Abstract
本發明關於一種薄鐵板用的螺絲,包含一桿體、一第一螺紋、及一第二螺紋。該桿體包含一錐狀旋入部、一頭部、及位在該旋入部與該頭部之間的一直桿部。該直桿部具有非圓形的橫斷面。該第一與第二螺紋係分別呈螺旋狀地繞在該桿體的外周圍且由該旋入部的尖端延伸到該直桿部,該第一螺紋包含複數第一螺牙,該第二螺紋包含複數第二螺牙且該第二螺紋的第二螺牙與該第一螺紋的第一螺牙相互隔開。該第一螺牙與第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角係在48-52度之間。
Description
本發明關於一種螺絲,尤指一種用來結合薄鐵板的自攻螺絲。
圖1顯示一種習用自攻螺絲(鑽尾螺絲)10,其適用在較薄板件(例如薄鐵板或薄鋼板)的連接與固定。該螺絲10包含一桿體12及形成在該桿體12之上端的一頭部14。該桿體12的下端設有一鑽尾部16,該鑽尾部16具有切削刃17。該桿體12的橫斷面呈圓狀且外周圍設有螺紋18,該螺紋18形成在鑽尾部16與頭部14之間。該螺絲10用在薄鐵板的連接與固定時,可藉由鑽尾部16直接旋入薄鐵板且利用螺紋18切削出配合的陰螺紋,達到鑽孔、攻牙、及鎖緊一次完成。
以自攻螺絲10來連接薄鐵板雖然具有無需預鑽孔的優點,然而,鑽尾部16在旋入薄鐵板的過程中容易產生鐵屑,且在螺紋18旋入於薄鐵板而擴孔後,一般會產生較大的縫隙,導致鐵板容易生鏽且固定後的螺絲10會因縫隙而產生晃動,造成咬合力不足。
緣此,本發明之主要目的在提供一種薄鐵板用的螺絲,該螺絲在旋入薄鐵板時,可使鐵板慢慢被撐開,以降低縫隙的產生,而且可提高螺絲與鐵板的咬合力,使得螺絲不致產生晃動。
本發明之螺絲包含一桿體、一第一螺紋、及一第二螺紋。該桿體包含一直桿部及位在該直桿部之前端的一旋入部,該旋入部具有尖錐狀斷面及一尖端,該直桿部具有大致上呈三角形的橫斷面。該第一螺紋係呈螺旋狀地繞在該桿體的外周圍且包含複數第一螺牙,該第一螺紋係由該旋入部的尖端延伸到該直桿部。該第二螺紋係呈螺旋狀地設在該桿體直的外周圍且包含複數第二螺牙,該第二螺紋係由該旋入部的尖端延伸到該直桿部,該第二螺紋的第二螺牙與該第一螺紋的第一螺牙相互隔開。
在一實施例中,該旋入部的夾角在20-30度之間,該旋入部上設有該第一與第二螺牙中的至少5個螺牙。
在一實施例中,該第一螺牙與第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角係在48-52度之間。該第一螺紋與該第二螺紋具有大致上相等的螺距,且該第一螺牙與第二螺牙具有大致上相等的牙高。
在一實施例中,該直桿部具有沿著該直桿部之周圍方向分隔開的三個角。
本發明的螺絲藉由該旋入部可順利地旋入薄鐵板內,且不會撐裂薄鐵板,而能有效地降低縫隙的產生。此外,本發明的螺絲可對薄鐵板產生高強度的咬合力,使得螺絲不致產生晃動,進而提高鎖固薄鐵板的強度。
關於本發明之其他目的、優點及特徵,將可由以下較佳實施例的詳細說明並參照所附圖式來了解。
現將僅為例子但非用以限制的具體實施例,並參照所附圖式就本發明之較佳結構內容說明如下:
圖2至圖6顯示依據本發明一實施例構成的螺絲20,螺絲20包括一桿體22及形成在桿體22之上端的一頭部24。桿體22包含一旋入部26及位在旋入部26與頭部24之間的一直桿部28。旋入部26與頭部24在桿體22的一縱向軸線(X)分隔。旋入部26具有尖錐狀斷面(見圖4),其夾角(A)在20-30度之間(見圖4),較佳為26度。旋入部26具有一尖端30及一縱向長度L,縱向長度L由尖端30與直桿部28下端之間的距離所界定。頭部24的外徑較桿體22的直徑大且頭部24的頂面具有一承孔32用以提供一工具(未圖示)插入以驅動螺絲20旋轉,承孔32可以是例如十字、四角、六角、梅花或是其它型式的孔穴。再者,頭部24的底面具有複數鋸齒部34,當螺絲20的頭部24抵緊在一物件的表面時,該複數鋸齒部34可加強咬合力。
直桿部28具有非圓形的橫斷面,在本實施例中,直桿部28的橫斷面大致上呈三角形且具有沿著直桿部28之周圍方向分隔開的三個角36(見圖5)。在其他可行的實施例中,直桿部28的橫斷面可為例如四角形、六角、或是其它非圓形的多邊形。
