Abstract

The radiation-sensitive composition of the present application comprises, as the essential components, (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali soluble resin, (C) a multi-functional monomer, (D) a photo-polymerization initiator containing a triazine compound and (E) an organic amino compound having one on more amino group(s) in a molecule.
