Abstract

本發明係有關於一種木螺絲結構,其主要設有一桿體,於所述桿體頂端連結設置一螺頭部,且所述桿體分為桿身部、旋入部,其中所述旋入部包含有螺紋段及破切段,並於所述破切段表面設有切削單元,而所述桿身部的斷面直徑大於所述螺紋段與所述破切段的斷面底徑,且所述切削單元最大外徑不大於所述桿身部;藉此,讓木螺絲於螺入切削時,能降低大徑桿身段旋入工件時產生之橫向力,且能透過大徑桿身部減少與結構體之間的空隙,達到具有承受較高抗拉軸力與剪斷應力的功效。

Description

木螺絲結構
本發明係有關於一種木螺絲結構,尤指一種可承受軸向應力及剪應力等結構應力之木螺絲結構為其應用發明者。
按,木螺絲被廣泛地應用於固定或結合工件之用途上,於現在木造建築工法中以樑柱構架的搭接最為普遍,其是以樑與柱的組合做成構架,再將牆壁與樓板組裝在構架上,因此,構架的搭接與接合的工法,將本質地影響整個建築的結構安全。
其中,與螺絲相關的樑柱接合工法大致上分為二種,即
(1)以純木材的接合-為利用大型木頭構材作為承重橫柱與樑,之後透過木螺絲直接鎖入樑、柱接合。
(2)併用五金構件將樑柱連接-除了沿用(1)的方式之外,再配合五金連結/嵌入木材樑柱間作為傳達載重的支撐力。
習知木螺絲係如第八~九圖所示,包含有:一螺頭(31)及一桿體(32),係自其螺頭(31)一體向下延伸形成桿體(32),該螺頭(31)為提供鎖固工具操控該木螺絲螺轉動作的部位,而該桿體(32)係由該螺頭(31)延伸出,該桿體(32)遠離該螺頭(31)之一端設置一尖錐部(33),該桿體(32)周緣設有由該尖錐部(33)往該螺頭(31)方向螺旋環繞之螺牙(34),於該螺牙(34)上方設有草繩牙(35);使用時,利用該尖錐部(33)鑽設物件,配合該螺牙(34)進行切削旋鎖,而達到鎖固物件的效果。然而,構架用木螺絲於此上述二種接合工法下,將會承受來自水平或垂直構面相關的作用力,以及支撐承重牆的樑柱產生的擠壓軸力等,當被接合的構件出現拉力作用時,無螺紋的桿體部分會在接觸面之間承受剪斷作用力,所以,習知木螺絲具有下列缺失:
1.因草繩牙(35)外徑太大,不易穿透預先鑽孔的鐵板[配合五金構件使用時]。
2.由於草繩牙(35)是成型在光滑桿體(32)上,相對地,其直徑比桿體(32)大,因此鎖入後會造成結構樑柱與木螺絲桿體(32)間的空隙過大。
3.草繩牙(35)佔據桿體(32)一部分長度,導致可承受剪力的部分減少,因此容易在草繩牙(35)處發生斷裂的現象。
緣是,發明人秉持多年該相關行業之豐富設計開發及實際製作經驗,針對現有之結構再予以研究改良,提供一種木螺絲結構,以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種木螺絲結構,尤其是指一種能夠增加桿徑,並且能夠同時使無螺紋的桿身部分與接合的木頭或五金構材之間形成匹配,並達到有效提升整體的鎖合穩固性與結合強度為其目的。
本發明木螺絲結構主要目的與功效,係由以下具體技術手段所達成:
其主要設有一桿體,於所述桿體頂端連結設置一螺頭部,且所述桿體分為桿身部、旋入部,其中所述旋入部包含有螺紋段及破切段,所述破切段表面設有切削單元,而所述桿身部位於所述破切段與所述螺頭部之間,並且讓所述桿身部的斷面直徑大於所述螺紋段與所述破切段的斷面底徑,而所述破切段的切削單元最大外徑不超過所述桿身部外徑;藉此,讓木螺絲於螺入切削時,能預先絞破工件組織降低大徑桿身段旋入工件時產生之橫向力,且能透過大徑桿身部減少與結構體之間的空隙,達到具有承受較高抗拉軸力與剪斷應力的功效。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中於所述旋入部之螺紋段前端形成尖錐部,且所述螺紋段周緣設有由所述尖錐部往所述螺頭部方向螺旋環繞之旋入螺紋。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中於所述螺紋段的尖錐部設有一道割尾槽,所述割尾槽斷開所述尖錐部處環繞的所述旋入螺紋。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述螺紋段銜接所述破切段,並於所述破切段底徑表面設有由所述螺紋段往所述螺頭部方向外徑逐漸擴大的切削單元。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述切削單元為採用搓牙方式成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元採數道螺牙環設於所述破切段之底徑表面。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述切削單元為採用夾模方式為之,讓所述切削單元夾模成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元採於所述破切段之底徑表面軸向設置數道切削齒。
本發明木螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述切削單元為採用鍛造方式為之,讓所述切削單元鍛造成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元為於所述破切段之底徑表面一體鍛造出數切削面。
為令本發明所運用之技術內容、發明目的及其達成之功效有更完整且清楚的揭露,茲於下詳細說明之,並請一併參閱所揭之圖式及圖號:
首先,請參閱第一~三圖所示,為本發明木螺絲結構之立體外觀與平面示意圖,其木螺絲主要係包含有一螺頭部(1)及一桿體(2),係自其螺頭部(1)一體向下延伸形成桿體(2),其中:
所述桿體(2)包括有桿身部(21)、旋入部(22),所述旋入部(22)包含有螺紋段(221)及破切段(222),且所述桿身部(21)的斷面外徑a大於所述螺紋段(221)及所述破切段(222)的斷面底徑b、c,於所述螺紋段(221)前端形成尖錐部(2210),且於所述螺紋段(221)底徑周緣設有由所述尖錐部(2210)往所述螺頭部(1)方向螺旋環繞之旋入螺紋(2211),所述螺紋段(221)銜接所述破切段(222),並於所述破切段(222)底徑表面設有由所述螺紋段(221)往所述螺頭部(1)方向外徑逐漸擴大的切削單元(2221)以界定出一最大外徑d,再於所述破切段(222)與所述螺頭部(1)之間銜接所述桿身部(21),且所述破切段(222)的切削單元(2221)最大外徑d不大於所述桿身部(21)之外徑a。另外,所述破切段(222)與所述螺紋段(221)的比例可為1:3~1:8的範圍。
