Claims (41)

Anmeldung Nr. 96 910 645.9 Veröffentlichung Nr. 0 817 716 CONTINENTAL PET TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Übersetzung Ursprüngliche Patentansprüche 1 bis 41 gemäß WO 96/30191
1. Widerbefüllbarer Kunststoffbehälter für die Druckbefüllung, mit einem Rumpf mit einer im wesentlichen transparenten, biaxial
orientierten Seitenwand sowie einem Boden, wobei der Boden einen Standring um eine Bodenaufwölbung herum aufweist und der Mittelpunkt der Bodenaufwölbung an einer Zentralachse des Behälters liegt, sowie mit einer Einrichtung zum Verhindern von Angußrissen in der Bodenaufwölbung des Behälters.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dessen Bodenaufwölbung eine Außenfläche aufweist, die von der Zentralachse schräg abwärts zum Standring verläuft und an der Zentralachse ohne Vertiefung weiterverläuft, um Angußrisse in der Bodenaufwölbung zu verhindern.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem ein externer Anguß an der Zentralachse des Bodens angeordnet ist und die Abwärtsschräge vom Anguß zum Standring verläuft.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einer Bodenfreiheit definiert als das Verhältnis der Höhe der Bodenaufwölbung (h) zum Standringdurchmesser (d) - in der Größenordnung von mindestens 0,20.

5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das Verhältnis h/d in der Größenordnung von 0,20 - 0,35 liegt.
6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, bei dem das Verhältnis h/d in der Größenordnung von 0,25 - 0,30 liegt.
7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Wanddicke in der Bodenaufwölbung so gewählt ist, daß diese einem Falten bzw. Biegen in den einander abwechselnden Hochtemperatur-Wasch- und Druckabfüllteilen eines Wiederfüllzyklus widersteht.
8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dessen Boden eine Wanddicke - definiert als das Verhältnis der Dicke (Ts) im Mittelpunkt der Bodenaufwölbung zur Dicke (Tc) des Standrings - in der Größenordnung von 1,4 bis 1,9 aufweist.
9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Dicke (Ts) im Mittelpunkt der Bodenaufwölbung sich bis zu etwa 20 % des Behälterdurchmessers erstreckt.
10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dessen Bodenaufwölbung eine Innenfläche aufweist, die von der Zentralachse schräg abwärts zum Standring und an der Zentralachse ohne Vertiefung weiterverläuft.
11. Behälter nach Anspruch 10, bei dem innen an der Zentralachse des Bodens eine Warze vorgesehen ist und die Abwärtsschräge von der Warze zum Standring verläuft.

12. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dessen Bodenaufwölbung im wesentlichen halbkugelförmig ist.
13. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, bei dem der Kunststoff ein Polyester ist.
14. Behälter nach Anspruch 13, bei dem der Polyester im wesentlichen Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) ist.
15. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, der in Ätzwaschlauge bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 600C mindestens 10 Füllzyklen ohne Rißversagen widersteht.
16. Behälter nach Anspruch 15, der den zugewiesenen Füllzyklen mit einer Volumenänderung von höchstens etwa ±1,5 % widersteht.
17. Behälter nach Anspruch 15, der für kohlensäurehaltige Getränke gedacht ist und einer Ätzlaugenwäsche bei einer Temperatur von 6O0C und einem Fülldruck von 4,0 Atmosphären über mindestens 20 Füllzyklen ohne Rißversagen widersteht.
18. Behälter nach Anspruch 17, der den zugewiesenen Füllzyklen mit einer Volumenänderung von höchstens etwa ±1,5 % widersteht.
19. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-18, der eine Schicht aus einem Werkstoff enthält, der aus der aus Sperreigenschaften aufweisendem, hoch
ir &rgr;
wärmestabilem wiederaufbereitetem PET, Post-Consumer-PET und Polyethylennaphthalat (PEN) bestehenden Gruppe gewählt ist.
20. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines mehrfach befüllbaren Kunststoffbehälters für Druckfüllanwendungen mit einer im wesentlichen transparenten, biaxial orientierten Seitenwand und einem Boden mit einem Standring, der um eine Bodenaufwölbung herumverläuft, deren Mittelpunkt an einer Zentralachse des Behälters liegt, wobei der Behälter in einer Form aus einem Vorformling streckgeblasen wird, nach welchem Verfahren der Bodenbereich der Form einen gewölbten Flächenteil zum Ausbilden der Bodenaufwölbung des Behälters ohne Vertiefung an der Zentralachse aufweist, der Vorformling mit einem Streckstab axial so gestreckt wird, daß dessen Spitze den wölbungsbildenden Teil des Vorformlings mittig in Kontakt mit einem Mittelpunkt der wölbungsbildenden Formhöhlung hält und der umgebende wölbungsbildende Teil radial ohne Einschlüsse aufgeweitet wird, um die Ausbildung von Oberflächenfehlern in der Wölbung zu vermeiden.
21. Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, bei dem der bodenbildende Teil der Form weiterhin um die gewölbte Fläche herum eine Ringfläche zum Ausbilden des Standrings des Behältersbodens aufweist, wobei im bodenbildenden Formteil das Verhältnis der Wölbungshöhe h zum Standringdurchmesser d in der Größenordnung von mindestens 0,20 liegt.
22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, bei dem das Vehrhältnis h/d in der Größenordnung von 0,20 - 0,35 liegt.

