Description

輕量防暴風窗及具有高強度片的積層
本申請案根據專利法主張於2018年11月29日申請的美國臨時申請案第62/772,732號之優先權，此案之內容在此處整體併入作為參考。
本揭露案大致關於防暴風積層的板，具有兩片玻璃及聚合物夾層，其中一個玻璃片未回火，意味著其並未熱強化或化學強化，但「如生產的」本質上在強化條件；且關於利用一或更多此積層的板的窗，用於結合的耐衝擊及抗壓力循環，例如在暴風窗中利用；或用於其他目的，例如用於增強的防入侵。
所謂的暴風窗通常利用增強的框架及間隔部件，以及包含兩片玻璃及聚合物夾層的內部積層的板，此聚合物夾層具有高彈性模數（或在足夠快速的變形下的高彈性模數）。第3圖（先前技術）顯示此窗200的範例，意圖作為暴風窗（或用於此窗的IGU 200）。
如第3圖中可見，窗200包括外部板10及內部積層的板12。外部板10通常在單一片50的玻璃的形式中，片50的表面相對應至窗200的外部或第一表面S1及第二表面S2（內部）。積層的板12包含第一片20的玻璃及第二片70的玻璃，具有聚合物夾層40黏著於第一片20及第二片70之間。聚合物夾層具有高彈性模數（或在足夠快速的變形下的高彈性模數），例如當於30°C下每分鐘10mm的伸長率下量測時，在300MPa至1000MPa的範圍之中，或在400MPa至600MPa的範圍之中。第一片20的面向內部表面及第二片70的面向外部表面相對應至窗200的第三表面S3（內部）及內部或第四表面S4（居住面）。亦利用增強的間隔件60及增強的框架（未顯示）。
在暴風期間，若風動彈射物以足夠的力量擊中表面S1，則片50、第一片20及第二片70藉由衝擊可全部破裂，但若窗200如所欲的操作，則聚合物夾層40在窗框架之中維持完好且維持密封，避免風及風所生的水甚至在片50、第一片20及第二片70破裂之後通過窗200且進入居住處。為了使得聚合物夾層40戰勝此衝擊，積層的板12的第一片20及第二片70經加熱強化，意味著其經熱回火以產生大致在從約24MPa至52MPa（3500psi至7500psi）之範圍中的表面壓縮。（片50通常亦加熱強化）。
若第一片20及第二片70並未熱強化，則其在衝擊下傾向於破裂成大的、尖銳邊緣的碎片，而可撕裂、刺穿或者損傷夾層40，造成其無法維持所欲的密封。若第一片20及第二片70提供過多的強度（表面壓縮），其可破裂成相對較小的塊，而傾向從框架剝離，弱化框架在聚合物夾層40上的抓持，使得藉由狂風造成的衝擊後壓力循環可將聚合物夾層40從間隔件60及框架（未顯示）分開。因此，存在施加至第一片20及第二片70的強度或表面壓縮的某些範圍。太少或太多使得窗的密封在單獨的衝擊下失效，或在隨著衝擊之後的壓力循環之下失效。
意圖提供防暴風窗，能夠在暴露的第四表面S4上具有較高的表面壓縮，同時仍保留或甚至改良其他窗的特性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種輕量防暴風積層的板，包含： 一第一片的熱強化的玻璃，具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度；一第二片的化學強化的玻璃，具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮；及一聚合物夾層，介於該第一片及該第二片之間，且黏著至該第一片及該第二片。
  2. 如請求項1所述之積層的板，其中該第一片為一鈉鈣矽酸鹽玻璃的片。
  3. 如請求項1所述之積層的板，其中該第二片為一鈉鈣矽酸鹽玻璃的片。

  9. 一種用於形成一防暴風積層的板之處理，該處理包含以下步驟： 熱強化一第一玻璃片，該第一玻璃片具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度；使用一聚合物夾層，將該第一玻璃片與一第二片的化學回火的玻璃積層，該第二片具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮。
  10. 一種防暴風窗，包含： 一外部板，具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度；一內部積層的板，包含：一第一片的熱強化的玻璃，具有在從2mm至24mm之範圍中的一厚度；及一第二片的化學回火的玻璃，具有在從0.3mm至1mm之範圍中的一厚度及至少100MPa的一表面壓縮；及一聚合物夾層，介於該第一片及該第二片之間，且黏著至該第一片及該第二片。
  11. 如請求項10所述之防暴風窗，其中該第一片的該積層的板面向該外部板。
  12. 如請求項10所述之防暴風窗，其中該第二片的該積層的板面向該外部板。
