本發明係關於一種毛髮清潔劑組合物。
先前,提出各種目的在於將毛髮之波浪或捲曲整理成較佳之狀態或保持美麗的毛髮化妝料(例如,專利文獻1~4)。

本發明提供一種毛髮清潔劑組合物,其含有下述成分(a)、(b)及(c)。

專利文獻1~3所記載之毛髮化妝料係對毛髮賦予彈力性或藉由毛髮表面之接著而使髮束集中,完全不是為了藉由控制髮束之結構而讓波浪、捲曲看起來很漂亮。
另一方面,於專利文獻4中記載有,由於每天洗髮時水中之鈣離子累積在毛髮內,故而產生其捲曲之方向部分反轉成為雜亂之形狀而有損美觀等問題,因此藉由利用特定之3種毛髮處理劑按特定順序處理毛髮,而使累積在毛髮內之鈣離子流出,且毛髮內部得到改質而成為相位均勻一致之美麗之捲曲形狀。然而,由於專利文獻4所記載之毛髮處理係使用3種藥劑並且需要放置時間或加熱之處理,故而對於消費者而言較為繁雜且耗時。
因此,本發明係關於一種毛髮清潔劑組合物,其可僅藉由洗髮等日常毛髮護理行為,而控制髮束之結構,形成捲曲一致之立體、連貫、美麗之波浪捲曲。
本發明者發現,藉由使濕潤狀態之髮束成為螺旋結構,可以較高之再現性形成美麗之波浪捲曲。並且,進而發現,藉由使用含有特定化合物之毛髮清潔劑對具有波浪捲曲之毛髮進行洗髮,容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束成為螺旋狀,可實現捲曲一致之立體、連貫、美麗之波浪捲曲,從而完成本發明。
本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,可形成捲曲一致之立體、連貫、美麗之波浪捲曲。

成分(a)係選自聚伸烷基二醇醚及伸烷基二醇之1種以上化合物。作為聚伸烷基二醇醚,可例舉以下通式(1)所表示之化合物。

作為通式(1)所表示之化合物,可例舉:二乙二醇單甲醚(甲基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單丙醚(丙基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單丁醚(丁基卡必醇)、三乙二醇單甲醚、三乙二醇單乙醚等,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單丁醚(丁基卡必醇)、三乙二醇單甲醚。
作為伸烷基二醇,可例舉:乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、3-甲基-1,3-丁二醇(異戊二醇)等,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為3-甲基-1,3-丁二醇(異戊二醇)。
該等之中,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為包含選自二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單丁醚(丁基卡必醇)、三乙二醇單甲醚及3-甲基-1,3-丁二醇(異戊二醇)之1種以上,更佳為包含選自二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)、二乙二醇單丁醚(丁基卡必醇)及三乙二醇單甲醚之1種以上,進而較佳為包含選自二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)及二乙二醇單丁醚(丁基卡必醇)之1種以上,進而更佳為包含二乙二醇單乙醚(乙基卡必醇)。
成分(a)可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用,關於毛髮清潔劑組合物中之含量,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,為0.1質量%以上,較佳為0.5質量%以上,更佳為1.0質量%以上,進而較佳為2.0質量%以上,進而更佳為3.0質量%以上,又,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點,及保持作為清潔劑之較佳之黏度之觀點而言,為18質量%以下,較佳為15質量%以下,更佳為12質量%以下,進而較佳為10質量%以下。毛髮清潔劑組合物中之成分(a)之含量之具體範圍為0.1~18質量%,較佳為0.5~15質量%,更佳為1.0~15質量%,進而較佳為2.0~12質量%,進而更佳為3.0~10質量%。