23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, bei dem das Vehrhältnis h/d in der Größenordnung von 0,25 - 0,30 liegt.
24. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, bei dem der streckblasgeformte Behälter ein Verhältnis der Wanddicke Ts in der Mitte der Bodenaufwölbung zur Dicke Tc des Standrings in der Größenordnung von 1,4 bis 1,9 aufweist.
25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, bei dem die Dicke Ts in der Mitte der Bodenaufwölbung sich über etwa 20 % des Behälterdurchmessers erstreckt.
26. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 25, bei dem man weiterhin den Vorformling mit einem äußeren Anguß und den Formboden mit einem entsprechend geformten Anguß-Aufnahmeteil versieht und beim Streckblasformen den Anguß in den Anguß-Aufnahmeteil plaziert.
27. Verfahren nach Anspruch 26, bei dem man weiterhin den Vorformling innen mit einer Warze und die Spitze des Streckstabs mit einer entsprechend gestalteten Warzenaufnahme versieht und beim Streckblasformen die Warze in die Warzenaufnahme plaziert.
28. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 27, bei dem die wölbungsförmige Fläche im wesentlichen halbkugelförmig ist.
29. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 28, bei dem der Vorformling aus Polyester ist.

30. Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, bei dem es sich bei dem Polyester im wesentlichen um Polyethylenterephthalat handelt.
31. Vorformling zum Herstellen eines wiederbefüllbaren Kunststoffbehälters für Druckfüllanwendungen mit einer im wesentlichen transparenten, biaxial orientierten Seitenwand und einem Boden, der einen Standring um eine Bodenaufwölbung herum aufweist, deren Mittelpunkt an einer Zentralachse des Behälters liegt, wobei
der Vorformling eine Wanddicke aufweist, die von einem Verhältnis der Dicke (ts) in der Mitte des wölbungsbildenden Teils zur Dicke (te) des den Standring bildenden Teils in der Größenordnung von 0,50 - 0,75 definiert ist.
32. Vorformling nach Anspruch 31, bei dem das Verhältnis ts/tc in der Größenordnung von 0,55 - 0,70 liegt.
33. Vorformling nach einem der Ansprüche 31 bis 32 weiterhin mit mindestens einer inneren Warze oder einem äußeren Anguß.
34. Vorformling nach Anspruch 33 mit sowohl der inneren Warze als auch dem äußeren Anguß.
35. Vorformling nach einem der Ansprüche 31 bis 34 aus Polyester.
36. Vorformling nach Anspruch 35, bei dem der Poylester im wesentlichen Polyethylenterephthalat ist.

Verfahren zum Spritzformen eines Vorformlings für die Herstellung eines mehrfach befüllbaren Kunststoffbehälters für Druckfüllanwendungen mit einer im wesentlichen transparenten, biaxial orientierten Seitenwand und einem Boden, der einen Standring um eine Bodenaufwölbung herum aufweist, deren Mittelpunkt sich an der Zentralachse des Behälters befindet, wonach man
geschmolzenes Kunstharz in den Einguß einer Vorformling-Formhöhlung mit anfänglich verringerter Strömungsstärke einspritzt, um im am Anguß befindlichen Bereich des Vorformlings die Scherorientierung zu senken.
38. Verfahren nach Anspruch 37, bei dem die Scherorientierung im Vorformling entlang einer dem Anguß gegenüberliegenden Innenfläche verringert wird.
39. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 38, bei dem die Formhöhlung einen Bodenbereich einer ersten Breite und am Anguß einen Endkappenbereich einer zweiten Breite aufweist, die kleiner ist als die erste Breite.
40. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 39, bei dem das Harz ein Polyester ist.
41. Verfahren nach Anspruch 40, bei dem der Polyester im wesentlichen Polyethylenterephthalat ist.
