Abstract
本發明提供一種預浸體,含有胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)、聚合起始劑(B)及強化纖維(C),所述預浸體的特徵在於,所述聚合起始劑(B)為10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物。所述預浸體由於保存穩定性優異、且於110℃以下的低溫成形條件下成形性亦優異且可獲得層間剪切強度等各種物性優異的成形品,因此可適宜地用於汽車構件、鐵道車輛構件、航太飛機構件、船舶構件、住宅設備構件、體育用品構件、輕型車輛構件、建築土木構件、OA機器等的框體等。

關於利用碳纖維或玻璃纖維等強化纖維進行了強化的纖維強化樹脂複合材料,其輕量且耐熱性、機械強度優異的特徵備受矚目,以汽車、航空器的框體或各種構件為代表,正擴大於各種結構體用途中的利用。作為所述纖維強化樹脂複合材料的成形方法,例如使用如下方法:使用於強化纖維中含浸有熱硬化性樹脂的被稱為預浸體的中間材料,藉由高壓釜成形、壓製成形使其硬化、成形的方法。
作為預浸體用的樹脂,通常需要兼備常溫下的穩定性與基於加熱等的硬化性的樹脂,因此一般大多使用以環氧樹脂組成物為代表的熱硬化性樹脂。然而,使用了環氧樹脂的預浸體於常溫下進行硬化,因此存在需要冷藏保管的問題。
為解決所述問題,正推進可實現高生產性與常溫下的穩定性的成形材料的開發(例如,參照專利文獻1)。所述成形材料含有具有特定結構的胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚合起始劑及碳纖維,但由於成形需要130℃以上的高溫,因此存在能夠應用的用途受到限定的問題。
因此,謀求一種保存穩定性優異,同時於110℃以下的成形條件下亦可獲得強度等優異的成形品的材料。

[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明所欲解決的課題在於提供一種保存穩定性優異、且於110℃以下的低溫成形條件下成形性亦優異且可獲得層間剪切強度等各種物性優異的成形品的預浸體及其成形品。
[解決課題之手段]
本發明者等人發現將胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、特定的聚合起始劑及強化纖維作為必需成分的預浸體解決所述課題,從而完成了本發明。
即,本發明是有關於一種預浸體,含有胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)、聚合起始劑(B)及強化纖維(C),所述預浸體中,所述聚合起始劑(B)為10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物。
[發明的效果]
由本發明的預浸體獲得的成形品由於彎曲強度及層間剪切強度等優異,因此可適宜地用於汽車構件、鐵道車輛構件、航太飛機構件、船舶構件、住宅設備構件、體育用品構件、輕型車輛構件、建築土木構件、辦公自動化(Office Automation,OA)機器等的框體等。
本發明的預浸體含有胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)、聚合起始劑(B)及強化纖維(C),所述預浸體中,所述聚合起始劑(B)為10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物。
所述胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)具有胺基甲酸酯鍵及(甲基)丙烯醯基,例如藉由使聚異氰酸酯(a1)與以具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)作為必需原料的具有羥基的化合物(a2)反應而獲得。
就接著性高且與碳纖維的界面剪切強度進一步提高的方面而言,所述聚異氰酸酯(a1)較佳為包含選自2,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯的碳二醯亞胺改質體、及聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯中的一種以上的聚異氰酸酯,更佳為包含聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯。
另外,作為所述聚異氰酸酯(a1),例如亦可使用:二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯的脲酸酯改質體、縮二脲改質體、胺基甲酸酯亞胺改質體、以二乙二醇或二丙二醇等數量平均分子量為1,000以下的多元醇進行了改質的多元醇改質體、甲苯二異氰酸酯(toluene diisocyanate,TDI)、聯甲苯胺二異氰酸酯、二甲苯二異氰酸酯、1,5-萘二異氰酸酯、四甲基二甲苯二異氰酸酯等芳香族聚異氰酸酯;異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(isophorone diisocyanate,IPDI)、氫化二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、氫化二甲苯二異氰酸酯、降冰片烯二異氰酸酯等脂環式聚異氰酸酯;六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯的脲酸酯改質體、縮二脲改質體、加成體、二聚酸二異氰酸酯等脂肪族聚異氰酸酯等。