作為羧酸型陰離子性界面活性劑,可例舉:N-醯基胺基酸鹽、N-醯基-N-烷基胺基酸鹽、醯胺型N-醯基胺基酸鹽、烷基醚羧酸鹽、脂肪酸鹽、琥珀酸烷基酯或琥珀酸烯酯之鹽等,作為磺酸型陰離子性界面活性劑,可例舉:磺基琥珀酸鹽型、羥乙磺酸鹽型、牛磺酸鹽型、烷基苯磺酸鹽型、α-烯烴磺酸鹽型、烷磺酸型等,作為醚硫酸鹽型陰離子性界面活性劑,可例舉:聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽、烷基醚硫酸鹽等。作為兩性界面活性劑,可例舉:咪唑啉、羰基甜菜鹼、醯胺甜菜鹼、磺基甜菜鹼、羥基磺基甜菜鹼、醯胺磺基甜菜鹼等。作為成分(b),可單獨使用任一種或組合2種以上使用,更佳為含有選自羧酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、磺酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、及醚硫酸鹽型陰離子性界面活性劑之1種以上陰離子性界面活性劑、及兩性界面活性劑之1種以上。
作為陰離子性界面活性劑,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為包含選自N-醯基胺基酸鹽、烷基醚羧酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽及烷基醚硫酸鹽之1種以上,更佳為包含選自烷基醚羧酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽及烷基醚硫酸鹽之1種以上,進而較佳為包含選自α-烯烴磺酸鹽及聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽之1種以上,進而更佳為包含聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽。
作為N-醯基胺基酸鹽,就上述觀點而言,N-醯基胺基酸鹽之醯基較佳為碳數8~14之脂肪酸殘基,N-醯基胺基酸鹽之胺基酸部分較佳為選自甘胺酸及丙胺酸之中性胺基酸、選自麩胺酸及天冬胺酸之酸性胺基酸,更佳為酸性胺基酸,進而較佳為麩胺酸。具體而言,較佳為包含選自N-月桂醯麩胺酸鹽、N-肉豆蔻醯麩胺酸鹽、N-椰油醯麩胺酸鹽及N-月桂醯天冬胺酸鹽之1種以上,更佳為包含選自N-月桂醯麩胺酸鹽、N-肉豆蔻醯麩胺酸鹽及N-椰油醯麩胺酸鹽之1種以上,進而較佳為包含N-椰油醯麩胺酸鹽。
作為烷基醚羧酸鹽,就上述觀點而言,較佳為烷基之碳數為8~14之烷基醚羧酸鹽,更佳為烷基之碳數為8~14、環氧乙烷基之平均加成莫耳數為1~5之烷基醚羧酸鹽。
作為α-烯烴磺酸鹽,就上述觀點而言,較佳為α-烯烴之碳數為10~18之烷基者,更佳為碳數12~16者,進而較佳為碳數14之十四烯磺酸鹽。
作為聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽及烷基醚硫酸鹽,就上述觀點而言,較佳為烷基之碳數為8~14之聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽及烷基醚硫酸鹽,特佳為烷基之碳數為8~14、環氧乙烷基之平均加成莫耳數為1~5之聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽。
作為該等陰離子性界面活性劑之陰離子性基之抗衡離子,可例舉:鈉離子、鉀離子等鹼金屬離子;鈣離子、鎂離子等鹼土類金屬離子;銨離子;具有1~3個碳數2或3之烷醇基之烷醇銨(例如,單乙醇銨、二乙醇銨、三乙醇銨、三異丙醇銨等)。
作為兩性界面活性劑,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為選自羰基甜菜鹼及磺基甜菜鹼之1種以上,更具體而言,較佳為選自脂肪酸醯胺烷基甜菜鹼及烷基羥基磺基甜菜鹼之1種以上,更佳為選自脂肪酸基之碳數為8~14之脂肪酸醯胺丙基甜菜鹼及烷基之碳數為8~14之烷基羥基磺基甜菜鹼之1種以上,進而較佳為選自月桂酸醯胺丙基甜菜鹼及月桂基羥基磺基甜菜鹼之1種以上。
關於毛髮清潔劑組合物中之成分(b)之含量,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,為5質量%以上,較佳為8質量%以上,更佳為12質量%以上,又,較佳為30質量%以下,更佳為25質量%以下,進而較佳為20質量%以下。
[成分(c):有機酸或其鹽]
