B7 五、發明说明(1 ) 發明範_ % 先 閾 饋 背 面 之 注 意 事 項 再 填 寫 本發明係關於可回收重塡的加壓容器,諸如重塡性 PET汽水飮料容器,尤指具有基部結構提高耐內底或「薄 口」龜裂之容器。 發明之背景 首度在商業上成功的重填性PET汽水飮料容器,是由 大陸PET科技公司於1980年代所開發,其後多年其他廠商 試圇關發失敗。此種容器的要件包含可耐: •碱性應力龜裂(因爲一再暴露於提高溫度的碱性清 洗碱,接着在產品充塡時,又一再暴露於提升的內 壓) •尺寸不安定性(由於熱收縮和膨脹之交替循環) •基部倒反或潛變 •落下衝擊失敗 •碱性白化 經濟部中央櫺準扃R工消#·合作杜印«. 以前開發的嘗試可能滿足一種條件,却使其他情況惡 化。消耗性容器設計全然不能接受β而且需要技術上可接 受的瓶子設計,得以再用式玻璃容器競爭赝銷軎。一旦發 現可接受的重塡性塑膠容器,由於其輕盈和抗破碎性,立 即可打擊到回收玻璃容器的銷售。 大陸公司PET重滇性雛型和容器設計之各種具腰例, 栽於美國專利 4725464 , 98248 I---- ~ 號和全球相對的許多外®專利。 有些重厲性PET容器,尤其是在溫熱氣候所用,發現 本紙法尺度適用t困國家推率(CNS ) A4说格(2丨〇><297公釐) B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 萨,即在內底表面的鑄口區域周圍龜裂,以下稱爲 。「鑄口」是雛型尖端延伸的德口;鑄口龜 裂曾發生在容器的中央澆口周圍。鑄口龜裂會妨碍容器的 清洗,和/或龜裂會加大,以致失歷和漏出瓶的內容物, 即瓶完全損壞。此外,鑄口龜裂不良’因其造成白化或不 透明,不合美觀,又會干擾汚染物檢驗,即檢驗機器會把 白化或不透明區視爲汚染物’而把瓶剔除。 所有商業上可用之重塡性PET汽水飮料容器,咸信在 容器基部內表面的拱部中央具有凹部’稱爲「凹碟」。許 多商業設計在雛型尖端外表面亦具有外澆口(突部),以 及雛型尖端內表面的.內凹坑(突部)°凹碟、饒口和凹坑 的理由是,確保雛型在吹塑模型基部定中。 經濟部中央標準局員工消f合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 正確定中是重塡瓶極重要之事,因可以保證容器基部 的豎立環(凸邊)可吹塑成均勻厚度。若無此均勻性’由 於潛變或碱性應力龜裂,基部即有損壞的傾向。因此’爲 確保定中,雛型外澆口是位於吹塑模型基部中央的接受部 (室),而接受部四周的模型基部之碟形開口,用來將澆 口導入接受部內。雛型內凹坑套合軸向延伸桿尖端的接受 部,進一步確保雛型在吹塑模型基部之定中。又在己知製 法中,雛型端蓋對吹塑模型基部刻意夾緊(壓縮)’即施 加壓縮力,以便在吹塑中把雛型牢固定位’因而保證準確 定中。 因此,雖然雛型端蓋已小心設計符合定中要件,惟如 今發現鑄口龜裂問題,未知來源,亦未悉如何解決。 〜2〜 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNi) A4規格(210X297公釐) 經濟部中央標準局負工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) 發明之槪述 本發明之目的,在於提供一種g穎雛型和容器基部設 及其製造裝置和方法)’提高耐鑄口龜裂,還態-ϋ.雛 型y確宙中於吹塑模型基部。更具體言之,鑄口龜裂問題 的來源及解決方式,均已知悉。 今已發現把雛型保持在吹塑模型基部內的已知方法’ 會在鑄口附近夾帶物料。在吹塑之際,將夾帶物料對模腔 延伸或拉伸,造成物理上的表面瑕疵,在容器使用之際會 引起表面微裂,終於導致鑄口龜裂。本發明爲避免此種夾 帶之方法。 本發明渉及對雛型和容器基部的若干設計變化,可單 用或倂用以減少鑄口龜裂問題。 第一種設計變化是在吹塑模型和容器基部設計中消除 凹碟。此擧可消除以往基部設計的夾帶區。尤其是可利用 只在雛型中央尖點接觸雛型的延伸桿尖’把雛型準確定中 在吹塑模型基部,留下四周區域可自由徑向吹塑,形成容 器基部的周圍拱部區。 在另一特殊具體例中,具有基部最小餘隙,即從豎立 環的平面到容器拱部最高點(不含任何軸向澆口延長)之 高度(垂直距離)。基部最小餘隙的定義爲,拱部高度 (h)對豎立環直徑(d)之比,至少在〇.2〇之譜,尤指0.20 至0.35。此h/d比提供充分的基部高度和拱部區域之導向 ,避免基部翻轉和/或過份潛變。 在又一特殊具體例中,壁厚比特指雛型基部和/或容 〜3〜 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Λ4規格(2丨0X297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 'νδ