該些聚異氰酸酯(a1)既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
所述具有羥基的化合物(a2)以具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)作為必需原料。
作為所述具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1),例如可列舉(甲基)丙烯酸羥基烷基酯、環氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。再者,該些具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述(甲基)丙烯酸羥基烷基酯,例如可列舉:(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸3-羥基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸4-羥基-正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥基-正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸3-羥基-正丁酯等,但較佳為(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯。再者,該些(甲基)丙烯酸羥基烷基酯既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
所述環氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯可使環氧樹脂與(甲基)丙烯酸及/或(甲基)丙烯酸酐反應而獲得。
另外,作為所述具有羥基的化合物(a2),就所獲得的成形品的韌性等進一步提高的方面而言,較佳為併用除具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)以外的其他多元醇(a2-2)。
作為所述其他多元醇(a2-2),例如可列舉聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚伸烷基多元醇等。
成為所述胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)的原料的異氰酸酯化合物(a1)的異氰酸酯基(NCO)與具有羥基的化合物(a2)的羥基(OH)的莫耳比(NCO/OH)較佳為0.1~1.5,更佳為0.3~1.2。
就預浸體的保存穩定性優異且於110℃以下的成形條件下成形性亦優異且可獲得層間剪切強度等優異的成形品的方面而言,所述聚合起始劑(B)為10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物,例如可列舉:1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基過氧化2-乙基己酸酯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-己烷二基=雙(2-乙基過氧化己酸酯)、第三己基=過氧化2-乙基己酸酯等。再者,該些烷基過氧化酯化合物既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述聚合起始劑(B)的含量,就保存穩定性與硬化特性的平衡優異的方面而言,較佳為去除了所述強化纖維(C)的預浸體成分中的0.3質量%~3質量%的範圍。
再者,本發明的預浸體中,於不損及本發明的效果的範圍內,亦可併用除所述聚合起始劑(B)以外的其他聚合起始劑。作為其他聚合起始劑,例如可列舉:二醯基過氧化物化合物、過氧化酯化合物、氫過氧化物化合物、酮過氧化物化合物、烷基過酸酯化合物、過碳酸酯化合物、過氧化縮酮等。
作為所述強化纖維(C),可列舉:碳纖維、玻璃纖維、碳化矽纖維、氧化鋁纖維、硼纖維、金屬纖維、芳族聚醯胺纖維、維尼綸纖維、蒂托綸(tetoron)纖維等有機纖維等,就可獲得更高強度、高彈性的成形品的方面而言,較佳為碳纖維或玻璃纖維,更佳為碳纖維。該些強化纖維(C)既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述碳纖維,可使用聚丙烯腈系、瀝青系、嫘縈系等各種碳纖維,該些中,就可容易獲得高強度的碳纖維的方面而言,較佳為聚丙烯腈系碳纖維。
作為所述強化纖維(C)的形狀,並無特別限制,可列舉:使強化纖維絲收束而得的強化纖維絲束、或將強化纖維絲束沿一方向捋齊而得的單向材料、織造而得的織物或裁短的強化纖維、或者、包含裁短的強化纖維的不織布或紙等,藉由使用單向材料作為強化纖維並使其積層,進行成形,而可獲得高機械物性,故較佳。
於使用裁短的強化纖維的情況下,就成形時的模具內流動性、成形品的外觀進一步提高的方面而言,較佳為使用切成2.5 mm~50 mm的碳纖維。
於織物的情況下,可列舉以平紋織物、斜紋織物、緞紋織物或非縐紋織物為代表的將纖維束沿一個方向捋齊而得的片材、或將改變角度地進行了積層般的片材以不鬆解的方式縫合而得的縫合片材等。
作為強化纖維的單位面積重量(每1 m2
纖維的重量),並無特別限制,但較佳為10 g/m2
~650 g/m2
。若單位面積重量達到10 g/m2
以上則纖維寬度的不均少而機械物性變得良好,故較佳。若為650 g/m2