作為成分(c)之有機酸,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為碳數8以下之有機酸,更佳為碳數8以下之二羧酸、三羧酸、羥基羧酸、具有醛基之羧酸,進而較佳為羥基羧酸。具體而言,作為二羧酸,可例舉:丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、馬來酸、富馬酸、鄰苯二甲酸、草酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸等,作為三羧酸,可例舉檸檬酸等,作為羥基羧酸,可例舉:乙醇酸、乳酸、羥基丙烯酸、羥基丁酸、甘油酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、檸檬酸等,作為具有醛基之羧酸,可例舉乙醛酸。其中,較佳為選自乙醇酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸及檸檬酸之1種以上羥基羧酸,更佳為選自乳酸、蘋果酸及酒石酸之1種以上羥基羧酸,進而較佳為選自乳酸及蘋果酸之1種以上羥基羧酸。又,作為該等有機酸之鹽,可例舉:與鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、氨、有機化合物之鹽。該等有機酸或其鹽可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用。
關於毛髮清潔劑組合物中之成分(c)之含量,就提高成分(a)在毛髮上之殘留性,容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.2質量%以上,進而較佳為0.5質量%以上,又,就抑制沖洗時之乾澀感,容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為2質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下。
關於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中之成分(a)相對於成分(c)之質量比(a)/(c),就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為0.5以上,更佳為1.0以上,進而較佳為3以上,進而更佳為5以上,又,較佳為100以下,更佳為50以下,進而較佳為30以下,進而更佳為25以下。
[成分(d):非離子性界面活性劑]
於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中,較佳為進而含有非離子性界面活性劑作為成分(d)。作為非離子性界面活性劑,可例舉:烷基葡萄糖苷、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧丙烯烷基醚、烷基甘油醚、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯丙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯植物固烷醇醚、聚氧乙烯植固醇醚、聚氧乙烯膽固烷醇醚、聚氧乙烯膽固醇醚、聚氧伸烷基改性有機聚矽氧烷、聚氧伸烷基-烷基共改性有機聚矽氧烷等。其中,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為選自烷基葡萄糖苷、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧丙烯烷基醚及烷基甘油醚之1種以上,更佳為選自烷基葡萄糖苷、聚氧丙烯烷基醚及烷基甘油醚之1種以上,進而較佳為烷基葡萄糖苷。成分(d)可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用。
作為烷基葡萄糖苷,就上述觀點而言,為具有較佳為碳數8以上22以下、更佳為碳數8以上18以下、進而較佳為碳數8以上12以下之烷基之烷基葡萄糖苷。作為其具體例,可例舉:花王(股)製造之「Mydol 10」(癸基葡萄糖苷)、「AG-124」(月桂基葡萄糖苷)等。
作為聚氧乙烯烷基醚,就上述觀點而言,為具有較佳為碳數8以上22以下、更佳為碳數8以上18以下、進而較佳為碳數8以上12以下之烷基之聚氧乙烯烷基醚。作為其具體例,可例舉:花王(股)製造之「Emulgen 103」(月桂醇聚醚-3)、「Emulgen 116」(月桂醇聚醚-16)、「Emulgen 306P」(硬脂醇聚醚-6)等。
