度尺寸來升降前述 遮蔽板1 6之高度位置。例如從大尺寸之製品要變更爲小 尺寸之製品時,會在尺寸製品之後予以配設大尺寸之虛設 製品,但在該大尺寸之虛設製品之通過時,因前述連結構 件4 3會成爲障礙,使得無法配合其次之小尺寸製品來上 升前述遮蔽板1 6。因此,需要在大尺寸虛設製品之後面 ,成連續地配設一個或複數個之小尺寸虛設製品,以令該 小尺寸虛設製品之通過時,以配合其次之小尺寸製品來上 升前述遮蔽板1 6。以如此,會使虛設製品數量需要很多 ,以致形成無法增進生產效率。 〔發明擬解決之課題〕 本發明係鑑於如此之實際情況,將提供一種搬運薄片 狀長方形製品於電鍍液中之同時要實施電鑛處理的液搬運 式電鍍處理裝置,具備有要防止搬運於電鍍液中之前述薄 技術的由固體物(下部側導引構件)所製成的接觸式導件 ,而是作成以與固體物成非接觸之狀態下來達成製品導引 功能,使得不具有對於製品之薄片面產生傷痕之虞者。 又本發明之目的係以分別地構成爲能使製品朝上下方 向通過一對之遮蔽板間。由於如此地分別構成一對的遮蔽 板’使得甚至在於製品局度尺寸有變更時,也可令虛設製 品成爲最小限度,而可增進生產效率。亦即,如在習知技 ,而配設前述傾斜噴出管,亦即形成於該噴出管之各噴出 口形成爲對於前述薄片狀長方形製品的薄片面(面上)靠 近的最適當位置,因而可增進電鍍液之噴出效率,進而可 增進電鍍效率。以如此,因能靠近於製品之薄片面來噴出 電鍍液,使得可降低泵之能力(能量)而可達成省動力化 (省電化)。又賦予導引功能於前述傾斜噴出管,以致不 會如習知裝置之空出廣闊的非導引範圍下來導引製品之薄 片面整個區域。又將通過前述傾斜噴出管間之薄片狀長方 形製品係由從前述傾斜噴出管的噴出口所噴出之電鍍液噴 出壓力所導引,而形成與固體物成爲非接觸狀態來進行導 引,因而並不具有會賦予傷於製品之薄片面之虞。 又依據本發明(記載於申請項2 ),除了具有前述之 效果外,更可增進由噴出電鍍液所產生之導引功能。 又依據本發明(記載於申請項3),除了具有前述之 效果外,所搬運之薄片狀長方形製品W係首先由前述製品