以下的單位面積重量,則樹脂的含浸變得良好,故較佳。所述單位面積重量進而更佳為50 g/m2

就所獲得的成形品的機械強度進一步提高的方面而言,本發明的預浸體中的所述強化纖維(C)的含有率較佳為20質量%~85質量%的範圍,更佳為40質量%~80質量%的範圍。
作為本發明的預浸體的成分,亦可使用除了所述成分以外者,例如可含有自由基聚合性單體、熱硬化性樹脂、熱塑性樹脂、聚合抑制劑、硬化促進劑、填充劑、低收縮劑、脫模劑、增黏劑、減黏劑、顏料、抗氧化劑、塑化劑、阻燃劑、抗菌劑、紫外線穩定劑、加強材、光硬化劑等。

該些自由基聚合性單體中,就作業環境時的臭氣或成形體的機械強度進一步提高的方面而言,較佳為分子量為150~1000的單官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯及二官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯,更佳為(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲基苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲基苄酯、聚四亞甲基二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化雙酚A二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,進而佳為(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、乙氧基化雙酚A二(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
就作業環境時的處理性及成形體的機械強度進一步提高的方面而言,所述胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)與所述自由基聚合性單體的質量比(胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)/自由基聚合性單體)較佳為95/5~50/50,更佳為95/5~70/30。
作為所述熱硬化性樹脂,例如可列舉乙烯基酯樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、呋喃樹脂等。另外,該些熱硬化性樹脂既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述熱塑性樹脂,例如可列舉聚醯胺樹脂、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂、聚乙烯樹脂、聚苯乙烯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、聚丁二烯樹脂、聚異戊二烯樹脂及藉由共聚等對該些進行改質而得者。該些中,較佳為聚醯胺樹脂、胺基甲酸酯樹脂。另外,該些熱塑性樹脂既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。另外,熱可塑樹脂可以粒子狀來添加並使用,亦可熔融混合後使用。於使用粒子狀的熱塑性樹脂的情況下,就於纖維中的分散性的觀點而言,粒子系較佳為30 μm以下,更佳為20 μm。
作為所述聚合抑制劑,例如可列舉對苯二酚、三甲基對苯二酚、對-第三丁基鄰苯二酚、第三丁基對苯二酚、甲基對苯二酚(toluhydroquinone)、對苯醌、萘醌、對苯二酚單甲醚、啡噻嗪、環烷酸銅、氯化銅等。該些聚合抑制劑既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述硬化促進劑,例如可列舉:環烷酸鈷、辛烯酸鈷、辛烯酸氧釩、環烷酸銅、環烷酸鋇等金屬皂類;乙醯乙酸氧釩、乙醯乙酸鈷、乙醯丙酮鐵等金屬螯合化合物。另外,作為胺類,可列舉:N,N-二甲基胺基-對苯甲醛、N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺、N,N-二甲基-對甲苯胺、N-乙基-間甲苯胺、三乙醇胺、間甲苯胺、二乙三胺、吡啶、苯基嗎啉、哌啶、二乙醇苯胺等。該些硬化促進劑既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述填充劑,有無機化合物、有機化合物,可用於調整成形品的強度、彈性模數、衝擊強度、疲勞耐久性等物性。
作為所述無機化合物,例如可列舉:碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、硫酸鋇、雲母、滑石、高嶺土、黏土、矽藻土、石棉、重晶石、氧化鋇、二氧化矽、矽砂、白雲石、石灰石、石膏、鋁微粉、中空球、氧化鋁、玻璃粉、氫氧化鋁、寒水石、氧化鋯、三氧化銻、氧化鈦、二氧化鉬、鐵粉等。
作為所述有機化合物,有纖維素、幾丁質等天然多醣類粉末、或合成樹脂粉末等,作為合成樹脂粉末,可使用:包含硬質樹脂、軟質橡膠、彈性體或聚合物(共聚物)等的有機物的粉體、或具有芯殼型等多層結構的粒子。具體而言,可列舉:丙烯酸粒子、聚醯胺粒子、包含丁二烯橡膠及/或丙烯酸橡膠、胺基甲酸酯橡膠、矽橡膠等的粒子、聚醯亞胺樹脂粉末、氟樹脂粉末、酚樹脂粉末等。該些填充劑既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述脫模劑,例如可列舉:硬脂酸鋅、硬脂酸鈣、石蠟、聚乙烯蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟等。較佳的是可列舉石蠟、聚乙烯蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟等。該些脫模劑既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
