Abstract

Description

埋头自攻木螺钉
本发明涉及一种完全埋入到待拧紧元件中的埋头自攻木螺钉。
各种各样的螺钉是人们熟知的,其中最普通的是埋头木螺钉或木屑板螺钉。
根据材料的硬度,在设置这类螺钉时通常需要事先打孔和在孔上倒角,以便能够埋入螺钉的头部。
由于普遍采用了便携式的螺钉电动工具,这些螺钉就应当具备某些特点,例如,便于螺钉工具头对中和防止它脱出的压痕,以及有助于螺钉刺入的很尖的尖端。
当螺钉拧入很软的材料中时,例如松木、冷杉木或某些木屑板,这就无需事先倒角,所施加的压力足以压碎材料,以便在材料中埋入螺钉头部。
然而对于某些较硬的材料,为了避免例如材料爆裂等问题,事先打孔和倒角都是必需的。
另一方面,对于某些尺寸的螺钉和/或某些材料,需要有很多的扭矩,或者说,螺钉的电动工具不具备那么大的功率。
另外,当采用没有扭矩限制的工具把螺钉拧入较硬的材料中时,结果会是螺钉被拧死以及螺钉头被拧断。
最后,螺纹的轮廓通常是等边三角形的,其顶角在50°-60°之间,这是拔出阻力和便于拧入之间是一种折衷方案。事实上,一个较小的顶角角度提供了较大的拔出阻力,但它不太容易拧入,反之亦然。
本发明的目的在于克服这些缺陷,提供一种完全埋入到待拧紧元件中的埋头自攻木螺钉。与相同尺寸的已知螺钉相比,本发明的螺钉只需要较小的扭矩并能提供更大的拔出阻力,只在例外的情况下才需要事先打孔和倒角,从而大大节省了装配时间。
本发明的螺钉的基本特征一方面在于,该螺钉在其头部的截锥表面上具有一些均匀分布的棱,每个棱都在螺钉头的上缘和下缘之间延伸,并沿着螺纹的方向稍许倾斜,棱的横截面基本上是三角形的,它的在螺钉旋入时与材料相接触的棱面基本上垂直于所述的截锥面;其特征另一方面在于,螺纹部分的主体包括一些位于螺纹底部的纵向的平行凸条;另一方面还在于,螺纹的轮廊是三角形的,其顶角在35°-45°之间。
位于螺钉头下方的棱能够在拧入螺钉时去除掉材料并局部地形成倒角,而纵向凸条则能够减小摩擦面,因而在拧入螺钉时只需较小的扭矩。
螺纹的角度在35°-45°之间,最好是40°,这就增大了拔出阻力,而在拧入方面的不利则由纵向凸条及其作用加以补偿。
根据本发明螺钉的附加特征,一个扩张程度比头部较小的截锥部分位于头部和螺杆之间,位于中间的截锥部分提高了头部与螺杆之间的连接强度,以此减小了断裂的危险,另一方面还能够形成一个较深的压痕。
根据本发明螺钉的另一个附加特征,纵向凸条是螺旋地设置的,沿着螺纹方向卷绕。
根据本发明螺钉的另一个附加特征,螺纹部分的尖端具有一个锋利的侧向钻削切口。
根据本发明螺钉的另一个附加特征,尖端是很尖的,形成了一个25°-30°的角度。

参照图1即可看出,本发明的螺钉包括螺纹部分1和埋头2,两者之间由截锥形的中间部分3相互连接。
截锥形的中间部分3提高了连接强度并且减小了断裂的危险,它还能够产生一个较深的、不明显的压痕,以此保证螺钉工具头上的较好的旋紧作用力的分布。
再参照图2就可以看出,头部2在其截锥表面20上具有一些均匀分布的棱21,它们在头部2的上缘22和下缘23之间延伸,并且沿着螺纹11的方向,也就是沿着螺旋的方向,稍许倾斜。
棱21基本上是三角形截面的,它的与待拧紧元件相接触的棱面24基本上垂直于截锥面20,以便在螺钉旋入时去除掉一些材料并形成倒角。
再参照图3就可以看出,螺纹部分1的主体10包括一些位于螺纹11底部的纵向凸条12。
凸条12能够在螺钉旋入时减小主体10与待拧紧元件之间的摩擦面,这就改善了螺钉旋入时的扭矩。
在图1中将会注意到,凸条12是直线,平行于主体10的轴线;凸条也可以是螺旋形的,沿着螺纹11的方向盘绕,但盘绕的方向小于后者。
在图1中还可以看到,螺纹部分1的尖端是很尖的,形成了一个25°-30°的顶角,以便能够很好地刺入以及精确地引导螺钉。
尖端13还有一个锋利的切口14,它能够切开和排出材料,这就避免了材料的爆裂,以及无需事先打孔。
现在参见图4,可以看出螺纹11是三角形轮廊的,其顶角A是40°。
这样的螺纹11提供了很大的拔出阻力。凸条12所产生的作用补偿了在螺钉拧入方面所需的额外努力,而尖端13和切口14又增强了这一作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种完全埋入到待拧紧元件中的埋头自攻木螺钉,其特征在于,该螺钉在其头部(2)的截锥表面(20)上均匀分布着一些棱(21),每个棱都在头部的上缘(22)和下缘(23)之间延伸,并且沿着螺纹(11)的方向稍许倾斜,棱的横截面基本上是三角形的,它的在螺钉旋入时与材料相接触的棱面(24)基本上垂直于所述的截锥面(20);螺纹部分的主体(10)包括一些位于螺纹(11)底部的纵向的平行凸条(12);螺纹(11)的轮廊是三角形的,其顶角(A)在35°-45°之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的螺钉,其特征在于,一个扩张程度比头部(2)较小的截锥部分(3)位于所述头部(2)和螺纹部分(1)之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的螺钉,其特征在于,纵向凸条(12)螺旋地设置,沿着螺纹(11)的方向卷绕。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的螺钉,其特征在于,螺纹部分(1)的尖端(13)具有一个锋利的侧向钻削切口(14)。
5.如前述任一项权利要求所述的螺钉,其特征在于,尖端(13)很尖,形成了25°-35°的角度。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的螺钉,其特征在于,螺纹(11)的轮廊是三角形的,其顶角为40°。
