經濟部智慧財產局貝工消费合作社印製 6453 5 A7 __B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 發明背景 本發明有關一種揉製裝置或混合裝置,其中二轉子分 別置於一容室之二內腔中。 迄今’就揉製天然或合成橡膠之裝置或混合揉製橡膠 及各種添加劑均勻散入橡膠中之裝置,或混合各式熱塑性 彈性體或高黏性流體配合粉未或液體材料,或分散材料等 揉製裝置中,刀片狀轉子轉動地支承於一密封容室中,而 放入容室之揉製物由轉子轉向移動至轉子徑向以循環。例 如,JP — A — 8 - 24833 (對應美國專利 4 8 3 4 5 4 3號)所揭密封式揉製裝置中,具螺旋角延 伸於同一方向之螺旋刀片分別置於二轉子之軸圓周上,而 二轉子分別以脫離狀況安排於以其側面彼此連通之二平行 圓柱內腔中。轉子相反方向轉動,揉製物移動於各內腔中 軸向,且於內腔間互換。 圖7爲上述專利中轉子側視圖,圖4顯示揉製裝置結 合轉子時揉製物之流動》—對轉子1水平安排於揉製裝置 之容室3左右內腔中,其間具一定距離•彼此保持平行。 轉子1 a軸之頸部轉動地支承於容室3二側*轉子軸一側 之端部經齒輪系統(未示)接至一驅動馬達。轉子以同速 於相反方向轉動。轉子1各具一長刀片5及一短刀片6 ’ 以一定螺旋角延伸於軸向。轉子組合於裝置中’偏移轉角 之相位,故轉子轉動時不會彼此干涉,組合於裝置之轉子 於一位置具90°相位差。 本例中,左右轉子1之刀片螺旋方向相同。故轉子1 I I I ---lil — ιΛ裝·!一訂------- I . <請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 太纸張尺麾迪用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公« ) -4- A7 464535 __B7__ 五、發明說明(2 ) 反向轉動時•揉製物分別於內腔2中軸向移動如圖8及9 示爲反向,故揉製物於內腔中軸向移動狀況良好。並於二 內腔2端處軸向地進行揉製物互換》 上述揉製裝置中,左右轉子之刀片部螺旋方向相同, 而轉子反向轉動,提高揉製物在容室中軸向移動性。但當 揉製物原物料連續供入容室,同時由容室排出口取出,即 連續進行時,出現不利狀況,即所謂快速通過(short pass ),進入容室入口之原物料未均勻地徑向混合隨即排出* 源於原物料軸向高速移動,致揉製成品不均勻。故習知揉 製裝置僅供批量處理,對生產力有問題。 此外,習知揉製裝置中,因左右轉子之刀片部螺旋方 向相同,但轉子反向轉動,轉動時左右轉子相位於軸向位 置變換。因此,內睦間揉製物之互換量有所變化。若容室 軸向長度不足,相位變換範圍有限,影響不大》但若容室 軸向長度過長,即容室直徑D與長度L之L/D比過大, 影響即不容忽視。 本發明爲一種連續揉製裝置,其中容室中軸向之揉製 物移動量及容室中內腔間之揉製物互換量保持平衡,故完 成揉製物連續處理。 本發明另一目的提供連續揉製裝置,其中揉製物於容 室徑向之分散度,即揉製物於具一對內腔之容室中心部之 分散度(內腔間連通)及於容室二側之分散度短時間內即 可均勻β 根據本發明,提供連續揉製裝置包含一容室,係由一 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格<210 * 297公釐> -!111 - — — — — — ΙΛ * !