作為所述增黏劑,例如可列舉:氧化鎂、氫氧化鎂、氧化鈣、氫氧化鈣等金屬氧化物或金屬氫氧化物等;丙烯酸樹脂系微粒等,可根據本發明的預浸體的處理性而適宜選擇。該些增黏劑既可單獨使用亦可併用兩種以上。
本發明的預浸體例如可藉由如下的步驟1及步驟2而獲得,所述步驟1:於使用行星式混合機、捏合機等公知的混合機將所述聚異氰酸酯(a1)、具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)、其他多元醇(a2-2)、及聚合起始劑(B)混合而成的樹脂溶液中,含浸所述強化纖維(C),進而自上表面利用脫模聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)膜夾持,並藉由壓延機進行壓延而獲得片材;所述步驟2:將所述片材於常溫~50℃下靜置,使所述聚異氰酸酯(a1)所具有的異氰酸酯基、與所述具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)、其他多元醇(a2-2)所具有的羥基反應。另外,於步驟1中,亦可於不損害對纖維的含浸性的範圍內,使用使所述聚異氰酸酯(a1)、所述具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)、其他多元醇(a2-2)預先一部分進行反應而得者。
本發明的預浸體的厚度較佳為0.02 mm~1.0 mm。若為0.02 mm以上的厚度,則用以進行積層的處理變得容易,故較佳,若為1 mm以下的厚度,則樹脂的含浸變得良好,故較佳。進而更佳為0.05 mm~0.5 mm。
作為由上述所獲得的預浸體獲得成形品的方法,例如可使用如下方法:自預浸體自所述脫模PET膜剝離,將8片~16片預浸體積層,之後投入預先加熱至100℃~120℃的模具中,利用壓縮成形機進行合模而對預浸體賦形,保持0.1 MPa~10 MPa的成形壓力,藉此使預浸體硬化,其後取出成形品而獲得成形品。於此種情況下,較佳為如下製造方法:於具有剪刃(shear edge)的模具內,於模具溫度100℃~120℃下,以每1 mm厚的成形品為1分鐘~2分鐘的規定時間,保持1 MPa~8 MPa的成形壓力,進行加熱壓縮成形。
由本發明的預浸體獲得的成形品由於彎曲強度、層間剪切強度等優異的方面而言,可適宜地用於汽車構件、鐵道車輛構件、航太飛機構件、船舶構件、住宅設備構件、體育用品構件、輕型車輛構件、建築土木構件、OA機器等的框體等。
[實施例]
以下列舉具體實施例對本發明進行更詳細的說明。再者,凝膠時間是藉由固拉斯特米特(CURELASTOMETER)7 TYPE P(JSR貿易(JSR TRADING)股份有限公司製造)進行測定。
(製備例1:預浸體用樹脂組成物(1)的製備)
將聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯與二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(diphenylmethane diisocyanate,MDI)的混合物(東曹(Tosoh)股份有限公司製造的「米魯奈特(Millionate)MR-200」)50質量份、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯50質量份、HEMA 66質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-20(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的環氧乙烷(ethylene oxide,EO)加成物,羥基當量:164 g/eq)25質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-40(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的EO加成物,羥基當量:204 g/eq)31質量份以及聚合起始劑(化藥諾力昂(Kayaku Nouryon)股份有限公司「卡亞伊斯特(Kayaester)TMPO-70」,1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基過氧化2-乙基己酸酯)3質量份混合,獲得預浸體用樹脂組成物(1)。
(製備例2:預浸體用樹脂組成物(R1)的製備)
將聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯與MDI的混合物(東曹(Tosoh)股份有限公司製造的「米魯奈特(Millionate)MR-200」)50質量份、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯50質量份、HEMA 66質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-20(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的EO加成物,羥基當量:164 g/eq)25質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-40(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的EO加成物,羥基當量:204 g/eq)31質量份以及聚合起始劑(化藥諾力昂(Kayaku Nouryon)股份有限公司「卡亞伊斯特(Kayaester)O」,第三丁基過氧化-2-乙基己酸酯)3質量份混合,獲得預浸體用樹脂組成物(R1)。