作為聚氧丙烯烷基醚,就上述觀點而言,為具有較佳為碳數8以上22以下、更佳為碳數8以上18以下、進而較佳為碳數8以上12以下之烷基之聚氧丙烯烷基醚。作為其具體例,可例舉:花王公司製造之「Kao Sofcare GP-1」(PPG-3辛基醚)等。
作為烷基甘油醚,就上述觀點而言,可例舉:具有較佳為碳數8以上22以下、更佳為碳數8以上18以下、進而較佳為碳數8以上12以下之烷基之烷基甘油醚,作為其具體例,可例舉:花王公司製造之「Penetol GE-ID」(異癸基甘油基醚)等。
關於毛髮清潔劑組合物中之成分(d)之含量,就提高成分(a)在毛髮上之殘留性,容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為0.1質量%以上,更佳為0.5質量%以上,進而較佳為1質量%以上,又,就提高自然之使用感、保存穩定性,容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀之觀點而言,較佳為10質量%以下,更佳為8質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以下。
[成分(e):陽離子性聚合物]
於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中,較佳為進而含有陽離子性聚合物作為成分(e),用以賦予洗髮中及沖洗時之光滑之觸感。作為陽離子聚合物之具體例,可例舉:陽離子化纖維素、陽離子性澱粉、陽離子化瓜爾膠、二烯丙基四級銨鹽/丙烯醯胺共聚物、乙烯基咪唑鎓三氯化物/乙烯基吡咯啶酮共聚物、羥乙基纖維素/二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨共聚物、乙烯基吡咯啶酮/四級化甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯共聚物、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮/丙烯酸烷基胺基酯共聚物、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮/丙烯酸烷基胺基酯/乙烯基己內醯胺共聚物、乙烯基吡咯啶酮/甲基丙烯醯胺丙基三甲基氯化銨共聚物、烷基丙烯醯胺/丙烯酸酯/烷基胺基烷基丙烯醯胺/聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、己二酸/二甲胺基羥丙基伸乙基三胺共聚物(美國山德士公司,Cartaretin)、日本專利特開平11-71435號公報、日本專利特開昭53-139734號公報、日本專利特開昭60-36407號公報中所記載之陽離子性聚合物等。
又,例如可使用:Merquat 550(Lubrizol公司,丙烯醯胺與二烯丙基二甲基銨鹽之共聚物;INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients,國際化妝品成分命名標準)名為聚四級銨鹽-7)、Luviquat FC370(BASF公司,1-乙烯基-2-吡咯啶酮與1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑鎓鹽之共聚物;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-16)、Gafquat 755N(Ashland公司,1-乙烯基-2-吡咯啶酮與甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯之共聚物;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-11)、Ucare Polymer JR及Ucare Polymer LR系列(Amerchol公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與羥乙基纖維素之反應物之鹽;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-10)、Poiz C-60H、Poiz C-80M、Poiz C-150L(花王公司,三甲基銨取代環氧化物與羥乙基纖維素之反應物之鹽;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-10)、Kachisero