螺絲20更包含一第一螺紋38及一第二螺紋40。第一螺紋38係呈螺旋狀地設在桿體22的外周圍且由旋入部26的尖端30延伸到直桿部28的上端,第一螺紋38包含複數第一螺牙42。第二螺紋40係呈螺旋狀地設在在桿體22的外周圍且由旋入部26的尖端30延伸到直桿部28的上端,第二螺紋40包含複數第二螺牙44,且第二螺紋40的第二螺牙44與第一螺紋38的第一螺牙42相互隔開,且相鄰二第二螺牙44之間的螺距與相鄰二第一螺牙42之間的螺距約相等。在本實施例中,第一螺牙42與第二螺牙44具有約相等的牙高,在可行的實施例中,第一螺牙42與第二螺牙44可具有不同的牙高。
如圖4所示,本發明的螺絲20的錐狀旋入部26具有較長的縱向長度L且設有密集的螺牙42、44,在一較佳實施例中,旋入部26設有至少5個螺牙42、44,在本實施例中,旋入部26設有7個螺牙42、44。第一與第二螺牙42、44中的相鄰二螺牙的螺距(pitch)設計為0.68-0.72mm,較佳為0.7mm。據此,當旋入部26鎖入一鐵板(例如1mm以下的薄鐵板)時,鐵板會被慢慢的撐開,因而,不會有裂開的問題產生。再者,第一與第二螺牙42、44中的各螺牙的牙型角(crest angle)設計為在48-52度之間,較佳為50度。據此,當第一與第二螺紋38、40旋入薄鐵板時,可使得徑向應力(radial stress)降到最小,進而讓鐵板不會被撐裂。
本發明的螺絲20在實施上,係以旋入部26的尖端30為定位點插入例如薄鐵板之物件內,接著,利用工具(未圖示)插入的頭部24的承孔32驅動螺絲20旋轉,使得旋入部26的第一與第二螺紋38、40旋入薄鐵板內,而在薄鐵板上鑽孔且使孔內形成配合的陰螺紋;接著,當直桿部28的第一與第二螺紋38、40旋入薄鐵板內時,由於直桿部28的橫斷面呈三角形,所以,第一與第二螺紋38、40與薄鐵板為非全面的接觸,可減少螺進之摩擦阻力,且第一與第二螺牙42、44中的各螺牙的牙頂可對薄鐵板產生高強度的咬合力,以防止晃動的情形產生,進而達到牢固螺合的效果。
本發明之螺絲20具有下列優點: 1、旋入部26設有雙螺紋(第一與第二螺紋38、40),且該雙螺紋具有共同的定位點(旋入部26的尖端30),且第一與第二螺牙42、44中的各螺牙的牙型角係在48-52度之間,使得螺絲20的旋入部26可順利地旋入薄鐵板內,且不會撐裂薄鐵板,可有效降低縫隙的產生。 2、旋入部26的縱向長度L上設有7個螺牙,使得旋入部26的自鑽能力可有效提高,且鐵板會被慢慢的撐開,不會有裂開的問題產生。 3、設在橫斷面呈三角形的直桿部28上的第一與第二螺紋38、40可具有更大的剝離力(stripping force),且可對薄鐵板產生高強度的咬合力,使得螺絲20不致產生晃動工件,進而提高鎖固薄鐵板的強度。

Claims (6)
- 一種薄鐵板用的螺絲,其包括: 一桿體,其包含一直桿部及位在該直桿部之前端的一旋入部,該旋入部具有尖錐狀斷面及一尖端,該直桿部具有大致上呈三角形的橫斷面; 一第一螺紋,其係呈螺旋狀地繞在該桿體的外周圍且由該旋入部的尖端延伸到該直桿部,該第一螺紋包含複數第一螺牙;及 一第二螺紋,其係呈螺旋狀地設在該桿體直的外周圍且由該旋入部的尖端延伸到該直桿部,該第二螺紋包含複數第二螺牙且該第二螺紋的第二螺牙與該第一螺紋的第一螺牙相互隔開。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項之薄鐵板用的螺絲,其中該旋入部的夾角在20-30度之間,該旋入部上設有該第一與第二螺牙中的至少5個螺牙。
- 依據申請專利範圍第2項之薄鐵板用的螺絲,其中,該第一螺牙與第二螺牙中的各螺牙的牙型角係在48-52度之間。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項之薄鐵板用的螺絲,其中該直桿部具有沿著該直桿部之周圍方向分隔開的三個角。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項之薄鐵板用的螺絲,其中該第一螺紋與該第二螺紋具有大致上相等的螺距,且該第一螺牙與第二螺牙具有大致上相等的牙高。
