M432109 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本新型係有關於一種廣告或展示用燈箱結構之創新構 成,尤指一種能產生加強廣告效果之薄型燈箱結構。 【先前技術】 坊間常見之廣告燈箱主要是以日光燈作為照明光源,近年 因發光二極體大量被開發應用,而有被逐漸取代作為照明光源 之勢,因其體積小故可達到薄型化的需求,然因成本高,且亮 度不均勻’燈知所形成之效果便無法較傳統佳,而無法於市場 普及化。 【新型内容】 本新型之主要目的即在提供一種可令廣告燈片被顯示之 亮度更為明顯之燈箱結構,而可於使用時產生更加顯著的廣告 效果。 再者’本新型之發光裝置體積小,經配合導光板結構與反 光板構造之交互作用,即可產生均勻光源與照度,除可縮減整 體厚度’更可減少發絲置之使賊量,崎低成本並增進美 觀性。 另’本新型於導光板結構與保護面板結構端設置之固定裝 置’可令整體易於更換廣告燈片,除可做為單面或雙面固定展 示外,更可配合組裝設置為懸吊式或立座等方式,以形成需要 之樣態,並輕易達到多重實用功效者。 3 M432109 【實施方式】 為使貴審查委員對本新型創作之主要構成及其他功效、 特點具更深入且詳盡之了解,茲附具圖式與實施例作詳細說明 如下: 請參閱第一圖係本案創作一較佳實施例之分解立體圖;於 一導光板10端係設置光源槽11,以於光源槽11内端嵌合設 置發光模組12,於導光板10 —端則固定設置具有不透光與反 光特性之反射片20,於導光板1〇與反射片20間再設置一光 柵體21,再於導光板10另端固定設置擴散片30,並於擴散片 30外端貼附設置廣告燈片40,再於廣告燈片40上端蓋設一保 護面板50,於導光板10端再環列設置數強力磁石60,並配合 於保護面板50底端設置磁吸條61,藉由於導光板10内端嵌 合設置之發光模組12,經驅動點亮後,所產生之光源可經由 具高導光特性之導光板10令整體獲得擴散光源,該擴散光源 則經由具不透光與反光特性之反射片20做二次反射,以加強 導光板10擴散光源之亮度,並配合光柵體21依廣告燈片40 顯示面積所設計之排列與擴散片30之交互作用,而可令廣告 燈片40上設置之圖形呈現出更柔和與明亮之表現效果,以獲 得一簡捷實用、節省空間與電源之薄型燈箱結構》 請再參閱第二圖係本案創作上述實施例之組合立體圖;本 創作於導光板10端經設置磁石60,並配合於保護面板5〇底 端設置之域吸條61,藉由磁石60與磁吸條61之磁吸特性 9 4 M432109 即可令保護面板50與導光板l〇可輕易地分離或穩固結合,以 輕易地隨時任意更換廣告燈片40,毋需使用其他工具,提高 使用者之便利性;導光板1〇更可於二端面均設置保護面板 50,而可令整體之兩面均呈現出相同或不同之廣告燈片仙表 現效果。 本創作之發光模組12除可設置一般光源外,更可設置多 色光源,以表現出如霓虹燈般多樣之色彩呈現,且組合完成之 整體可藉由懸掛、鎖接等方式固定於需要之位置,並可於底端 則可設置一固定座70 ’令電源與控制電路設於其中,達到有 線或無線移動展示等多重功效。 請再參閱第三圖係本案創作另一實施例之組合立體圖;本 創作保護面板50與導光板1〇之固定,亦可於導光板與保 護面板50之角端設置固定孔,藉由固定扣件62確實鎖合為一 體,以便於單面或雙面、活動懸吊或定點之展示,達到更大面 積固定等實用功效者。 综上所述’本創作係在提供一種可令廣告燈片被顯示之亮 度更為明顯體積更為輕薄之燈箱結構,藉於導光板内端設置之 發光模組,所產生之光源可經由導光板令整體獲得擴散光源, 並經由反射片做二次反射,再配合光柵體之交互作用,而可令 廣告燈片上設置之圖形呈現出更柔和與明亮之表現效果,且可 作單面或雙面、活動懸吊或定點之展示與簡意更換等操作,以 獲得一簡捷實用、節省空間與電源之薄型燈箱結構而可於使用 M432109 時產生更加顯著的廣告效果,惟以上所述者,僅為本新型其中 數較佳實施例之一,實際應用仍有其更大之活用空間,敬請審 查,並惠予核准之審定,實感德便。 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖·本案創作一較佳實施例之分解立體圖; 第二圖.本案創作上述實施例之組合立體圖; 第二圖.本案創作另一實施例之組合立體圖β 【主要元件符號說明】 1〇·導光板 12.發光模組 11·光源槽 20·反射片 30.擴散片 40.廣告燈片 50.保護面板 21.光栅體 60.磁石 62.固定扣件 70.固定座 61·磁吸條 6

- M432109 六、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種薄型燈箱結構,其主要係於一導光板端設置光源 槽’以於光源槽内端喪合設置發光模纟且,於導光板一端則固定 設置具有不透光與反光特性之反射片,於導光板與反射片間再 設置一光柵體’再於導光板另端固定設置擴散片,並於擴散片 外端貼附設置廣告燈片,再於廣告燈片上端蓋設一保護面板, 於導光板端再環列設置數強力磁石,並配合於保護面板底端設 置磁吸條’藉由於導光板内端嵌合設置之發光模組,經驅動點 亮後,所產生之光源可經由具高導光特性之導光板令整體獲得 擴散光源,該擴散光源則經由具不透光與反光特性之反射片做 二次反射,以加強導光板擴散光源之亮度,並配合光柵體依廣 告燈片顯示面積所設計之排列與擴散片之交互作用,而可令廣 告燈片上設置之圖形呈現出更柔和與明亮之表現效果為其主要 特徵者。 2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型燈箱結構,其中, 導光板與保護面板’藉由磁石與磁吸條之磁吸特性,可令保護 面板與導光板可輕易地分離或穩固結合,以輕易地隨時任意更 換廣告燈片,毋需使用其他工具,提高使用者之便利性者。 3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型燈箱結構,其中, 導光板更可於二端面均設置保護面板,而可令整體之兩面均呈 現出相同或不同之廣告燈片表現效果。 4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型燈箱結構,其中, 7 M432109 發光模組除可設置一般光源外,更可設置多色光源,以表現出 如霓虹燈般多樣之色彩呈現,且組合完成之整體可藉由懸掛、 鎖接等方式固定於需要之位置,並可於底端則可設置一固定 座’令電源與控制電路設於其中,達到有線或無線移動展示等 多重功效。 5.依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄型燈箱結構,其中, 保護面板與導光板之固定,可於導光板與保護面板之角端設置 固定孔,藉由固定扣件確實鎖合為一體,以便於單面或雙面、 活動懸吊或夂點之展示,達到更大面積固定等實用功效者。