M-80、Kachisero(花王公司,陽離子化羥乙基纖維素;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-10)、Sofcare KG-301W、Sofcare KG-101W-E(花王公司,甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲胺基乙酯二乙基硫酸鹽/N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺/聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物;INCI名為聚四級銨鹽-52)、Jaguar系列(Solvay公司,瓜爾膠羥丙基三氯化銨)等市售品。
該等之中,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為陽離子化纖維素、陽離子化澱粉、陽離子化瓜爾膠、陽離子化塔拉膠、陽離子化葫蘆巴膠、陽離子化刺槐豆膠等陽離子化多糖,更佳為選自陽離子化纖維素及陽離子化瓜爾膠之1種以上,進而較佳為陽離子化纖維素。陽離子化纖維素之陽離子取代度較佳為0.01~1,分子量較佳為100000~8000000。
成分(e)可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用,關於毛髮清潔劑組合物中之含量,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為0.01質量%以上,更佳為0.1質量%以上,進而較佳為0.2質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為3質量%以下,進而較佳為1質量%以下。
[其他任意成分]
於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中,可進而根據目的調配毛髮清潔劑中通常使用之其他成分。例如可例舉:棕櫚酸異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、月桂酸己酯、乳酸鯨蠟酯、單硬脂酸丙二醇、油酸油脂、2-乙基己酸十六烷基酯、異壬酸異壬酯、異壬酸十三烷基酯等酯油;蜂蠟、鯨蠟、羊毛脂、巴西棕櫚蠟等蠟類;苯甲醇、苯氧基乙醇、2-苄氧基乙醇、甘油等溶劑;二甲基聚矽氧烷、胺基改性矽酮等矽酮類;吡啶硫酮鋅、氯化苄烷銨等抗頭屑劑;維生素劑;殺菌劑;抗炎劑;防腐劑;螯合劑;泛醇等保濕劑;染料、顏料等著色劑;桉樹之極性溶劑萃取物、由具有珍珠層之貝殼或珍珠所獲得之蛋白質或其水解物、由絲綢所獲得之蛋白質或其水解物、由豆科植物之種子所獲得之含蛋白萃取物、人參萃取物、米胚芽萃取物、墨角藻萃取物、山茶萃取物、蘆薈萃取物、月桃葉萃取物、綠藻萃取物等萃取物類;雲母鈦等珍珠粉體;香料;色素;紫外線吸收劑;抗氧化劑;以及ENCYCLOPEDIA OF SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS(MICELLE PRESS)中所記載之成分等。
本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物將水作為介質,亦可進而併用乙醇、1,3-丁二醇等低級醇作為除水以外之介質。
於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中,就賦予洗髮中及沖洗時之光滑觸感、或提高毛髮之定型性之觀點而言,可進而含有陰離子性或兩性皮膜形成聚合物。然而,由於陰離子性或兩性皮膜形成聚合物有減少沒有反轉之螺旋形狀之形成或降低捲曲之再現性之虞,故而其含量在毛髮清潔劑組合物中,較佳為5質量%以下,更佳為1質量%以下,進而較佳為0.5質量%以下,進而更佳為0.1質量%以下,進而更佳為實質上不包含陰離子性或兩性皮膜形成聚合物。
再者,於本發明中,實質上不包含係指組合物中之含量未達0.01質量%,較佳為0質量%。
又,於本發明中,皮膜形成聚合物意指乾燥時能夠在角蛋白物質上形成皮膜之聚合物。
以下例示皮膜形成聚合物。
<陰離子性皮膜形成聚合物>
・包含丁烯酸、馬來酸、馬來酸單酯、伊康酸之任一者作為結構單元之陰離子性皮膜形成性聚合物:
