Abstract

本发明关于一种薄铁板用的螺丝,包含一杆体、一第一螺纹、及一第二螺纹。该杆体包含一锥状旋入部、一头部、及位于该旋入部与该头部的间的一直杆部。该直杆部具有非圆形的横断面。该第一螺纹与第二螺纹分别呈螺旋状地绕在该杆体的外周围且由该旋入部的尖端延伸到该直杆部,该第一螺纹包含多个第一螺牙,该第二螺纹包含多个第二螺牙且该第二螺纹的第二螺牙与该第一螺纹的第一螺牙相互隔开。该第一螺牙与第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角均在48‑52度之间。

薄铁板用的螺丝
技术领域
本发明关于一种螺丝,尤指一种薄铁板用的螺丝。
背景技术
图1显示一种现有技术的自攻螺丝(钻尾螺丝)10,其适用在较薄板件(例如薄铁板或薄钢板)的连接与固定。该自攻螺丝10包含一杆体12及形成在该杆体12的上端的一头部14。该杆体12的下端设有一钻尾部16,该钻尾部16具有切削刃17。该杆体12的横断面呈圆状且外周围设有螺纹18,该螺纹18形成在钻尾部16与头部14之间。该螺丝10用在薄铁板的连接与固定时,可借助钻尾部16直接旋入薄铁板且利用螺纹18切削出配合的阴螺纹,达到钻孔、攻牙、及锁紧一次完成。
以自攻螺丝10来连接薄铁板虽然具有无需预钻孔的优点,然而,钻尾部16在旋入薄铁板的过程中容易产生铁屑,且在螺纹18旋入于薄铁板而扩孔后,一般会产生较大的缝隙,导致铁板容易生锈且固定后的螺丝10会因缝隙而产生晃动,造成咬合力不足。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的在提供一种薄铁板用的螺丝,该螺丝在旋入薄铁板时,可使铁板慢慢被撑开,以降低缝隙的产生,而且可提高螺丝与铁板的咬合力,使得螺丝不致产生晃动。
本发明的螺丝包含一杆体、一第一螺纹、及一第二螺纹。该杆体包含一直杆部及位在该直杆部的前端的一旋入部,该旋入部具有尖锥状断面及一尖端,该直杆部具有大致上呈三角形的横断面。该第一螺纹呈螺旋状地绕在该杆体的外周围且包含多个第一螺牙,该第一螺纹由该旋入部的尖端延伸到该直杆部。该第二螺纹呈螺旋状地设在该杆体的外周围且包含多个第二螺牙,该第二螺纹是由该旋入部的尖端延伸到该直杆部,该第二螺纹的第二螺牙与该第一螺纹的第一螺牙相互隔开,其中该第二螺纹与该第一螺纹分离且相对地由该尖端延伸到该直杆部。
在一实施例中,该旋入部的夹角在20-30度之间,该旋入部上设有该第一与第二螺牙中的各至少5个。
在一实施例中,该第一螺牙与第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角均在48-52度之间。该第一螺纹与该第二螺纹具有大致上相等的螺距,且该第一螺牙与第二螺牙具有大致上相等的牙高。
在一实施例中,该直杆部具有沿着该直杆部的周围方向分隔开的三个角。
本发明的螺丝借助该旋入部可顺利地旋入薄铁板内,且不会撑裂薄铁板,而能有效地降低缝隙的产生。此外,本发明的螺丝可对薄铁板产生高强度的咬合力,使得螺丝不致产生晃动,进而提高锁固薄铁板的强度。