(製備例3:預浸體用樹脂組成物(R2)的製備)
將聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯與MDI的混合物(東曹(Tosoh)股份有限公司製造的「米魯奈特(Millionate)MR-200」)50質量份、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯50質量份、HEMA 66質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-20(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的EO加成物,羥基當量:164 g/eq)25質量份、紐坡魯(Newpol)BPE-40(三洋化成股份有限公司製造:雙酚A的EO加成物,羥基當量:204 g/eq)31質量份以及聚合起始劑(化藥諾力昂(Kayaku Nouryon)股份有限公司「托高諾斯(Trigonox)122-C80」1,1-二(第三戊基過氧化)環己烷)3質量份混合,獲得預浸體用樹脂組成物(R2)。
(實施例1:預浸體(1)的製作及評價)
將預浸體用樹脂組成物(1)塗佈至經脫模處理的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜的單面上後,藉由手工積層(hand lay-up)法使碳纖維(東麗(Toray)公司製造的「T-700-12K-50C」)以碳纖維含量成為50%的方式含浸,覆蓋相同的膜後,於25℃、1週的條件下老化,藉此製作預浸體(1)。所述預浸體(1)的凝膠時間於100℃下為90秒,於110℃下為30秒。
[保存穩定性的評價]
測定將上述所獲得的預浸體(1)於25℃下保存4週後於110℃下的凝膠時間,按照下述基準評價保存穩定性。
○:製造1週後與4週後的於110℃下的凝膠時間之差未滿5秒
△:製造1週後與4週後的於110℃下的凝膠時間之差為5秒以上且未滿10秒
×:製造1週後與4週後的於110℃下的凝膠時間之差為10秒以上
[成形品的製作]
將上述所獲得的預浸體(1)積層12片,使用板狀模具進行加熱加壓成形,藉此獲得成形品。作為加熱加壓條件,於模具溫度105℃、合模壓力4 MPa下保持5分鐘,開模後取出,於常溫下放置冷卻,獲得成形品(1)。
[成形性的評價]
按照下述基準評價上述所獲得的成形品(1)的表面。
○:無膨脹及未硬化部分
×:有膨脹或未硬化部分
[彎曲強度、彎曲彈性模數的評價]
自上述所獲得的成形品(1)中切出寬度為5 mm、長度為100 mm的試驗片,按照日本工業標準(Japanese Industrial Standards,JIS)K7074測定彎曲強度、彎曲彈性模數。
[層間剪切強度的評價]
自上述所獲得的成形品(1)中切出寬度為10 mm、長度為22 mm的試驗片,針對所述試驗片,按照JIS K7078測定層間剪切強度。
(比較例1:預浸體(R1)的製作及評價)
將實施例1中使用的預浸體用樹脂組成物(1)變更為預浸體用樹脂組成物(R1),除此以外,與實施例1同樣地進行,製作預浸體(R1),進行各評價。所述預浸體(R1)的凝膠時間於100℃下為300秒,於110℃為110秒。再者,於所述成形條件下,有未硬化部分,無法獲得成形品。
(比較例2:預浸體(R2)的製作及評價)
將實施例1中使用的預浸體用樹脂組成物(1)變更為預浸體用樹脂組成物(R2),除此以外,與實施例1同樣地進行,製作預浸體(R2),進行各評價。所述預浸體(R2)的凝膠時間於100℃~110℃下未硬化,而無法測定,於140℃下為50秒。再者,於所述成形條件下,有未硬化部分,無法獲得成形品。
將上述所獲得的預浸體(1)、預浸體(R1)及預浸體(R2)的評價結果示於表1中。

另一方面,比較例1及比較例2為未使用10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物作為聚合起始劑的例子,可確認到於100℃~110℃下未硬化,無法獲得成形品。

Claims (5)
- 一種預浸體,含有胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)、聚合起始劑(B)及強化纖維(C),所述預浸體的特徵在於,所述聚合起始劑(B)為10小時半衰期溫度為60℃以上且未滿70℃的烷基過氧化酯化合物。
- 如請求項1所述的預浸體,其中所述胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯(A)為聚異氰酸酯(a1)與以具有羥基及(甲基)丙烯醯基的化合物(a2-1)作為必需原料的具有羥基的化合物(a2)的反應產物。
- 如請求項1或請求項2所述的預浸體,所述聚異氰酸酯(a1)包含聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯。
- 如請求項1至請求項3中任一項所述的預浸體,其中所述強化纖維(C)為碳纖維。
- 一種成形品,其特徵在於為如請求項1至請求項4中任一項所述的預浸體的硬化物。