若包含丁烯酸、馬來酸、馬來酸單酯、伊康酸之任一者作為結構單元,則並無特別限定,可例舉:與乙烯醚類、乙烯酯類、乙烯醇類之1種以上共聚合者。具體而言,可例舉:甲基乙烯基醚/馬來酸烷基酯共聚物(ISP公司製造之Gantrez ES-225、Gantrez ES-425、Gantrez SP-215等)、乙酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸共聚物(National Starch公司製造之Resin 28-1310等)、乙酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/新癸酸乙烯酯共聚物(National Starch公司製造之Resin 28-2930等)、乙酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/丙酸乙烯酯共聚物(BASF公司製造之Rubiset CAP等)、乙烯醇/伊康酸共聚物(可樂麗公司製造之KM-118等)等。
・包含(甲基)丙烯酸作為結構單元之陰離子性皮膜形成聚合物:
可例舉:包含(甲基)丙烯酸作為結構單元之乙烯系聚合物。具體而言,可例舉:丙烯酸/丙烯酸乙酯/N-第三丁基丙烯醯胺共聚物(BASF公司製造之Ultrahold 8、Ultrahold Strong等)、辛基丙烯醯胺/丙烯酸共聚物(National Starch公司製造之Amphomer V-42等)、丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸共聚物(Union Carbide公司製造之Amerhold DR25等)、丙烯酸酯/二丙酮丙烯醯胺共聚物(互應化學工業公司製造之Plas-size L9540B(該聚合物之2-胺基-2-甲基-1-丙醇中和物)等)、丙烯酸酯/C1-18丙烯酸烷基酯/C1-8烷基丙烯醯胺共聚物(互應化學工業公司製造之Plas-size L9909B(該聚合物之2-胺基-2-甲基-1-丙醇中和物)等)。
・具有羧基、硫酸基之任一者之天然陰離子性皮膜形成聚合物:
若為具有羧基、硫酸基之任一者之天然多糖類,則並無特別限定,可例舉:角叉菜膠(三菱麗陽公司製造之Soageena LX22、Soageena ML210等)、三仙膠(大日本製藥公司製造之Echo Gum T等)等。
・具有羧基、磺酸基之任一者之聚酯:
雖無特別限定,但可例舉:水分散性聚酯(Eastman Kodak公司製造之AQ38S,AQ55S等)等。
<兩性皮膜形成聚合物>
雖無特別限定,但可例舉:乙烯系聚合物。此處,兩性聚合物含有包含陰離子性單體1種以上及陽離子性單體1種以上作為結構單元之共聚物、及包含單體結構中具有陰離子部分及陽離子部分之兩者之所謂甜菜鹼單體之一種以上作為結構單元之共聚物之兩者。
具體而言,可例舉:二甲基二烯丙基銨/丙烯醯胺/丙烯酸共聚物(Calgon公司製造之Merquat 3331等)、N-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基-N,N-二甲基銨-α-N-甲基羧基甜菜鹼/甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物(三菱化學公司製造之Yukaformer M-75、Yukaformer SM等);辛基丙烯醯胺/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸丁基胺基乙酯共聚物(National Starch公司製造之Amphomer 28-4910等)等。
本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物中可進而含有具有還原作用之化合物。然而,具有還原作用之化合物之中具有硫醇基或醛基之化合物、亞硫酸鹽類、亞磺酸類除了會加速毛髮之損傷以外,亦有減少沒有反轉之螺旋形狀之形成或降低捲曲之再現性之虞,因此較佳為實質上不包含。又,具有抗壞血酸基之具有還原作用之化合物亦根據含量而有上述之虞,因此其含量在毛髮清潔劑組合物中,較佳為未達1質量%,更佳為未達0.5質量%,進而較佳為未達0.1質量%,進而更佳為未達0.05質量%。
作為具有硫醇基之具有還原作用之化合物,具體而言,可例舉:硫代乙醇酸、硫代乳酸、半胱胺酸、半胱胺、升半光胺酸、麩胱甘肽、硫代甘油、硫代蘋果酸、2-巰基丙酸、3-巰基丙酸、硫代雙乙醇、2-巰基乙醇、二硫代蘇糖醇、N-乙醯半胱胺酸、硫代乙醇酸或硫代乳酸之酯及醯胺等。