具体实施方式
现将仅为例子但非用以限制的具体实施例,并参照所附图式就本发明的较佳结构内容说明如下:
图2至图6显示依据本发明一实施例构成的螺丝20,螺丝20包括一杆体22及形成在杆体22的上端的一头部24。杆体22包含一旋入部26及位在旋入部26与头部24之间的一直杆部28。旋入部26与头部24均与杆体22的的纵向轴线X同轴设置。旋入部26具有尖锥状断面(见图4),旋入部26夹角A在20-30度之间(见图4),较佳为26度。旋入部26具有一尖端30及一纵向长度L,纵向长度L由尖端30与直杆部28下端之间的距离所界定。头部24的外径较杆体22的直径大且头部24的顶面具有一承孔32,用以提供一工具(未图标)插入以驱动螺丝20旋转,承孔32可以是例如十字、四角、六角、梅花或是其它型式的孔穴。再者,头部24的底面具有多个锯齿部34,当螺丝20的头部24抵紧在一对象的表面时,该多个锯齿部34可加强咬合力。
直杆部28具有非圆形的横断面,在本实施例中,直杆部28的横断面大致上呈三角形且具有沿着直杆部28的周围方向分隔开的三个角36(见图5)。在其他可行的实施例中,直杆部28的横断面可为例如四角形、六角、或是其它非圆形的多边形。
螺丝20更包含一第一螺纹38及一第二螺纹40。第一螺纹38呈螺旋状地设在杆体22的外周围且由旋入部26的尖端30延伸到直杆部28的上端,第一螺纹38包含多个第一螺牙42。第二螺纹40呈螺旋状地设在杆体22的外周围且由旋入部26的尖端30延伸到直杆部28的上端,第二螺纹40包含多个第二螺牙44,且第二螺纹40的第二螺牙44与第一螺纹38的第一螺牙42相互隔开,且相邻二第二螺牙44之间的螺距与相邻二第一螺牙42之间的螺距约相等。在本实施例中,第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44具有约相等的牙高,在可行的实施例中,第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44可具有不同的牙高。
如图4所示,本发明的螺丝20的锥状旋入部26具有较长的纵向长度L且设有密集的第一螺牙42、第二螺牙44,在一较佳实施例中,旋入部26设有第一螺牙42、第二螺牙44中的各至少5个,在本实施例中,旋入部26设有7个第一螺牙42、7个第二螺牙44。第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44中的相邻二螺牙的螺距(pitch)设计为0.68-0.72mm,较佳为0.7mm。据此,当旋入部26锁入一薄板(例如1mm以下的薄铁板)时,薄铁板会被慢慢的撑开,因而,不会有裂开的问题产生。再者,第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44中的各螺牙的牙型角(crest angle)设计为在48-52度之间,较佳为50度。据此,当第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40旋入薄铁板时,可使得径向应力(radial stress)降到最小,进而让薄铁板不会被撑裂。
本发明的螺丝20在实施上,以旋入部26的尖端30为定位点插入例如薄铁板这一对象内,接着,利用工具(未图示)插入头部24的承孔32驱动螺丝20旋转,使得旋入部26的第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40旋入薄铁板内,而在薄铁板上钻孔且使孔内形成配合的阴螺纹;接着,当直杆部28的第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40旋入薄铁板内时,由于直杆部28的横断面大致上呈三角形,所以,第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40与薄铁板为非全面的接触,可减少螺丝20旋进的摩擦阻力,且第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44中的各螺牙的牙顶可对薄铁板产生高强度的咬合力,以防止晃动的情形产生,进而达到牢固螺合的效果。
本发明的螺丝20具有下列优点:
1、旋入部26设有双螺纹(第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40),且该双螺纹具有共同的定位点(旋入部26的尖端30),且第一螺牙42与第二螺牙44中的各螺牙的牙型角是在48-52度之间,使得螺丝20的旋入部26可顺利地旋入薄铁板内,且不会撑裂薄铁板,可有效降低缝隙的产生。
2、旋入部26的纵向长度L上设有7个螺牙,使得旋入部26的自钻能力可有效提高,且铁板会被慢慢的撑开,不会有裂开的问题产生。
3、设在横断面呈三角形的直杆部28上的第一螺纹38与第二螺纹40可具有更大的剥离力(stripping force),且可对薄铁板产生高强度的咬合力,使得螺丝20不致产生晃动工件,进而提高锁固薄铁板的强度。

Claims (5)

1.一种薄铁板用的螺丝,其特征在于:包括:
一杆体,其包含一直杆部及位于该直杆部的前端的一旋入部,该旋入部具有尖锥状断面及一尖端,该直杆部具有呈三角形的横断面;
一第一螺纹,其呈螺旋状地绕在该杆体的外周围且由该旋入部的尖端延伸到该直杆部,该第一螺纹包含多个第一螺牙;及
一第二螺纹,其呈螺旋状地设在该杆体的外周围且由该旋入部的尖端延伸到该直杆部,该第二螺纹包含多个第二螺牙;且该第二螺纹的第二螺牙与该第一螺纹的第一螺牙相互隔开,其中该第二螺纹与该第一螺纹分离且相对地由该尖端延伸到该直杆部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄铁板用的螺丝,其特征在于:该旋入部的夹角在20-30度之间,该旋入部上设有该第一螺牙与第二螺牙中的各至少5个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄铁板用的螺丝,其特征在于:该第一螺牙与第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角均在48-52度之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄铁板用的螺丝,其特征在于:该第一螺纹与该第二螺纹具有相等的螺距,且该第一螺牙与第二螺牙具有相等的牙高。
5.根据权利要求1所述的薄铁板用的螺丝,其特征在于:该杆体的上端具有一头部,该直杆部在该旋入部与头部之间,该头部的顶面具有一承孔,用以提供一工具插入,该头部的底面具有多个锯齿部。