請參閱第一~七圖所示,當於實際實施時,其所述破切段(222)之切削單元(2221)係具有多種實施狀態,下列舉例說明:
實施例一:係如第三圖所示,其中所述切削單元(2221)為採用搓牙方式成形於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面,其所述切削單元(2221)採數道螺牙(2221A)環設於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面。
實施例二:係如第六圖所示,其中所述切削單元(2221)為採用夾模方式為之,讓所述切削單元(2221)夾模成形於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面,其所述切削單元(2221)採於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面軸向設置數道切削齒(2221B)。
實施例三:係如第七圖所示,其中所述切削單元(2221)為採用鍛造方式為之,讓所述切削單元(2221)係直接鍛造一體成形於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面,其所述切削單元(2221)為於所述破切段(222)之底徑表面一體鍛造出數切削面(2221C)。
請參閱第一~七圖所示,當於實際實施時,於木螺絲之所述螺紋段(221)的尖錐部(2210)設有一道割尾槽(2212),所述割尾槽(2212)斷開所述尖錐部(2210)處環繞的所述旋入螺紋(2211);於木螺絲透過所述尖錐部(2210)定位物件(A),再透過所述旋入部(22)之螺紋段(221)的所述尖錐部(2210)所形成的旋入螺紋(2211)鑽設物件(A),並利用所述割尾槽(2212)於穩固定位之狀態下加快輔助切削鑽入物件(A),同時,產生順暢之排屑效果;逐漸深入之後,再透過所述破切段(222)之表面的切削單元(2221)來輔助進行切削工作,而無論所述破切段(222)之切削單元(2221)採搓牙、夾模或鍛造成型,均具備有良好切削功能,讓木螺絲於螺入切削時,能預先絞破工件組織降低大徑桿身段旋入工件時產生之橫向力,且因所述破切段(222)之切削單元(2221)最大外徑d不大於所述桿身部(21)外徑a的設計,讓所述切削單元(221)把物件(A)旋削出平整的內切削孔來對應所述桿身部(21),透過大徑的所述桿身部(21)與內切削孔保持整段完整緊密接觸,能減少與物件(A)之間的空隙,達到具有承受較高抗拉軸力與剪斷應力的功效。
然而前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本發明之產品結構或使用方式,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者之適當變化或修飾,皆應視為不脫離本發明之專利範疇。
藉由以上所述,本發明結構之組成與使用實施說明可知,本發明與現有結構相較之下,具有下列優點:
1.本發明木螺絲結構,藉由破切段之切削單元最大外徑不大於與所述桿身部外徑之設計,對比習知桿體擁有較大徑桿身部的技術,達到能降低大徑桿身段旋入工件時產生之橫向力的功效。
2.本發明木螺絲結構,藉由破切段之切削單元最大外徑不大於與所述桿身部外徑的設計,讓切削單元把物件旋削出平整的內切削孔來對應大徑桿身部,透過桿身部與內切削孔保持整段完整緊密接觸,能減少與物件之間的空隙,達到具有承受較高抗拉軸力與剪斷應力的功效。
綜上所述,本發明實施例確能達到所預期之使用功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出發明專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種木螺絲結構,其主要係包含有一螺頭部及一桿體,係自其所述螺頭部一體向下延伸形成所述桿體,其中: 所述桿體包括有桿身部、旋入部,所述旋入部包含有螺紋段及破切段,且所述桿身部的斷面外徑大於所述螺紋段與所述破切段的斷面底徑,於所述螺紋段前端形成尖錐部,所述破切段兩端銜接所述桿身部及所述螺紋段,於所述螺紋段底徑周緣設有由所述螺紋段與所述破切段銜接處往所述尖錐部方向環繞延伸之旋入螺紋,所述破切段與所述螺頭部之間銜接所述桿身部,所述破切段底徑表面設置成形一切削單元以界定出一最大外徑,且所述破切段最大外徑不大於所述桿身部之外徑。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲結構,其中所述切削單元為採用搓牙方式成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元採數道螺牙環設於所述破切段之底徑表面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲結構,其中所述切削單元為採用夾模方式為之,讓所述切削單元夾模成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元採於所述破切段之底徑表面軸向設置數道切削齒。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之木螺絲結構,其中所述切削單元為採用鍛造方式為之,讓所述切削單元直接鍛造一體成形於所述破切段之底徑表面,其所述切削單元為於所述破切段之底徑表面一體鍛造出數切削面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之木螺絲結構,其中於所述螺紋段的尖錐部設有一道割尾槽,所述割尾槽斷開所述尖錐部處環繞的所述旋入螺紋。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之木螺絲結構,其中所述破切段與所述螺紋段的比例為1:3~1:8。