作為具有醛基之具有還原作用之化合物,具體而言,可例舉:甲醛、1,3,5-三㗁烷、多聚甲醛、福馬林等。同樣地,亞甲基二醇係在甲醛水溶液中以平衡狀態存在之化合物,實質上與福馬林為相同含義,因此包含於該定義中。
作為亞硫酸鹽類,可例舉:亞硫酸銨、亞硫酸氫銨、亞硫酸鈉、亞硫酸氫鈉、亞硫酸鉀、亞硫酸氫鉀等。
作為亞磺酸類,可例舉:亞磺酸鹽、苯亞磺酸鹽等。
作為具有抗壞血酸基之具有還原作用之化合物,可例舉:抗壞血酸、異抗壞血酸、該等之鹽或酯等。作為具體例,可例舉:抗壞血酸、抗壞血酸鈉、抗壞血酸鉀、抗壞血酸鈣、抗壞血酸銨、抗壞血酸單乙醇胺、抗壞血酸二乙醇胺、異抗壞血酸、異抗壞血酸鈉、抗壞血酸硫酸酯二鈉、抗壞血酸磷酸酯鎂、棕櫚酸抗壞血酯、硬脂酸抗壞血酯、二棕櫚酸抗壞血酯、四2-己基癸酸抗壞血酯、肉豆蔻酸抗壞血酯、月桂酸抗壞血酯、乙酸抗壞血酯、丙酸抗壞血酯、酒石酸抗壞血酯、檸檬酸抗壞血酯、琥珀酸抗壞血酯、苯甲酸抗壞血酯、(抗壞血酸/生育酚(tocopheryl))磷酸鉀、抗壞血酸乙酯、抗壞血酸尿囊素、抗壞血酸殼聚糖、抗壞血酸甲基矽烷醇、十四烷基己基抗壞血酸酯、胺基丙基抗壞血酸磷酸酯、抗壞血酸多肽、抗壞血酸葡萄糖苷、抗壞血酸甲基矽烷醇果膠酸酯等。
[pH值]
關於本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物之pH值,就製劑之保存穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為3以上,更佳為3.5以上,進而較佳為4以上,進而更佳為5以上,又,就減少對毛髮或頭皮之損傷之觀點而言,較佳為8以下,更佳為7.5以下,進而較佳為7以下,進而更佳為6以下。再者,於本發明中,毛髮清潔劑組合物之pH值係指用水稀釋20質量倍時在25℃下之值,具體而言,意指藉由實施例所記載之方法所測得之值。
本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物之劑型亦可採用液狀、乳液狀、乳霜狀、泡狀等任一形態。
[毛髮清潔劑組合物之使用方法]
本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物係塗佈於具有波浪捲曲之毛髮、較佳為被水充分濕潤之具有波浪捲曲之毛髮,與整個毛髮融合,充分起泡後,進行沖洗來使用。其後,任意進行用毛巾擦乾等乾燥,較佳為對水相對於毛髮之質量比(水/毛髮)為0.05以上1以下之濕潤狀態之毛髮進行揉皺操作。此處,於本發明中,揉皺操作較佳為選自以下1)~3)之1種以上操作,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,較佳為進行選自1)及3)之1種以上操作,更佳為進行3)之操作。揉皺操作時,髮束亦可放在鋪在手掌上之毛巾上。
1)握住或揉搓毛髮
2)扭轉毛髮
3)將毛髮放在手掌上,以托起之方式提起,然後鬆開
作為進行揉皺操作時之毛髮之濕潤狀態,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,水相對於毛髮之質量比(水/毛髮)為0.05以上1以下,較佳為0.1以上,更佳為0.2以上,進而較佳為0.3以上,進而更佳為0.5以上,又,較佳為0.9以下,更佳為0.8以下。
關於揉皺操作之重複次數,就容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,提高捲曲之連貫性、均勻性之觀點而言,針對一把髮束,揉皺操作之重複次數較佳為1次以上,更佳為3次以上,進而較佳為5次以上,就減輕勞力之觀點而言,較佳為50次以下,更佳為30次以下,進而較佳為20次以下。
亦可對揉皺處理後之毛髮任意進行乾燥步驟、利用整髮劑等之造型步驟。
使用本發明之毛髮清潔劑組合物如上所述進行洗髮,其後進行揉皺操作,藉此可容易使洗髮後之濕潤髮束變成螺旋狀,可形成捲曲一致之立體、連貫、美麗之波浪捲曲。
於本發明中,洗髮後之濕潤髮束之螺旋結構可藉由下式所表示之螺旋率進行評價。
螺旋率(%)=(順轉部位數/所有捲曲部位數)×100
(「順轉部位數」係將髮束自髮尖以摺疊之方式放置,當自髮束之髮根側觀察捲曲方向時,某一捲曲以與捲曲之半圈前相同之方向捲曲之部位之數)
關於以上所述之實施方式,以下進一步揭示本發明之較佳之態樣。

將高加索人之捲髮(自Kerling International Haarrfabrik公司購入,拉長時之長度為28 cm,拾取自髮根至髮尖有4~5個捲曲者)0.25 g設為1束髮束,進行以下之處理。
未處理(對照組):
