Abstract

Description
本申請案根據專利法主張於2018年11月29日申請的美國臨時申請案第62/772,732號之優先權,此案之內容在此處整體併入作為參考。
本揭露案大致關於防暴風積層的板,具有兩片玻璃及聚合物夾層,其中一個玻璃片未回火,意味著其並未熱強化或化學強化,但「如生產的」本質上在強化條件;且關於利用一或更多此積層的板的窗,用於結合的耐衝擊及抗壓力循環,例如在暴風窗中利用;或用於其他目的,例如用於增強的防入侵。
所謂的暴風窗通常利用增強的框架及間隔部件,以及包含兩片玻璃及聚合物夾層的內部積層的板,此聚合物夾層具有高彈性模數(或在足夠快速的變形下的高彈性模數)。第3圖(先前技術)顯示此窗200的範例,意圖作為暴風窗(或用於此窗的IGU 200)。
如第3圖中可見,窗200包括外部板10及內部積層的板12。外部板10通常在單一片50的玻璃的形式中,片50的表面相對應至窗200的外部或第一表面S1及第二表面S2(內部)。積層的板12包含第一片20的玻璃及第二片70的玻璃,具有聚合物夾層40黏著於第一片20及第二片70之間。聚合物夾層具有高彈性模數(或在足夠快速的變形下的高彈性模數),例如當於30°C下每分鐘10mm的伸長率下量測時,在300MPa至1000MPa的範圍之中,或在400MPa至600MPa的範圍之中。第一片20的面向內部表面及第二片70的面向外部表面相對應至窗200的第三表面S3(內部)及內部或第四表面S4(居住面)。亦利用增強的間隔件60及增強的框架(未顯示)。
在暴風期間,若風動彈射物以足夠的力量擊中表面S1,則片50、第一片20及第二片70藉由衝擊可全部破裂,但若窗200如所欲的操作,則聚合物夾層40在窗框架之中維持完好且維持密封,避免風及風所生的水甚至在片50、第一片20及第二片70破裂之後通過窗200且進入居住處。為了使得聚合物夾層40戰勝此衝擊,積層的板12的第一片20及第二片70經加熱強化,意味著其經熱回火以產生大致在從約24MPa至52MPa(3500psi至7500psi)之範圍中的表面壓縮。(片50通常亦加熱強化)。
若第一片20及第二片70並未熱強化,則其在衝擊下傾向於破裂成大的、尖銳邊緣的碎片,而可撕裂、刺穿或者損傷夾層40,造成其無法維持所欲的密封。若第一片20及第二片70提供過多的強度(表面壓縮),其可破裂成相對較小的塊,而傾向從框架剝離,弱化框架在聚合物夾層40上的抓持,使得藉由狂風造成的衝擊後壓力循環可將聚合物夾層40從間隔件60及框架(未顯示)分開。因此,存在施加至第一片20及第二片70的強度或表面壓縮的某些範圍。太少或太多使得窗的密封在單獨的衝擊下失效,或在隨著衝擊之後的壓力循環之下失效。
意圖提供防暴風窗,能夠在暴露的第四表面S4上具有較高的表面壓縮,同時仍保留或甚至改良其他窗的特性。

Claims (12)
- 一種輕量防暴風積層的板,包含: 一第一片的熱強化的玻璃,具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度;一第二片的化學強化的玻璃,具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮;及一聚合物夾層,介於該第一片及該第二片之間,且黏著至該第一片及該第二片。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第一片為一鈉鈣矽酸鹽玻璃的片。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第二片為一鈉鈣矽酸鹽玻璃的片。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第二片為一硼鋁矽酸鹽玻璃的片。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第二片為一鹼土金屬硼鋁矽酸鹽玻璃的片。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第二片具有在從0.85mm至0.4mm的範圍中的一厚度。
- 如請求項1所述之積層的板,其中該第二片具有在從0.8mm至0.45mm的範圍中的一厚度。
- 一種包含如請求項1所述之積層的板的窗。
- 一種用於形成一防暴風積層的板之處理,該處理包含以下步驟: 熱強化一第一玻璃片,該第一玻璃片具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度;使用一聚合物夾層,將該第一玻璃片與一第二片的化學回火的玻璃積層,該第二片具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮。
- 一種防暴風窗,包含: 一外部板,具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度;一內部積層的板,包含:一第一片的熱強化的玻璃,具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度;及一第二片的化學回火的玻璃,具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮;及一聚合物夾層,介於該第一片及該第二片之間,且黏著至該第一片及該第二片。
- 如請求項10所述之防暴風窗,其中該第一片的該積層的板面向該外部板。
- 如請求項10所述之防暴風窗,其中該第二片的該積層的板面向該外部板。