將上述普通洗髮精塗佈(針對髮束0.25 g塗佈0.1 g;浴比1:0.4)於髮束,起泡1分鐘進行清潔,其後利用流水進行沖洗30秒。沖洗後,自毛髮去除多餘之水分後,塗佈(針對髮束0.25 g塗佈0.1 g;浴比1:0.4)上述護髮素,使其融合1分鐘後,利用流水進行沖洗30秒。
實施例、比較例:
將各實施例及比較例所記載之洗髮精塗佈(針對髮束0.25 g塗佈0.1 g;浴比1:0.4)於髮束,起泡1分鐘進行清潔,其後利用流水進行沖洗30秒。沖洗後,自毛髮去除多餘之水分後,塗佈(針對髮束0.25 g塗佈0.1 g;浴比1:0.4)上述護髮素,放置1分鐘後,利用流水進行沖洗30秒。
(評價順序)
對毛髮處理後之捲髮髮束進行以下之評價。
・螺旋率(%)
使沖洗結束之髮束自然瀝乾,原樣保持10秒不移動,於毛巾上進行10次揉皺處理。
如圖1例示,將髮束自髮尖以摺疊之方式放置,對捲曲之每半圈進行捲曲計數,當自髮束之髮根側觀察捲曲方向時,將某一捲曲以與捲曲之半圈前相同之方向捲曲之部位(順轉部位)設為做出美麗捲曲者。順轉部位越多,表明捲曲越一致。根據下式,將髮束之順轉部位之合計數相對於捲曲部位之合計數之比率作為螺旋率。再者,於評價中,採用5束髮束之螺旋率之平均值。
螺旋率(%)=(順轉部位數/所有捲曲部位數)×100
(「順轉部位數」係將髮束自髮尖以摺疊之方式放置,當自髮束之髮根側觀察捲曲方向時,某一捲曲以與捲曲之半圈前相同之方向捲曲之部位之數)
例如,於圖1左側之例中,對捲曲之每個半圈進行計數,由於4個全部捲曲為順轉部位,故而螺旋率為(4/4)×100=100%,於圖1右側之例中,由於4個捲曲之中順轉部位為3個,反轉部位為1個,故而螺旋率為(3/4)×100=75%。螺旋率越大,評價為越均勻。
・捲曲之連貫性
沖洗後,進行用毛巾擦乾,使用導流器乾燥3分鐘。將乾燥後之髮束之一端進行固定並掛起,自正面拍攝照片。根據該髮束之照片,由1名專業評價者以5分制對髮束之連貫性進行判斷。
將作為髮束寬度較寬者(鬆散者)之比較例1之得分設為5,將作為髮束寬度較窄者(集中者)之實施例1之得分設為1,將得分1與得分5之髮束寬度之差進行5等分,設為各得分進行評價。
・捲曲之均勻性
沖洗後,進行用毛巾擦乾,使用導流器乾燥3分鐘。將乾燥後之髮束之一端進行固定並掛起,自正面拍攝照片。根據該髮束之照片,測量髮束之捲曲半徑,根據以下之式算出其標準偏差。
再者,標準偏差越小,評價為捲曲越均勻。

將實施例及比較例中使用之洗髮精用水稀釋20質量倍時在25℃下之pH值為3.5~7.5之範圍。
根據表3~5可知,本實施例之毛髮清潔劑組合物係洗髮後濕潤之毛髮更容易變成螺旋狀,可形成捲曲均勻一致之立體、連貫、美麗之波浪捲曲。

Claims (7)
- 一種毛髮清潔劑組合物,其含有下述成分(a)、(b)及(c): (a)選自聚伸烷基二醇醚及伸烷基二醇之1種以上化合物 0.1質量%以上18質量%以下; (b)選自羧酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、磺酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、醚硫酸鹽型陰離子性界面活性劑、及兩性界面活性劑之1種以上 5質量%以上; (c)有機酸或其鹽。
- 如請求項1之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其中成分(a)之含量為0.5質量%以上15質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其中成分(b)之含量為8質量%以上30質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其中成分(c)為羥基羧酸。
- 如請求項1或2之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其中成分(b)含有選自羧酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、磺酸型陰離子性界面活性劑、及醚硫酸鹽型陰離子性界面活性劑之1種以上陰離子性界面活性劑、以及兩性界面活性劑之1種以上。
- 如請求項1或2之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其進而含有非離子性界面活性劑之1種以上作為成分(d)。
- 如請求項1或2之毛髮清潔劑組合物,其中成分(a)相對於成分(c)之質量比(a)/(c)為0.5以上100以下。
